My cars transmission went out unexpectedly and I was caught in a bind and needed a new car. Weston was absolutely amazing with helping me get into a new and safe Honda CRV EX. He made sure I got the colors I wanted with all the upgrades I wanted for a great price. He was so easy to work with. Alex in finance was also incredibly easy to work with. He made the process effortless and quick. I will definitely be back!

Every aspect of our purchasing experience at Honda East was top notch and above that of any other Honda dealership in the area (to be blunt it wasn t even close). Looking forward to many years of reliable use out of our 2024 Pilot as we did and continue to get from our 2009 Pilot.

I always have had excellent service at Honda East. I have been going there since late 2006 when I bought my new 2007 Honda Civic. I trust the service and staff. Mark helped me this time and my AC parts were ordered. I will not go anywhere else and highly recommend Honda East.

I had a flat tire and needed it changed ASAP to make it to my 12:00 meeting. I mentioned this to Austin and he made sure to find me a shuttle to get me all the way to west Chester for my meeting. I managed to make it on time and the shuttle picked me up and took me back to my car that was finished. I m stunned by this excellent service. This is the best service I have ever recieved. I will forever stay with this dealership!!

Mike in the service dept provided me with numerous updates while I was in the waiting room. He was detailed and open on what needed to be done and what my options were, even to the point of making a strong recommendation that ending up saving me money. He also made sure I had shuttle service to and from Honda to my home, given how long my car had to be there. This was truly one on the BEST experiences I had EVER had and any dealership! Kudos to Mike and the Honda staff! I will be much more open to bringing my car back for regular maintenance, and not just when I have a car emergency/breakdown!

I began using this dealership when Kerry Honda raised my oil change charge from @50.00 to 80.00 and not informing of the increase until handing me the bill. Time for me to go. I looked at the reviews for Honda east and found people who still act like normal people and have consistently done a excellent job servicing my car...no issues whatsoever.

Service department representative was pleasant, told me exactly how long service would take, and offered shuttle service to another location. Service was completed promptly and before the estimated time. He explained in detail all service points that were checked. I would highly recommend Honda East service dept.

Gary Pable was very informative on the car buying experience and the overview of the particular vehicle I was interested in. He made my car shopping adventure a simple one! He followed up with me after my visit and extended his help to let me know that I could reach out to him at any time with any additional questions. I shopped around at different dealers but came back to Honda East and purchased my 2024 HRV because of him and his genuineness and expertise! At the time of purchase, he was thorough and made the process very simple by going above and beyond expectations. If you are in the process of buying or leasing a car, definitely go see him! He will take care of you!

Always unparalleled customer service. Every time I visit for a service on my Civic I m greeted promptly and swiftly helped. Everything is always explained in great detail and always reassured to never hesitate to ask any questions. Every service is completed in the time frame I m quoted and never left waiting. Zero regrets visiting this dealership, my next car will definitely be through Honda East!

The interactions I had with Honda East service staff were respectful and helpful. I was greeted upon arrival and was assisted within minutes. Due to length of appointment, the service representative arranged a shuttle ride home for me. I was comfortable in the waiting room while I awaited the shuttle. I waited approximately 20 minutes. The shuttle drivers were very courteous and I felt at ease during the rides. Honda East service staff contacted me in a timely manner regarding the repair estimate - information was communicated clearly and my questions were answered completely. There was no pressure for an immediate answer about the proposed repairs.I have had multiple Hondas serviced at Honda East service over the years. I have experienced consistent high quality vehicle outcomes and customer service in that time.

I came in with what I thought was a failing battery, but I wasn t sure. Mike was super helpful and took all the steps possible to try and diagnose the problem without having me incur a big expense. He also stayed in frequent contact with me after he arranged for a shuttle ride (the ride with my driver, a 30 ish guy was also great!) and was very patient as I tried to work a separate battery issue out with advanced auto parts. I will absolutely recommend Honda east to others. Thanks Mike!

We experienced battery trouble on the homeward-bound leg of a cross-country road trip. We called and Mike, Lilly, and the rest of the team got us in right away, ran a quick diagnostic, replaced the battery, and got us back on the road ASAP. Car trouble on a road trip could have been a nightmare but Honda East turned it into barely a blip.

I had good service experience.Very friendly staff, very helpful. The only opportunity I saw was the tech forgot to recalibrate the tires after rotation. I received a warning light as I entered the highway. I contacted the service department and they explained why the warning came on. I was familiar with how to recalibrate so no issue.

Top notch service. I inherited my Ridgeline from my deceased spouse. It was purchased at another Honda dealer who did not explain the service requirements. I was just brushed off, being told the truck would tell me. So I decided to try Honda East. It was so refreshing to not being treated like a stupid old lady. I liked the guy who checked me in. He took some time to explain the options. I will definitely take the truck back there for service.

