Missing an item, an expensive knife. Don't let the tow driver rush you, get you personal items out of the vehicle or it will turn up missing.December 16th was the tow, came to the lot the 18th. Different driver let me retrieve my items. 2010 red subaru legacy. Told that driver knife was missing.

Towed my car after an accident. The Cincinnati police made the call. Guy was kind of hard to deal with on the phone. Was told had to get there asap due to car contents could be stolen/car stripped. In a bad part of town, did not feel safe. Fortunately my Ins took care of getting the car out of there asap.

Hard to believe any reviews under 5 stars. Was treated with respect and everything was handled professionally. No complaints with the service !

The most horrible experience I've had with towing. They are rude, rude, and B-I-G ripoff. Would not recommend it to anyone. The accident I had was less of a headache than having to deal with this towing company the next day. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from these jackasses.

They charged $214 to tow my car a few miles. Nothing like taking advantage of someone after an accident. Do not use these guys.

Omg i have been calling the last whole week for someone to take the car no body ever shows up and now they are saying we are not interesting to pick up the car , too rude
