The manager was short staff the morning l took my car in to have a new tire put on my vehicle to replace a blown tire. Thank God l signed up for hazard service to replace the tire. The manager took my car for a very short drive to make certain the tire indicator light on the dash went out. He also took my spare off the car and put it back in the wheel designated area in the car. His attention to detail and excellent customer service were much appreciated! Thank you!

I am furious right now. I took my car in on 12/21/23. They told me they couldn't fix it because they don't know what's wrong with it but they hear the noise. But I need an oil change. I knew that do I said go ahead and do that then. Then they called back and said I need a new battery, my battery was registering low. Mind you I have not had any issues with my car starting up what so ever. However I bought the $200 battery. There very next day (today) my oil light is on. I checked the oil to make sure they put it in there. Well, it's in there but it's black. I don't believe they changed it. I think they just topped it off. Firestone on Northland Blvd in Cincinnati, Ohio just ripped me off. Mind you I am a card holder and have taken my car to Firestone for years. I'm very disappointed and unhappy with them. Now my engine is ticking and rattling after I left them"last night".Not even 24 hours. I did not need a battery. Nor did they change my oil. It's pointless arguing back and forth.

Rick and the guys here are great! I somehow got something stuck in my tire and woke up to a flat on Christmas Eve!! Thankfully the shop was open. They were able to save my (brand new) tire by plugging/patching it and I was on my way in no time! I completed a credit app and my service was free of charge!!! Even more amazing because it was Christmas Eve and I was broke, lol!!! I really appreciated the service I received that day.

Mistakes happen I understand. However, I feel like the situation could ve been handled a lot better. I was told they misplaced my key but I believe they only told me this due to the fact that they hadn t touched my car. Which is fine but if they needed more time they could ve just communicated that. I ended up going to TD and got everything sorted. Place has a lot of potential just need to learn a way to handle stressful situations.

Went for an oil change, a tire, and an alignment at a scheduled time. Waited till I couldn't anymore and had to leave the car overnight there. Before leaving they told me they would get it in soon that night. Come the next day It still wasn't started, and waited an overall 12 business hours or 24 real life hours for them to just look at my car. I dont know if was coincidence or not but the moment i waited in the waiting room they actually started work on my car. In total 17 business hours or 29 real life hours to do the work i wanted done. They didn't do quality work as the moment we. Left the tire pressure sensor was broken, and the very next day the changed tire was flat. but if you do go wait inside and not elsewhere otherwise they may never start your car

The girl I checked my vehicle in with didn't take any notes for the tech who was gonna work on my car? So he didn't know what he was doing. He didn't know what the problem was. He had to call me to find out. I don't think he even looked at what I suggested him to look at. Turns out they don't even have the part to run. A pressure test on my vehicle. And the only thing they could do was the oil change. And they have my vehicle for 2 days.

They were very friendly and took care of my issue in a timely manner. Just a little disappointed that the tire was not fixable, however; I understand somethings are not fixable, safety first.

Worst experience! They replaced my brake lines on 8/4/2023 but didn't secure the front lines, so the axle rubbed through the line and I had no brakes 10min to my office...IN RUSH HOUR TRAFFIC on 8/28/2023. By 10/07/23, my gas tank fell because one of the screws to the gas tank strap fell out. Screws that they forgot to tighten when they loosened them to run brake lines. SLOW DOWN! You are putting people's lives at risk! Someone in my family could have died twice, and Firestone would have had a "shut down" lawsuit on their hands and live(s) on their conscience.

Rick was really helpful and accommodating to get 4 new tires on my car. He did exactly what he said they were going to do without upselling me.

I made a morning appointment here bc I had a warranty but the warranty didn't cover what I needed which was fine. I was told I would hear back about What was wrong with my car the next morning. Didn't hear anything. The 3rd morning it was there I had to call them and they said it was my brakes and I needed 3 new tires bc all 3 had holes in them and couldn't be repaired. Was quoted 1700. I Picked my car up and took it elsewhere and paid 350 and I didn't need new tires and didn't have any nails.

Wife took the car in for just a quote to patch a tire. A manager asked for all her information (explained it was for the car) and ended up signing her up for a credit card without her knowledge. Then proceeded to begin ordering all new tires for the vehicle and was trying to charge 2x the amount we ended up getting elsewhere. Very frustrating and untrustworthy service and shocked to find a new credit card in the mail weeks later.Service: Tires

I had scheduled an appt. for A/C repair, wiper blades, and a lookover of the car. I dropped my car off at around 11AM, tech said it would be 2-3 hours. I called them after 2-3 and was told it hasn't been seen yet and wasn't given a time estimate of when it would be done. After a total of 5-6 hours I was able to pick up my car and only then did they tell me it couldn't be serviced due to rust issues...I understand if they can't work on the A/C due to rust and all, but why the hell did I have to wait 5-6 hours to be told my car couldn't be serviced? Why not let me know when I called to check in? Or anytime after that???? Wouldn't recommend Firestone simply due to the fact that I had to wait 5-6 hours to be told my car couldn't be serviced. That's ridiculous.

