I was referred to Hank's after an accident I was in. I was anxious when I got there because it was a smaller shop than I had expected. I am glad to admit I was wrong.They were extremely helpful, especially with working with my insurance and getting all the paperwork filled out and turned in. They kept me informed in their progress and kept to the dates they promised my car would be ready. Ray was especially helpful when I had scheduling conflicts to pick up. This is a small family owned business and they really are appreciative of your business. As for my... it hasn't looked this good in years! And it is thanks to Hank's. Would definitely go back if need be and recommend to anyone looking for body work.

Car was taken in on / around March 3rd for repairs, staff were friendly and processed my repair claim from the insurance company in a timely manner. Car was given back in working condition and was able to return to daily use.

If I could give 10 stars I would, they are very professional and I loved the work they did inside and out on my car! I can t believe how brand new she looks, I m just so in love 10/10 very recommended to go to for repairs

I am mind blown at the excellent service given by Hanks Auto Body and team. I had hit a deer causing roughly 3500 in damage to my front end. My car looks brand new. I am so impressed. When I picked it up, which repairs were completed in RECORD time, I was not expecting for it to be vacuumed, wiped down and washed. Little touches that make me want to recommend them to everyone. I picked this car up a month earlier than expected. Thank you for the quick turnaround time and amazing work. Highly recommend this repair shop.

Ray at Hank's Auto Body specifically went above and beyond to complete my car repair very quickly. He was very thorough and even corrected mistakes made by a previous repair shop. Hanks auto id rate them the best out there. I went in for my door being jammed and a big dent in it. They fixed all the problems I had in less than a WEEK! also Detailed the inside of my car. Ray and his crew did an amazing job on my car with an equally amazing turn a round. I was rear ended and fully expected I would never see my car I loved in the condition it was before the accident. Not only did they return it to the condition before the accident but with Hank's crew's attention to detail it was better than when i first bought it new. I love it and owe it all to Ray and the guys who worked on it. Ray also kept my cost down and as promised came in under the estimate. I would highly recommend these guys and use them again in the future. They treat you like family!

Great staff. Amazing work. They are professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. They treat their customers like they're family. They quoted me a fair price and they delivered. My car was done in no time and their staff takes pride in their work. They will not tolerate anything less than perfection! I will not hesitate to go there again.

2012 Mazda got hit while stopped at a light. Hank's did a fantastic repair job for my wife and she is pleased as punch over their work. Plus, they got the job finished in record time.

My family has been taking our cars to Hank's for 40+ years. They are a State Farm Preferred shop and they do excellent repair work. Most of all you won't find a better man than Ray, Hank's son, who runs the business today. He's as honest as they come.

I love love loveeeeee this place! They just recently fixed my Hyundai Elantra and she looks better then before I bought her. They even cleaned her off and out which I didn t expect, but highly appreciated! They were super professional and called me to keep me updated on the process. They gave me an estimated date and had everything done by then. My family has been coming here for years so it s nothing new to have my car taken there whenever something happens. Thank you guys!

Professional repairs always tries to offer the best deal. Really good body work and other repairs that aren't just accident related. They gave me a great deal on the repair when my automatic door lock went out. The dealer wanted an arm and a leg for my Lincoln MKZ. I always check with Hanks first.

I hope I don't need to use Hank's again soon, but if I need a body shop again, I will go to Hank's. And I recommend them to anyone. I dropped off a car for a new bumper on Thursday without an appointment, and it was finished on Tuesday. I was charged exactly the amount I was quoted. I felt they were honest people running a good business.

The staff is very kind and remembered me by name for each visit. The initial damage estimate took about 15 minutes a breeze. They initially stated that they would need the car from Monday-Wednesday, but when I called on Wednesday they told me they needed another day to finish the job. This was really not a large concern for me. When I picked the car up on Thursday, it was as good as new. They did a fantastic job with the body work. They even gave my entire car a much needed wash to get rid of the salt stains, as well as vacuumed the interior. I would highly recommend this shop for their personal touch and professional work.

Awesome experience. My vehicle was damaged due to an accident and Hank's repaired it to perfection. After repairs were done and picking up my vehicle there was a noise that I hadn't heard prior to the accident. It turned out to be a maintenance issue (break pads) and not at all related to the accident. Hank's ended up taking care of the bill for that issue! I was so surprised and am really grateful! Thank you Hank's Auto Body!!!!

I have used Hank's Auto Body several times in the last 8 years and they have always provided outstanding service. It's worth the drive from West Chester for them to work on my cars. Ray is a great guy to work with, offers excellent customer service, and he'll do his best to help you.

My 2017 Honda Civic was rear ended and had a ton of damage, and boy oh boy, this shop is the best. They were always so helpful and answered all of my questions and to top it off, they went WAY beyond what they needed to do. They literally detailed my car, inside and out and trust me, it had to take them forever. My car is used for my traveling so it was in dire need to be cleaned. So when I opened my door and seen what they had done, I almost cried. They truly are top notch and I will never go anywhere else

I had extensive work done on my car after an accident, including body work and damage around the tire. Hank's did a great job, and tested the car extensively because 2 days after I got the car back, I drove it from Cincinnati, OH to San Ramon, CA! The car made the 40 hour trip in great condition, and runs perfectly! Hank's not only did a great job, but made sure I had the car back in time for the trip. Thanks!

They did a amazing job on my 2014 camry.. looks brand new again. They stayed in contact throughout the process. Cleaned the inside and gave it a wash. Couldn't be more happier about the experience. Will Recommend to everybody! Thanks!

I highly recommend Hank's Body Shop they not only fix your car in the time they said The staff are professional -- do what they have to do to preserve your car in the way you left it . they also detail and wash your car before you get it back. Love the old fashioned sevice
