They quoted me a little over $200 to replace my brake pads. A few hours later the tech calls me and says I need new rotors. I tell him to just replace the pads. He then proceeds to tell me the dumbest and most incorrect version of how brakes work that I ve ever heard in my life. I again tell him to just replace the pads.A few minutes later the front desk guy calls me and tells me they won t replace the pads unless I get rotors, and the price is now almost $600. He completely disregards the fact that the tech has no idea what he s talking about, and says he s new . I told them to put it back together and I d be over to get it.I just did the job in my driveway in a little over an hour for half the price. This place is a joke and I ll tell everyone I know to never take their vehicle here for anything.

The staff is always kind and willing to work with our family's schedule. The work is fantastic and done in a timely manner. They know our cars and their history and give me one less thing to worries about. Kevin has been there a long time and he does his job well!

Overall my experience was satisfactory. I chose 9/10 due to the Maintenance Required warning message was still active after the service was supposedly complete. Also I was not given the option to reuse the existing TPMS sensors or have all new ones installed. So the TPMS low PSI warning light was also illuminated. The individual that I asked to resolve the situation was not certain about the proper resetting process. Also he was unaware of the lug nut size I would need or the recommended tire pressure for the specific tires that I had installed.I almost gave this location a 3/5 star review. However, Antonio was very flexible, accommodating and polite. I received great communication and updates throughout the process.Unfortunately I will have to return to this shop in a week to get the TPMS sensor situation resolved.

Staff was very responsive to my problem. I had a leaking tire and they were able to fix it while I waited and did a needed oil change at the same time. We will never take our cars anywhere else!

I just needed the valve stem on my tire replaced and they were able to get it done in half an hour with only 4 hours notice of my coming in. They were friendly, professional and suggested other repairs but did not pressure them.

This place is a sham when it comes to major repairs they will scam you .. Engine was leaking badly paid nine hundred fifty bucks for A valve cover job.. Car was released still leaking brought back told I have to pay for the diagnostics to find out the leaks when they already did a valve cover job (If they actually did that) And could have spotted the leaks there as a skilled mechanic... Now told it's my engine leaking and transmission. They could have told me that the 1st day of repairs. I would have paid for it. Something just isn't right here. I am taking my car elsewhere.

Called 2 weeks prior to bringing my vehicle in, told me to bring it on a Saturday as soon as they opened. I walked in at 7:01am attempted to drop my vehicle off like scheduled and was told that they were going to need my car for 3 days? 3 days to do warranty work for 4 rotors and a tire rotation. I spent $1600 total replacing all pads and rotors on my vehicle as well as fluid flushed and so on so fourth just for them to start pulsating right away. You would image they could prioritize someone who's already spent money with them instead of someone who hasn't spent any. Let's not forget I was told there was no appointments available but when I was there getting told all this the guy really said "I can schedule you an appointment first thing tomorrow morning if you want to bring it by" unprofessional.

The staff is always professional and friendly, very upfront with costs and what is needed. I've never been misled about concerns regarding my vehicle and they're often accommodating when I need a last minute appointment for a tire fix. Service is reasonably quick as well. I have frequented this location for several years and I don't really have anything critical to say except I wish there was more to do while you wait.

I will never spend another DIME at Firestone on Glenway Ave in Cincinnati.My daughter bought 4 new tires from Firestone on Glenway in Cincinnati NOV 2017. Last week she had a flat tire and scheduled an appointment. She arrived at Firestone the next day at 3 PM and was told it should take 2 hours. The oil change, alignment check, and tire inspection actually took 3.5 hours. They ended up not charging her for the oil change and the alignment and tire inspection were free since she had paid for the extended warranty when she bought the tires. They could not find any issue with the tire even though THREE different technicians looked at it, so they just rotated the tires. The next morning the tire was again flat. I put on the spare and inspected the tire MYSELF finding an obvious nail/screw in the tread (see pic). I took the tire back to Firestone at 5 PM with duct tape marking the area and asked them to repair the nail/screw hole and call me when it was ready. I got a call at 8 AM the next morning saying the issue was in the sidewall of the tire and could not be fixed but they could replace the tire for only $40 since I had purchased the extended warranty. I told them to set the tire aside, I would pick it up at lunchtime. I picked up the tire and took it to a local auto repair shop I have used previously. They were able to plug the tire for $10. Also, somehow the flimsy particle board covering the spare tire in the trunk was snapped horizontally. My guess is someone lifted it up without taking anything out of the trunk and it broke.What awful customer service!

