I was on a flat tire I had extra tire in the backseat of my car I went to Express tire and they told me $15 dollars to change my tire to plug other tire when the rest of the tire places just charge that place is a rip-off I recommend nobody goes there

This place is a joke. Sold me a flat tire after checking it twice. When I took it back they said they accidentally gave me the wrong one. Its also a hang out for questionable characters involved in questionable activities.