As a seasoned customer, I must express my disappointment with the recent service experience. The service advisor appeared visibly overwhelmed and demonstrated a lack of professionalism through rudeness. Navigating through the garage to locate my vehicle proved to be an arduous task, compounded by the inaccurate description of its location. Moreover, the state of the garage was concerning, with pervasive tripping hazards and oil spillages presenting safety risks. However, I must commend the helpful technicians who assisted me towards the end of my visit. The 2 courteous technicians aided me in locating both my car and the exit door, for which I am grateful. Their assistance provided a much-needed alleviation amidst the challenges encountered earlier in my experience. It is my sincere wish that the establishment considers investing in a new facility, not only to enhance the overall customer experience but also to prioritize safety for all patrons.

Visited Honda East Cincinnati last week. I spoke with Leo from Honda East and took rest drive of 2024 Honda CRV Sport Hybrid. Found Leo very nice sales guy, his strength is making customer feel comfortable and confident about a purchase decision. Leo knows his business really well and was able to satisfy all the questions and doubts I had. I would definitely recommend Honda East Cincinnati to anyone looking for a new ride.

I had such a wonderful buying experience from Honda East. I worked with Mike Davidson through the process. Let me say up front - if you're looking to buy; go to Honda East and ask for Mike!I was pretty specific in what I wanted, which was the 2024 Honda Civic Touring with the black exterior and black interior.Apparently the black on black is really popular and doesn't stay on the lot long. Mike never tried to talk me to into another color or another trim. He respected what I was wanting to purchase.Once the car was available, I came in for a test drive and knew I'd be purchasing it. Mike was very thorough when going through the features of the car. He really took the time to go through and show me how I can customize them to my preferences.I ended up financing with Honda East, as they're offering a better interest rate. The entire process was seamless. Mike started the financing process with me and I worked with Jaimie Eary to finish it out. They both went over the warranty, maintenance, gap coverage, and tire protection. At no point did I feel they pushed one thing or the other. They just explained what they were and the benefits. Ultimately, I did purchase the warranty and maintenance packages. I felt they were a great deal and provided me great coverage.Going into looking for a new car, I thought it might get stressful; but they made it such a smooth process. I cannot thank Mike, Jaimie or Honda East enough for making it so effortless, for me. I walked away feeling very happy and confident with my purchase. I'm excited to join the Honda family and look forward to future services/purchases with Honda East.

Great service dept! Starting with easy on line appt setting, then easy drop off (and sometimes the waiting area), finally the call to pick up (detailing services rendered and any issues) to paying at the cashier. ( they are always kind and allowed me to use the $10.00) coupon!!Now just have Honda introduce EV trucks, please!!!

Honda east did me very poorly. I took my 2008 Honda pilot there for the transmission acting up, and the D light was flashing. I went with their recommendations of replacing all the external solenoids, and changing the transmission fluid. They said as their professional opinion this would fix the issue 95% sure. I asked if they would work with me if that did not fix it since it was around an $1800 for the work. They assured me they would, but was very sure the problem would be fixed. Well the transmission lasted three weeks after they were done. Took it back, and they say it now needs a transmission, or a used transmission. Used is $4200. I asked how they planed to help since they said they would. Their only and final offer was $500 off. Nicole the Manger was very rude. She said this is not the problem it had three weeks ago and they couldnt tell what was going to happen and even suggested it was a car with 180000 miles and the engine could go at any time. It was there for a transmission repair. Needless to say be careful with Honda east service department. They don't stand behind their diagnostic and repairs.UPDATE i contacted customer service as asked. It was 15 minutes of were not going to do anything to help you, but would you PLEASE remove the bad google review. Very disappointing on the fake concerned dealership response.

They scheduled my car and got the parts in and the installation was very good. My car is an older SI and I was happy they were able to do the roof molding edges that required glued in clips. It was a 3 hour job and I had to rent a car because my appointment at 1 did not allow enough time but that was OK too. They did offer to reschedule my appointment but I declined. I felt confident when I left with my car they did a quality job and I got to drive a new civic which was nice incase I decide I'd like an automatic Honda civic.

Take your car elsewhere. They couldn t diagnose a bad alternator and cost me a ton of time and money. Then quoting me over $1,000 for new one. Got a new one installed down the street for $600 out the door.Service was rude and spent way way too much for the work that was done.Not happy.

The service department is always very nice and the service was relatively quick. I took the van in for an oil change, and I asked them to check an area where I'd run over the curb, and they did it without a charge. My Odyssey will be twenty-one years old in February, and I'm trying to keep it running for many more years.

Everyone was very nice here! They took care of my oil change and other services fast and handled with care! My only issue was it was hard to find the entrance to the service center. The main gate for the dealership part was close, so it was hard to get back there being our first time going. Nothing against the great people and service at the location though! I definitely recommend this location for your Honda needs!
