First they didn t honor my oil change appointment and let others without an appointment cut in front of me, saying my oil change would take 1.5 hours. Then why even have appointment setting on the website?Then they told me my car needed alignment and it was pigeon-toeing in the front. They were hoping I d stay an extra hour. They even printed an official looking alignment chart measuring all the wheels angles.When I took my car to my local tire shop for alignment, they told me the front was perfectly fine and it was just the back that needed a small adjustment.I was coming here for 6 years and I m definitely not coming back. They completely lost my business.

I have not met a Honda employee that I wasnt impressed with! Twice I've arrived with a question about a dash light and Michael has gone out to the parking lot to check things for me without me asking.My recent routine service was handled by Devyn Mullins and he was fantastic at answering all my questions and being the perfect customer service rep. I highly recommend Performance Honda.

Very disappointed with Liz, the woman that answered the phone when I called today. Poor problem solving skills and was rude on the phone with lots of awkward silence when I wondered if she was there. I had a rather basic request and she couldn t get me in to schedule the repair. Rather disappointed, especially since I purchased my car at this dealership and had a nice experience. I finally just told her I d find somewhere else.

We recently had service done at Kings Honda. The paperwork that followed the visit said all was fine, yet there were some issues noted that needed attention. I was confused by this. So we dropped by and asked to speak with the service manager. We were directed to go see Cal Piper the service manager. My mother and I approached his glass office door and knocked, expecting to be greeted with a smile and a wave to come in... Instead Cal just glared at us. I thought that was odd so we just opened the door and went in anyways. I said hello. Cal didn't greet us. Instead he asked me if my mother was sick? I said no! He then asked why she was wearing a mask? I said have you ever heard of the coronavirus? He said that's a ridiculous question of course he's heard of it.. I said well she doesn't want to catch it!! So I began to explain why we were there, how the paperwork had discrepancies on it. He wouldn't let me finish any sentences and would cut me off each time I tried to speak. He would ask a question then not let me answer it. Was being a total jerk for no reason at all. I told him flat out that we are not having a real conversation when you won't let me finish speaking without cutting me off. Very much the attitude of a bully and a troublemaker. The man deserves no respect. We have lost faith in Kings Honda for having someone who has such a disgusting attitude. We are 20 year customers, yet because of Cal Piper, Kings Honda has lost us as a customer

Here for an oil change. Pretty easy stuff. I have been here for THREE HOURS. My oil changes are paid for in my car payment but I ll literally pay out of pocket every single time now at any other place except for this. If you were going to be this far behind, give me a call and reschedule. Don t waste my entire afternoon. My work laptop is dead and I m typing this on my phone with 3% battery. No reason an OIL CHANGE should take 3 hours.

Want to get an "express oil change" during "Happy Hour" like they advertise on local TV? As they say on the commercial, "I don't think so!"....they want 3 hours to do an "express" oil change, with an appointment!Look, if you've gotten behind for some reason, just call the customers and reschedule vs letting them drive to your location to find out. If you cannot handle the overall volume, then change your booking system to not allow appointments every 15 minutes.

If you get the chance to work with Michael Harris as your service consultant, expect a smooth and straightforward process from start to finish. He truly goes above and beyond in his service. When I brought in my '07 Civic, which was pretty beaten up, Michael offered a reasonable quote, a clear rundown of its problems, and made relevant repair suggestions that really fit the bill. Moreover, his knowledge is impressive he even gave me tips on how to avoid damage from rodents in the future.Overall, I m thoroughly satisfied and would strongly recommend Michael to anyone visiting there.

My husband and I were in the market for a new family vehicle and were admittedly dreading the process a bit. I was floored by the professionalism of the staff as soon as I entered the showroom at Kings Honda. Everyone we met with was courteous, professional, and helpful. Our salesperson, Chris White, was great to work with. Chris is approachable, knowledgeable, and just a super guy all around. I don't typically write reviews but Chris deserved this one. When it comes time to buy a car again, Chris is our guy!

