Our company was looking into options for buying new reefers and Brian was a fantastic sales rep. I peppered Brian with multiple questions while our company went over a couple of options and each time Brian was available and was eager to help. Ultimately we ended up working with a Utility dealer in our region but was really impressed with Brian's attentiveness and customer service. I will keep Brian Day and this dealer in mind for any future bussiness. Thank you Brian and Team Interstate!

They DO NOT CLOSE AT 12AM!!!! And they won't check their yard when they do! I got locked in with nowhere to go just past 8PM when I tried to leave, and got no response on the phone!! Come here at your own risk!!

Great service. Staff at the counter was very knowledgeable. They got the handle for my backdoor on my box truck. It was an exact fit when I got back to replace it. Thanks again!

0 Costumer service, 0 polite experience been there from 7am an 10 people pass near me and I felt like a pice of wood in the lobby after a lady checked her cel phone and did her things I got service at 07:32, she found the trailer and said you had to wait for the guy pull the trailer out of the yard at 08:00 o clock I don't know why the said they open at 07:00 if they're not fully functional the made costumers waste the time also the charged me $5000 dollars for the same job I did in Florida for $750 this is ridiculous in my opinion we need to avoid places like this one.

Went there Tuesday January 8th for what I thought was a brake malfunction on my 2019 Utilty trailer but it was a simple split in my service airline but I couldn't see it as it was under the spring below the glad hand, technician figured it out quickly and they had me on the road in a little over an hour and special thanks to Michele Quatman and Gary Stewart, thank you Interstate Utility.

Good guy in Bryan Day helped me out finding a trl close to the one I wanted didn't give up on me and didn't pressure me to buy a trl that wasn't close to the one I wanted if you need a trl he is the one to go too very customer friendly deserves 10 stars

Drove an hour for a part because their site said open till 12 am and we get there at 10 pm and the guy says he can t help us that parts and service was closed
