Brand new and the scooter world, had some questions. Extremely friendly people. Super clean store. They do offer sales on the higher end products and repairs on everything. Met the owner and is assistant and they were willing to do a tune-up for me for a very good price to do it. Once-over ,.. and they were super friendly and recommending my next purchase based on my uses and didn't try to oversell me. And even when I asked about a accessory for my product, they still didn't oversell me on that either. Great people. Great businessSupport local

Brought in my Go-Trax with a flat tire. Turned out it had two flat tires. Since the repair price was double what I was expecting they let me pay half up front and half when I picked it up. The two dudes in the shop are super chill and down to earth and a great example of an innovative Cincinnati small business owner.

I called Darnell and told him what was going on with my Kaabo Mantis 8 and he set me up with a time within 2 hours of the the call to drop it off and returned my call about 2 hours later to let me know he had fixed my scooter. You can't beat his service or low prices. Also he sells high end scooters for anyone looking. He will be my go to for all my scooter.needs

Buddy is the man! They keep tons of replacement scooter parts in stock and they were able to get me a replacement tube the same day! Really appreciate these guys!

Darnell was super friendly and trustworthy. Went the extra mile just days before Christmas to repair my kids electric scooter. On top of that, it didn t cost an arm and a leg. Great service and communication; very quick turn over time. Thank you again!

Tremendous experience with his repair service fixed it in 1 day didn't charge me much had accessories that I bought also had more repairs needed he aging fixed in 1 day he ordered other parts I needed and fixed that also couldn't of chose a better place to take my scooter repair needs to he saved me from needing to buy new scooter

I purchased a scooter and returned it for a cheaper one and still got charged for the one I returned. The people I dealt with didn't have time to assist me with this issue and I keep getting the Run around.