Took my vehicle 2014 crv that was occasionally making a noise upon startup to be looked at and diagnosed. They charge a diagnostic fee of $168 plus i paid for a rental car for 2 days. Anyway, I get a response from them saying they didn't hear the noise but because of the year and an issue some people have with this car that it's XYX and they will replace XYX (not cheap, but I'm not even talking about that) I asked if they actually looked at the parts and took it apart. They said no, that's too much work! What am I paying you for then??? When I go to the dr they don't say a lot of people with a cough your age have cancer here's the chemo. They actually look at your insides! I was told I had to pay this fee unless of course I got the work done which was never shown needed to be done which would have been over $2799 just for that. So they got me for this scam diagnostic fee and a car they rented me for two days while they scammed me. I was told not to go there, I went anyway and had a terrible experience. I would never step foot in there again. Scammers and super overpriced for their work at that. They scare people into thinking something has to be done to your vehicle or it's not safe and people have them do the work even though some of it they're simply guessing and selling you to make money. It's sad. A real mechanics business that knows what they're doing doesn't need to operate that way. I wouldn't trust a thing they said, use at your own risk.

Just OK. Friendly enough. Competitive pricing. Bells & whistles with emails & texts. But if I get a text & video my car us completed I should not have to wait 20 minutes for it to be driven out. And I shouldn't be told 1st service on a 2023 would take about an hour and a half and it takes over 2 hours. Maybe if they washed it and filled the tank. My bad though I should have taken the shuttle or had someone pick me up. Better still spent the 2.5 hours @ Target having retail therapy.

This is the worst dealership for service I have ever worked with. The appointment is set by a outside service not located at the dealership. Bad information given by them false promises on a shuttle after I arrived to drop the vehicle off so I did not leave the vehicle as I did not have another way of transportation after the change of mind they had on the shuttle. I don t have any of the recall work done now so don t count on them to do it either. False promises on delivery of their services. I have had problems with another car with them in the past also. Other Honda dealerships never give me these issues.

I was in the market to buy a 2024 Honda Pilot. I tried another local Honda dealership and didn't have success. I reached out to Performance Kings Honda via their website and was connected with Jacob Olsen. Jacob was great to work with. He answered all my questions before, during and after the sale. He took the initiative to contact customer service at Honda Link as I was having trouble with the verification process. He even helped me install Honda all weather mats and the cargo tray. Jacob made the car buying process as easy as it can be.

I called about my key fob needing to have batteries replaced. The receptionist was so helpful and gave me directions to go to parts and that she would tell them I was coming .I got to parts, was promptly greeted ,had my fob repaired, and was on my way in minutes. Great service and reasonable price

Worst service department ever!!! They lie to you and can t seem to do simple things in a reasonable amount of time. I live 10 mins from this location and now drive 30 mins to Honda East to be treated as a customer should.

I scheduled an appointment to have my air conditioning checked. It was for 12pm today. When I arrived I was asked if I could leave my car. I was told they couldn t guarantee that they would get to it by Friday. Today is Wednesday. They didn t have any loaners. WFT. I HAD AN APPOINTMENT. Why wasn t I told when I made the appointment that they would not honor that time? Why make appointments when you can t honor them. Going elsewhere

scheduled an appointment and was told when i showed up i had to wait 3 hours even though i had called and scheduled my service 24 hours in advance and then was told it was because people were just showing up.Very disappointed

Dropped my car off for it going into limp mode and the appointment was on the 7th. It s now the 13th and I should be able to pick it up today. Yesterday I was promised it would be done by end of day. Took until the 10th to diagnose it. Have been promised a dozen call backs and received only a couple. They claim it was phone problems, being busy, etc. no apology no discount for not having my car for 7 days.. This dealership could really use a sales lesson in their service department to not break rule number 1, don t over promise and under delivery. Saying you re going to call me back in 5 minutes is beyond crazy and only happened once out of the people 10 times he said it. Why even say it? I called Saturday and was unable to reach anyone all day. Prolly 10 phone calls. I called up Monday and was unable to reach anyone again in service and had to have a Secretary send out a company wide email looking for answers. Today I said I didn t receive the quote for the tires and was told they did send it. I checked while on the phone with them and nothing in my primary or spam. No sorry, or my bad just oh I sent it we both did (whoever the other guy is) and said he ll send it again. I Will find a new dealer to take it to next time.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes

I had an appointment yesterday and I choose to wait there, but when I reached there one service appt scheduler witch was supper rude and didn't even listen my concern. Had to deal with supervisor. I have to come home without fix. Worst experience ever at this dealer!

