Very thankful to Finesse. They were super patient on the phone while we figured out where we wanted the car taken, and the guy who picked us up was so, so nice. He picked us up in like, 15 minutes too. Thanks!!!

My car got towed by Finesse and less than 24 hours later, the check engine light was on and I could no longer drive. I previously had no issues with my vehicle and recently brought it in to my dealership where they communicated everything looked superb on the vehicle.

Best Tow experience of 10 in Cincinnati in 2022.Had a trouble Tow which needed technical help to unlock the trans. Was able to schedule a time when the neighbors could move vehicles for us, and what I was told would take 30 minutes he did in 5. Showed up 5 minutes early, professional, friendly.Will be using from now on.Cost met the quote too.Thankyou.Rob Charvat

Finesse was great AAA said they were going to take three hours so I called Finesse and he picked me up in 15mins. Super nice guy. Couldn t have worked out easier!

Stellar service, professional and friendly! 20 minutes from my call to arrival on scene on an observed holiday! My daughter got stuck in a friends driveway(yard?) and AAA told her it would be a 6 hour wait. The first tow company I called went straight to voicemail. Edward from Finesse answered on the second ring and was at her location in 20 minutes and had her pulled out in less than 10 minutes. All for a very reasonable price!Service: Car towing

The driver that this company has as a tower is horrible, his driving was very reckless while a vehicle was on its hook. He also illegally towes cars as well, this company needs a new face to represent them. I can see this business going downhill pretty soon. The customer service skills are horrible as well , no one ever answers the phone !

All I know is I have over a million miles service your driver is dangerous 93 miles an hour is reckless. On cross county is reckless not to mention the danger he created for me and others. Yes I reported him and mentioned the company. How do I know his speed you ask my truck recorded the whole incident. That was sent to D.O.T.
