Stopped in to get the soft top cover on my 2006 Mercury Grand Marquis evaluated by professional to see if it needed to be replaced. Was greeted by a very nice gentleman who told me there was no problem with the soft top now, but that when the time came to replace it, it would cost x dollars and that I should come back and see him then.It's refreshing to see a good old-fashioned company with honest people working at it. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

I took my Audi A5 convertible here because a small section of my headliner had by the rear window had come unsnapped, and I had no luck getting it snapped in myself. They had one of their installer fix it for me. The owner refused to charge me, which was not necessary, but appreciated by me. Very friendly people!

Took in my 2013 Dodge Caravan to have the seat cushion replaced. Everything was done within a day and absolutely no issues at all. We highly recommend them to friends and family.

Excellent, Excellent Customer Service. I have a 2007 Chrysler Crossfire and my headliner dropped. Fisher Griffin did a excellent job replacing it and my car looks brand new. They treated me like family and I would recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you so much!

Fisher Griffin has done no work for me. I do have an 03 Audi A4 Cabriolet convertible. The fact that they reply to the reviews in an orderly thought out manner is enough to convince me that if I ever do need service I will surely go to them.

Great service. These guys know how to do it. They installed a new seat cushion and a new cover on my F150 and it looks great. I would recommend these guys for your upholstery needs.

I purchased a 2010 FJ Cruiser which came with a tear in the drivers seat. Fisher Griffin replaced the fabric, added some foam, sewed it all back together and it looks and feels like new. They were very friendly, easy to work with, fast and responsive. I would go back with any upholstery needs I have.

Been trying to get 7 chairs re-upholstered and asked if Fisher Griffin was able to pick them up to get this done. They confirmed yes the could. 1 week goes by and no one showed up to pick up the chairs. I contacted them 3 times during the first week and they never returned my call. During the 2nd week of waiting for them to pick my items up, I spoke with them and they said the would be out later that day, or the next morning. Later that day and the next morning came and went. Absolutely no customer service as they do not call to give you an update, you have to call them. They do not return calls/messages, and they do not do what they say they are going to do.

Fisher Griffin replaced the carpet in our GMC Acadia. The airbag wires under the front seat were cut and improperly spliced together with electrical tape, causing high resistance and the airbag indicator to come on, and consequently the airbags to not work. Outside of the GMC dealership we regularly take our car to for servicing, Fisher Griffin is the only other service provider we've taken the Acadia to. Mr. Fisher said they would not have cut the wires, yet their work involved pulling out the seats and carpet. Mr. Fisher said I could bring the car in and he would look at it but continued to say they would not have cut the wires, yet they were plainly cut, and that he was unable to make a determination as to what they did or didn't do 4 years ago. It seemed futile to bring the car in only to have him tell me they would never cut wires and 4 years ago was too long to know what happened. It was shoddy work they did, resulting in additional expenses for me to fix the issue they caused.

Dropped off seat to be partially repaired seat was at their shop for over a year did not recieve any call ..I stopped by seat was not worked on at all ...another several months went by nothing ...I finally picked the seat up...if they didn't want to work on seat just tell me ..not professional this time ...other work was good over the years but I deseserved a phone call on why this time work could not proceed on this seat..

Replaced broken sunroof but then it leaked, had to go to the dealer and have the drain cleaned out. For FG ti look at it again was just as much. Should have been taken care of when it was replaced.