Be prepared to wait, however everyone I ve dealt with here has been very friendly. I bought a used car that is not Honda so I knew it d take a bit longer to get the parts. On MLK day which I m sure was busy as a lot of people were off work, I waited 2 hours for an oil change after I had an appointment at 11. I had previously been at 7:30 and left at 9. I think they offer cheap rental cars for the day if you do have somewhere to be. I ve had oil changes at Midas take as long and cause crazy oil leaks so it didn t bother me, but like I said be prepared to wait if you re not dropping off. A third party company takes their appointments so they can t limit appointments at busy/short staffed days. If you purchase the service contract with a car it is worth it. Every oil change you get your filter changed, a car wash, and a full inspection. It s worth it to me, but like I said. Be prepared to wait even if you have an appointment. And again I ve had a Midas cause a crazy oil leak, I trust Honda s technicians and the extra time I wait is worth it to me.Service: Oil change

Extremely slowing answering phone calls in the service center and they are slowing the in the service department. There in no system in place when you bring your car in. You just stand there until someone acknowledges you. There should be some sort of a line or a guide that forms so people know who is next. It takes forever to check in or pick up your car from being serviced.

I was about to drive when I gave the rating, so no time to type. I just wanted to add that Alec S. was so personable and explained everything clearly. Walked me to my car when I was leaving and made sure to wipe it down, just in case there were finger prints. Also before I even made it to the door, in the parking lot I was greeted by a young man, standing outside with other employees. One more, I wish that it could remember his name, but the gentlemen with the tablet, the walks the car when I first pulled into the service area. He was thorough. He found a piece of a razor in my tire, that I never noticed. Everyone was great. Thank you!

After our transmission had went out we originally towed our HRV to Honda of colerain 3/22/23 however, after we felt as if they didn t do a thorough job, We had our Honda towed to Kings Honda in Mason and talk to the service manager name Cole, Cole asked us what made us bring or Honda to them when it was just at Colerain. We explain the situation and let him know we didn t feel as if they did a thorough job, and we needed a second opinion. Cole had one of his service techs inspect our SUV the service tech Jeremy was so thorough with his inspection. He made sure to update my husband on everything that he was doing. He made sure to tell my husband that he was taking pictures of everything and send the request off to Honda because it was definitely the issue that Honda stated which caused for the transmission to Fail. Something that Jeff Wyler of Colerain didn t do. Because of Jeremy s knowledge and experience and thorough inspection and sending pictures HONDA seen that it was from the recall and fixed it under the warranty. After this experience we will forever be grateful and getting my our services done with this Honda. They were honest and not trying to get extra money out of us thank you Cole and Jeremy for all your hard work.Service: Transmission replacement

Routine service performed oil change and tire rotation. I also needed both headlight bulbs replaced, a belt, spark plugs, and a seal as well. Great experience friendly staff and excellent weather for sitting on a bench out front and looking at new cars in the lot. The bathroom was clean and stocked. The service waiting area was clean and adequately spaced with seats as well. Best experience yet. Keep up the great work! All because i got stopped by the police this morning for my non functioning headlights...

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I had an appointment for a simple oil change...that's it. My appointment was at 10:30, and I arrived at 10:20. My car was not finished with the routine oil change and tire rotation until 1:40. RIDICULOUS!!!!! What's the point in having an appointment???!!!! I missed another appointment I had at 12:30, because who would have thought that it would take over 3 hours for an oil change when the appointment was at 10:30??!!! I will be finding another Honda dealership to have my car serviced at.Update: Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, this was the 2nd time we had issues with the service center. The service center manager did not return my husband's call when we first bought the car. He had some questions regarding getting a hitch installed. We ultimately ended up calling Honda in Monroe and they were very responsive. Last week we traded the Honda in for a VW because the customer service there is MUCH better.

This dealership is charging over $40.00 in labor for an oil change now on a Civic, when 2 years ago they were only charging $12.50 for labor on a standard oil change. $40.00 for a job that takes a half hour or less, & they re paying their lube techs $10-$15 an hour? How do they expect their advisors to keep high survey scores with that kind of price increase? Definitely a massive rip off, I ll be servicing my vehicles at Castrucci from now on.Service: Auto maintenance
