I am in from out of town, and I needed an issue taken care of before driving 4 hours home. They did everything in their power to help me. Carlo and brandon helped me out and really moved things to assist me when they could have just turned me away. Thanks for keeping my best friend and I safe on our first trip to Cincinnati! Great place!

Horrible service just left them 20 mins ago me and used them for years the service went down hill , new management I don't know. But schedule 2 cars at earliest time possible one car was done ofter still waiting both schedule at 7,8 am I done with them

The staff was very professional and kind. Mr. Flowers, at the Colerain (Northgate) location was pleasant and very helpful to my concern. Explained to me very clearly what my options were to fixing the concerns I had.

Absolutely love this place! Highly Recommend! I have desperately been trying to find a good, honest, professional establishment to take my car for repairs, Maintainence, etc. The employees at Firestone were so kind and very knowledgeable on everything my car needed service on today. I plan to make this my only destination for services on my car from here on out, and I can see myself giving them a lot of referrals as well. It is very hard to find people that care about you as a customer and about your vehicle and from start to finish of my interaction with everyone it was wonderful. It was just important to me to leave this review for them because everyone at this location made me feel valued as a customer. Thank you all and I ll be back.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

Went in for a routine oil change the manager was supposedly on vacation. After the nasty attitude I received from staff I chose to have my oil rechecked at two different places found out I was a quart low in the oil they put in they did not put any type of fluids in the car I will not be returning and will not recommend

This facility told me to continue to drive my car after stopping 4 times asking what is wrong with my car, I ask them to check all fluids etc and eventually scheduled a diagnostic testing that they want to keep my car overnight which meant I need an Uber to complete this with added cost, long story short if you are a woman be careful here, they did not care to be HONEST about my vehicle. In fact I paid for small things to get fixed as more thing suddenly needed to be repaired on my car after going there. Long story short: I had taken my vehicle to 3 other Firestone autos and gotten the same results, so I went to VALVOLINE and asked them to check my fluids again to find that my car had no oil in it and my low oil light never came on. This shop needs investigating because they clearly did not do anything they were asked to do to fix my car, in fact they gave me instructions to keep driving it with no oil to wait for a light to come on. They set me up for major damages and now I understand how my AC went out after going their in May as well. This place breaks your car to profit. After over 10 years of using Firestone I will not be going back. I went in and told them my car needed at least 3 tires and Possibly the fourth. They called me later in the day saying to replace a ball joint and then informed me they wouldn't honor the warranty on the tires because of it. I was upset because I bought the tires from the same place and they didn't say if I didn't replace the ball joint I don't have the warranty. I told them no to the ball joint and just do the tires. I said I would leave it for a couple days for convenience. 5 days later I show up and they hand me the keys I go out and my tires have not been replaced. I go back in and they said we thought you didn't want to spend the money on it. Once again I only said no to ball joint and expected tires to be done before they called me. Thankfully they were slow and did them right then but I was late to work and they didn't even try to compensate me for anything or even honoring the warranty which again when I bought the tires from them the last time they failed to mention that not doing the ball joint means I don't get a warranty. Terrible service I used to be proud to go to Firestone but it has gone downhill in recent years at all the locations in Cincinnati.

they got the job done. issue was i dropped off with an appointment on Saturday and my car wasn't looked at. i called to check on it and was told it hadn't been checked about a half hour before closing. i should have been informed. the following monday was a holiday- dropped off early- still didn't get checked. i opted to let it stay overnight this time as I didn't need it. job was finally completed the following day.also the quote given on the phone was 400 and the bill was 700. it would have been helpful to know the true cost- like, what if i hadn't been able to pay that amount. probably won't go to again

Northgate Firestone Earned a FIVE today. Awesome service provided by Brandon and his associates. Professional, courteous, respectful of the service request made. I called at 8am, car in by 9am, out by 1:00 pm.with oil change , new tires, old tires were rotated, an alignment completed. Rides great! Feedback provided prior to repairs was great. Brandon was patient with my questions. Awesome Job to you today! So far...so good, if any thing goes wrong I feel confident returning for issues to be fived.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change

This place has a manager who is racist. Do not go here! He refuses to put air in my tire and is the only person at this location who has a problem with doing so. He says it s not a fill station very condescending.Service: TiresService: Tires

Excellent, Fast and efficient been there 3 times in the last 3 weeks. Twice in the last two weeks for my car, once a tire plug, second time was oil change, wipers. 3rd time wife had a flat and needed new tire it was close by end of their day they had it ready before it was their closing time.