1 star because (and it may go up)Took my Ford Explorer to this Firestone for service on a TPMS issue. Truck was running very rough as well. My Fixd diagnostic module had indicated an issue with #1 cylinder's injector wiring.- call from Firestone advised injector wiring checked ok but #1 injector bad - needed replacement. Requires entire bank (integral setup with 3 front injectors replaced as a unit.Ok'd repair.- next day got call from Firestone - Air intake tube cracked. Ok'd replacement.- got truck back. Front desk mngr advised fixed but I needed to take truck to Ford to have computer "flashed" (reset to factory specs) as it appeared computer still thought there was issue.- Truck at Northgate Ford- indepth analysis indicates #1 cylinder's injector wiring faulty.Awaiting fix completion. Will take down/change review if Firestones fix stands. If not...

I am upset because I had an appointment at 8:00 AM upon which I scheduled online and received an email confirmation. I arrived at the store to find out it didn t open until 9:00 AM. I came back at 9:00 AM. I checked in my car. I was given a 3 hour time frame for an oil change, check brakes, and car care package. I called the store twice with no answer because they didn t call me and it was close to noon. I returned to the store to discover that my car hadn t even been serviced. She asked if I could wait 15 additional minutes and I declined. Total waste of my time. It was my first and last time visiting that location.Services: Brakes, Oil change

I messed up my lug nut and got two stuck, I was in a pickle because I was headed to the Bengals playoff game and I needed to leave as quickly as I could. This AMAZING staff gave me an estimate of today which was unbelievable but they also got it done in 2 hours and I was on the road by 10:00 AM. I wanna give these guys 10 stars, they truly deserve it. We also brought back the W.

I ve used this location in the past, they have always been very expensive but work was decent but today I now question all their work. I was told it would cost $250 to replace headlight bulb bc they had to take off the bumper and it would be hour and a half worth of work. I went to you tube and watched a DIY video and went to ORiely auto parts to get bulb which was only $15. Took me two minutes to open the hood and take the light bulb out and put new one in and I NEVER had to remove the bumper. So they blatantly lied about what they had to do so they could over charge me. I m disgusted!!! I ve used them several times in the past but I would NEVER use them again bc now I m thinking how many other times did they scam me.

Had to get four new tires, after shopping around online I decided to come here. It didn t take them long at all. Rick Burt, one of their service managers, was very knowledgeable and friendly.

I do NOT recommend this location of Megan is the manager. I took my car to this Firestone first to see what was wrong with it (this was one of the many locations my warranty works with). The blonde at the front desk Megan was so rude, inconsiderate and act like she doesn t know what the customer is talking about. She was all for working on my car until I said I had a warranty that pays while I pay the deductible, she wanted me to pay out of pocket THEN contact my warranty company for reimbursement which didn t make ANY sense because all car repair shops know that they re suppose to run a diagnostic FIRST TO SEE WHAT THE PROBLEM IS, THEN CONTACT THE WARRANTY COMPANY WITH THE FINDINGS. She said they don t do that and that she wouldn t touch my car until I got in touch with them, mind you she didn t even at least run a diagnostic nor offered to run one before denying me service. I went to Colerain location and they were AWESOME!!! So helpful, nice and welcoming, my car was diagnosed and ready for pick up the next day. I m glad Megan showed how unprofessional she is because my money went to a better location.

I don t recommend coming here, they don t have competent employees. I came to this location because my tire was flat . 3 people including the supervisor looked at it and said they couldn t find anything wrong . The next day I came out from work and my tire was flat AGAIN . I took it to ford service repair and they said my tire was damaged. I had a nail in my tire, multiple holes & slashes in it that couldn t be patched and repaired so I had to buy a new tire but Firestone told me absolutely nothing was wrong .

The blonde front desk worker whose name is Megan, is rude and has no clue what she s talking about. After three hours mechanics were unable find out why my windshield wipers werent functioning correctly and had the audacity to try and charge an extra $128 an hour to figure it out. After not being able to help they still attempted to charge me for a new lever for my windshield wiper (i requested they take it out since it wouldn t actually fix mine wipers) because according to Megan i agreed to a service I d getting a new stick which is wrong because the stick would be considered a good not a service and the service i requested was to have my wipers fixed not just have a new wiper switch and fix nothing else, that doesn t even make sense. Stay away from the this place, bottom line.

I have had many great experiences with Firestone. But not at the Northland store. I brought my Jeep in to have the brakes done the mileage was right and one was occasionally making noise. I was charged for brake services. It didn't stop the occasional noise a month and a half later I had my oil change somewhere else and asked to check my brakes. By that time I needed rotors and drums. The one that occasionally made noise was difficult to remove raising doubts if it had been removed when at Firestone. I talked with Firestone customer service and was told that a supervisor of stores would call me. When I was not called, I called the Northland office and they said I had to try to catch him on a Friday morning. I left my name and number. I tried to catch him on Friday morning, but I guess it was just my bad luck he wasn't in that Friday morning. I again left my name and number to no avail.I stopped by yesterday to get a tire repaired. They were too busy so I scheduled to have it done the next day and have the tires rotated at the same time. Well they didn't write it up for tire rotation and road hazzard repair. So I have to make another trip to get the tires rotation.

Anytime I need ANYTHING serviced on my vehicle I come to this Firestone! They always do good thorough work, they are honest and always give you all your options, and their customer service is impeccable! George is always super nice, has great customer service skills and takes the time to talk with you about your concerns. Toni always does a great job servicing my vehicle and is very knowledgeable. I have owned three cars and have taken everyone of them to this location for service. I am definitely a long term customer!

This is the only place I go if I need any work done on my car. They do great work and always in a timely manner. Unlike many other car shops, they are honest and don't try to rip you off and squeeze every penny out of you. The staff is always really friendly and helpful. The manager George always makes sure you are taken care of.
