Its not just the clean and durable cars they sell, but the customer service was important to me too. I worked with Max, Kayla and Timothy and they were awesome people. They called me even after our business was even to check up on us and that was nice.Trust me, its a very good business model that i encourage any competitor to follow. The service is top quality.

Upon speaking to Max, the Enterprise Car sales representative, I could immediately tell he was not only extremely informative and patient with my questions and needs but confident in his company s capabilities and standards. His expertise, along with his supervisor, Dan s we were listened to and given a variety of vehicles to choose from which met all our needs. There was no pressure and comforting patience as our paperwork for purchase was prepared and easily completed. In 60 years, this was the most satisfying, transparent, efficient and enjoyable purchase of a vehicle I ever had! I love our new Mazda CX-9. I recommend anyone looking for a certified used vehicle to visit Enterprise Car Sales in Cincinnati.

I had an excellent experience purchasing my vehicle at Enterprise Car Sales. There was none of that usual car buying nonsense I have previously experienced at other Dealers or Car Lots in the past. The pricing was straightforward, the details of the deal were transparent, and I was never pressured in any way. Once I had made my decision on which car I wanted to buy, the process was fast and efficient. I really enjoyed working with Mary Beth, my sales person, she made the whole process fun! I would definitely purchase a vehicle there again.

4/7/24 I can't say enough good things about Enterprise Car Sales! We just bought our third vehicle through Enterprise this past weekend at your Cincinnati, OH location. My salesperson, Jarin, went above & beyond! When I texted him that I wanted to test drive the Murano that I thought was at their location, he drove to Kentucky before we got there & picked it up so I could test drive it! Dan, the sales manager, was also amazing, and everyone at the dealership was just so nice! Needless to say, we bought the Murano & I just love it! The experience gets better every time we have bought a vehicle through Enterprise! Thanks again Jarin & Dan! I will stop by after I get my new license plate! Jarin will definitely laugh!10/2020 David Bartish was amazing to work with! We bought a 2018 VW Beetle convertible today that we had previously been renting. The sales process couldn't have been easier & they have great extended warranties. I highly recommend this used car dealership!

Our sales person Kala is terrific, she was friendly, professional and very helpful throughout the process. A week after the purchase of the vehicle, the car developed mechanical issues. She dropped everything, came and picked me up and made arrangements for a rental. She then had the car towed to have it repaired, where it unfortunately remains at the time of this review. However, I am still confident that Enterprise will have the appropriate repairs completed or provide me with the ability to purchase a different vehicle.

Kayla was so helpful in assisting my husband and I with our trade. She was persistant and followed up with us until we were able to get into our perfect match. Car dealerships in the US have a terrible reputation because car salespeople love wasting your time and trying to rip you off with stupid charges, useless extra warranties, and more. However, the staff at Enterprise Car Sales treats their customers very well.My salesperson, Mary Beth, did an amazing job guiding me through the car purchasing process. Everything from getting pre-approved for a loan online to walking out the door with my new keys was smooth and fast. Even including my test drive, I probably spent less than 90 mins at the dealership. Even though I forgot to bring the title for my trade-in vehicle, they said it was fine because they can just request a new title themselves, saving me time. If I recall correctly, Mary Beth said "Customer service doesn't end after the purchase." which was very reassuring to hear. I bought a 3 years old Hyundai Ioniq for $2,000 under KBB market value so imo it was a good deal.Enterprise Car Sales is an example of what a car dealership is SUPPOSED to be like and I had a great experience buying a car here. I highly recommend you give them your business too.

Del and the team were awesome. I sent him 2 stock numbers from the website to check for availability. Fortunately, my first choice was available. Paid the transfer fee and the vehicle arrived ahead of schedule. They worked smoothly with my credit union to make sure the titling and buyers order were in good order. The car was exactly as advertised!Del even arranged to deliver the vehicle and paperwork when my schedule became an issue for pick up. Would be 6 stars if I could.

It actually started , at the Colerain Ave rental office. I have been renting with enterprise for years. Mr. Trey Thompson, Dorian Jordan, and everyone else there, One of the guys also went on to be a manager at another store. But, every time I went to the store, I was always treated like a family member, the staff even took me home at times after returning the rental. So, I knew when I was ready for transportation, I would go through enterprise. My sales person Harrison, didn't treat me like his life depended on selling a car, you know how sales people can be. Harrison listened to what I was looking for and was very tentative. What a Great Staff encounter at both the Colerain office and the sales office.Again, I applaud Enterprise

I purchased a used car from here.In general, all the cars for sale here are well maintained and in good condition!!The service and support from Harrison Baer and his team was excellent! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a car for a good price.

The price for the vehicle was the best we could find out there and there were no hidden fees or costs that increased the price unexpectedly. Just the price listed, tax, and cost for title and transfer. We also were treated so well by our salesperson, Kala Roberts, in Cincinnati. She listened to our needs and helped us with transferring the vehicle to Cincy, test driving, making sure the car was clean, and even key fab resetting. It was all around 10/10.

What a great bunch of employees you have they were very informative. They were so polite and sweet and kind. It was an amazing experience. They were concerned about me and the vehicle I wanted I left there with smile on my face.

Enterprise was my first experience with financing a car through a bank. This is my third car I have ever owned and I couldn t be happier with the car it s self obviously but also the outstanding service I was given. I m only 20 and decided to do this on my own so at first the idea of a bank loan was pretty scary but after asking my dealer a million questions (which he didn t hesitate to respond to) it was easier than I thought. The cars the sell are always in good condition and if you discovery any problems then will try there best to get it fixed. They also refuse to sell cars that are over 100k miles. So If you re going to the Galbraith location I d recommend to try and sit down with Aaron King. He was great. Very knowledgeable, helped with any questions I had. Made the whole process very easy and with no stress. I was also very surprised by the fact that I was able to negotiate to a extent and was given a fair deal on essentially everything put on the table. Aaron put me in my dream car, A dodge challenger. My whole family has bought from this enterprise location and will continue to it we ever need another car.

Process could not have been smoother. Loved having the price on the window of the car take it or leave it. Car had a chip in the windshield and Enterprise had someone at my home a few days later fixing it on their dime. Would definitely recommend.

Let me just say that I've never had more of quality experience with car sales than here. Kala went above and beyond to help me in a very tight and desperate situation. She was very honest, upfront with me about the process and about what I would be getting. Kala left me with no doubt whatsoever with getting a 2020 Hyundai Accent. Thank you so much!

Aaron King was my Superhero when I purchased my new truck! He was patient, he was polite and social, and he asked all the right questions, and then truly listened to my preferences by showcasing specific vehicles to me. It felt great to be provided options based on WHAT I WANT, and ultimately, I made the best choice! I knew what I had in mind, but not the exact vehicle. He was knowledgeable and did his research on safety specs, ratings, etc., and could readily and confidently provide responses. I love my new vehicle! I wouldn't have done anything differently. Enterprise Car Sales Cincinnati is definitely the place to shop for your new ride! The process was smooth.

Aaron and Torrence really went above and beyond to make me happy with my car purchase. They were knowledgeable and super helpful. They sat and chatted with me and my spouse about anything we wanted to talk about. Very comfortable atmosphere. They really make you feel good about your purchase and assure you are leaving with a good vehicle and peace of mind. Everyone was friendly and the place was clean and well kept. Truly a wonderful experience! Our trade-in broke down on the highway, on the way to the dealership. They actually sent someone out to pick us up! Once we got there, Nate treated my wife and I very respectfully and because everything was mostly electronic the process was the fastest I've ever seen it. Once we decided on the car for us, it maybe only took an hour before we had keys in hand and were on our way!