I primarily use these guys for my oil changes on all my vehicles. They've always done a superb job. Even when I've gone in without an appointment, they've always got me in and out fairly quickly. I used to always go to Valvoline but they've gotten so expensive it's just not worth it.

So I don t normally review places because I could care less about it but this Firestone can t even do their jobs properly (so backstory my car got stolen and it was recovered a month before I got my car back from Firestone). I finally got my car back after a month of waiting they only added one manual lock and the key part of the ignition and that s it charged me almost 2,000 dollars and it s making bad grinding noises on the same day of getting it back. So In short don t EVER drop your car off here they will just make it worse over all (the funny thing is they have done this before so twice they have f ed me over)

I went to Firestone in Colerain Township on 2/24/22. I need new tires, oil change, alignment, and brakes. Although I spent more than I wanted to, I believe I still received a great deal for all work that needed to be done on my car. Customer service was amazing. I love that staff kept me updated while I waited.

Great place to have your vehicle serviced. Had tires installed here i bought from eBay. They treated me like family . Did a great install of the tires , 4 wheel alignment and even added a lugnut for a wheel that was missing one. There are not many places i trust to work on my truck. This place is a trusted mechanic in my book. Excellent help by the gentleman working the front desk that morning as well. Good job guys!

I went Firestone in colerain township on Thursday May 12th because my low tire warning was on. I had no appointment. The man I encountered right away looked to see if he had a tire. Then went out to my car and looked at my tires. He asked me if I wanted to replace the 2 low tread tires also. I said yes because they were the original tires. I have a 2013 model car. He also told me that the tire with the nail was under warranty still and I would get a discount for that tire. I had bought 2 tires from them a year or so ago. He had two of the tires in stock. The third tire going to be brought from the warehouse I think. They started right away on my car. He then came and said everything was done including alignment but the 3rd tire coming was still not there. The man was stuck in traffic. He apologized and said as soon as it got there they would put it on. I am very pleased with them taking my car right away with no appointment. Also with keeping me informed and the courteous manners The guys name was Matt and he was great. I WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK

I had all new tires put on here a few weeks ago. I needed my car back the same day but they were going to keep it because they said it needed an alignment. I decided to pick it up and get the alignment done later. I took my car today to Northgate tire; When I went to pick it up they said my alignment was perfect. I really hate to think that companies operate this way and lie to their customers to get more money out of them. I will never go to this store again and would not recommend them. Very disappointed.

For anyone in the colerain area Do not go to Firestone in colerain. My brother took his car there yesterday for an oil change that ended up being $100 (we ve been before and the oil change was $60) but they lied him into getting more expensive oil. Not only did they screw him over on money they left his skid plate unbolted and let him proceed to leave he noticed as he was getting on the highway he heard it dragging. He immediately called back for them to say sorry we re closed he brought his car and skid plate in there today and demanded it get put back on as the bolts to screw it on we re still with the mechanic and he asked them for a refund since their policy states if a customer is not satisfied a full refund will be given NO. They told him there s nothing they could do. My dad called in pretty upset with them and all they had to say is we re sorry you feel that way . HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They also told Cameron they noticed they forgot to put the clips back on his skid plate but let it go anyway. Laziness and taking advantage of a young kid. Our whole family has been long time customers there including my great grandma who they ve taken advantage of before and this is the way they treat their customers. Forewarning take your business elsewhere!!

Top notch customer service. The up front guys care about you and you're vehicle and any needs or concerns you may have. The techs are also one of a kind and do their job flawlessly. I believe my tech was Kevin and he had me concerned at first because he was young, but he is very knowledgeable and performed the work I needed done. He also has a great smile and personality. I recommend my friends and family whenever anyone service done. They also price match competitors which is a plus. Great Job guys and thanks for all that you do.