I liked the customer service the last two times I was in but they said they check all fluids and tires etc. My washer fluid was empty and I had the appointment scheduled so I figured I'd let them handle it. They marked it inspected and okay on the service sheet I got, but still empty it's small but makes me wonder what else they skip or don't actually check. I'll probably go back but will be checking everything before I leave moving forward.

I'm generally untrusting of chain auto repair facilities. However I've had great luck with Firestone. The Firestone shops I've dealt with have been professional and honest. When I take my car in for service they give me a rundown of how much everything is going to cost that way there are no surprises when I come to pick up the car. So far I'm very happy dealing with Firestone.

Talk about the ole classic bait and switch....ordered 4 tires through Firestone website for $300 (incredible price right?), set up the appointment, and appointment was approved. I dropped off my car the night before and then the next morning I received a work order ticket via email for nearly $800. Shocked, I called the garage with confusion and was asked to show him the price I was quoted, I just happened to take a screenshot because I felt this was going to happen.I show the employee the screenshot and I get "wow I'm sorry there's nothing I can do." He was right, he did absolutely nothing to ease the situation so what could I do being in a pinch financially and in a time crunch? I purchased only two tires for $388 which was still more than my original quote for four.Days later I received an email for a survey, in which I was happy to fill out. Someone from corporate was supposed to contact me within 2-3 days; still waiting by my phone 2-3 months later, no contact at this point. I'll keep y'all updated Looks like some have had good encounters with this location however I will never step foot inside this place again nor will I ever recommend them.

Our service adviser was friendly, professional and efficient. On a very busy day, he was patient, dealing with each customer with a focus on their problem and getting it resolved. Had a flat tire a short distance from the shop and was able to get it fixed in a short period. Would always come back.

Awful. Car is squeaking and they told me it was control arm bushings. Had it replaced. 2 hours later car is squeaking even louder. Took it back and they said it was something else give them more money. Not gonna happen .after you told me the car was fixed. I don't have money for you to guess and charge me to rebuild my car. If you don't know where the noise is coming from say so cause guessing is expensive. You are not using my car as a money pit. Made appointment to remove the unnecessary parts. Kevin had the nerve to say he doesn't work for free. You were paid. You just didnt know what you were doing!own up to your mistakes.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Stolen from. My 3rd gen AirPods went missing after a visit to this location to have a mail pulled from a leased vehicle. Leasing company has fleet account with them. The first time I went in for a flat tire and had to return a week later but they instantly found what was missed, explained it, fixed it, were friendly and didn't charge extra. This time they were patient, quick with service and answered my questions since it was a new car for me

My original appointment was made for Friday and when I arrived, they said they didn't have my appointment and I had to reschedule for Monday. The service advisor wasn't very friendly upon arrival and didn't seem to take interest in my service request. I was informed to sign to an agreement that I was told was for approval for service, but on the receipt it shows that I signed off that no inspection was requested but I always get an inspection. I was in the shop for over an hour with no updates on the estimated time of completion for my oil change. And finally upon getting back into my car, my oil percentage gauge wasn't reset which makes me concerned that my oil wasn't truly changed.

Ordered tires to be delivered to be installed here. Got a call from Ryan to confirm the scheduling but realized the vehicle I wanted them installed on was too large for their bays. Ryan had an immediate recommendation based on his experience. Brought the vehicle by to have it checked and confirmed I could not have it serviced there, but was treated respectfully and they even offered to hang onto the tires until I needed to pick them up! While I did not end up getting service here, I was very impressed with their care and consideration. If you are looking for somewhere to get tires, definitely give these guys a call!

This place is horrible. We had to have our car towed here when we walked in we told them something happened to the transmission. The guy looked at us and said ok they would run a test. This guy never told us they couldn't work on transmissions, fast forward later that day we got a call yea it's something internal in the transmission we can't work on them it'll have to taken somewhere else. So after 2 days and a lot of money in towing I am upset. The guy should have been up front instead a not telling some body so they could make some money for a test.

I went in to have a tire plugged. A few things happened... The first day they told me to come in and when I got there all the bays were full. When they asked the service manager he said it would be an hour-and-a-half wait.I left but but made an appointment for the next day.They do a courtesy once over on all the cars. The problem is they told me my car needed aligned, for $200. Not only does it not need to be aligned, but I paid $60 the last time I had it done.They also showed me the cabin filter, which I didn't even know existed. they wanted $50 to replace something they already had out and wanted to charge me$35 for something you just drop into place.It was dark gray and I made the comment, oh my God that's filthy! He made no effort to correct me but after doing research I noticed that one side is dark gray.So the bottom line is, these people can't be trusted.