In the spirit of Christmas Miracles I want to thank Firestone Colerain for, first displaying courteous customer service skills on the phone and while I was on the property. Quality customer service is indeed a miracle in the days we are living and it has not a thing to do with the pandemic.I was at my wits end after purchasing four tires as a gift from a big box store with an auto center. Imagine my surprise and yes anger after waiting ten days versus the four day promised delivery date, by a less than courteous employee, "Oh yes we have your tires but our equipment may be too old to put on your tires." There was an additional exchange and the end result, "Oh just come in and we can try to put your tire on and, or you can come pick them up and find someone else to put them on for you.' Tire size 20Before I gave this car to family I remember purchasing tires from an Arizona Firestone where I previously lived and my digital car footprint was still in the database.My initial call was answered by an empathic manager. Who promised to fit me in, however my doctor appointment was a hindrance. Later I spoke to Steve an amiable guy who greeted me with a smile when I walked through the door.Brandon was my go to guy who took the time to work with me on times and gave his word if I had the car in by the agreed upon time my card will be ready within a couple of hours. All I wanted was to go home and get out of the cold and rain. I was reassured and relieved.My experience has converted me as a lot of Midwesterner no matter where I have lived I always try to use (SME) home-town companies. I presently have a consulting business and my clients are GM dealerships r fixed ops department so I know a thing or two about service, procedure, quality customer service. and I could not be more pleased than with each of the previously mentioned topics and the treatment I received from the call to the completion of the work with Firestone Complete Auto Care located at 9700 Colerain, Brandon H Service Manager.Thank goodness I remembered going to a Firestone in Arizona and thank the staff at Firestone on Colerain Ave for my Christmas Miracle my family is riding safe.

I went to the Firestone on Northland Blvd because I was in the area and it was listed to close at 7:00 pm. When I got there, it was closed. I called the Firestone on Colerain to see if they were open until 7 and stated the situation and said I may get there closer to 7. I needed air in my tire. The service rep, said no worries and to take my time. I was so grateful that I didn't have to speed over there and still made it with a few minutes to spareThat was a classic example of excellent customer service.

Do not come here for anything other than getting an oil change. I came here because my car AC compressor stopped working. They charged us $35 to inspect what's wrong and an additional $230 to fix. I didn't know much about car and didn't have a choice but to pay $230 for the AC to be fixed. However after extensive research and from what they told me, the only thing that was wrong is a tiny relay that costs $20 at AutoZone and probably cheaper everywhere else. I wouldn't have minded if they were to just charge me $60 for that, which is exactly what they did, but they were also using the fact that i know little about cars to unnecessarily drain and recharge the freon, which i knew for a fact, was still in perfect condition. Also they replaced a cabin air filter that costs $10 and 3 minutes to replace for another $60. I know they have to making a living but not by scamming their customers. If i were rich i wouldn't mind but I'm just a college student. $200 means a lot to me and my future. I'm sharing to let everyone know so they won't be scammed. I know that I'll never return to this place ever again.

Scheduled for oil change, tire rotation with pressure check, fluid top off. Got oil change only and charged for 'oil filter' disposal fee! I know the pressure wasn't checked because the pressure on 3 tires needed air when I took it in there. Based on past experience from elsewhere, I mark my tires when I take in for rotating, why I knew they weren't rotated. Ordinarily I have no issues with Firestone, I think only one tech was on duty, if that is the case, let me know if you can't do something I have scheduled for. I will go back to taking this particular vehicle to the dealer.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PPL. Not only do they charge sometimes twice as much as other places, they will tell you things need repairing when they do not. They told me my calipers were seized, and I needed new rotors, and that my sway bar links were bad. NONE OF THOSE THINGS WERE TRUE. I'm so glad I walked away from their high-pressure salesman, who was trying to convince me that this $1900 worth of repairs was essential, and that I should consider taking out a credit card to pay for it. The car isn't even worth $1900. I don't know how they sleep at night.
