Eastside is one impressive bodyshop. Well organized and professionally maintained, its easy to see the Men and Women here are the best in the Industry. They truly care about the Customer and their vehicle. Mike Hadley and Josh Burress went above and beyond to help with my vehicle and you don't find that these days, but at Eastside body shop you do! These guys are true experts in the Auto collision field! Shannon was also super friendly when she greeted me in the office.Thank you Eastside Body Shop and Staff

We towed our car there , after being recommended by POV due to same ownership. Called ahead , explained our situation but once we got there the customer experience was terrible. The adjuster came to our car , staring at us. No introduction, no smile or a simple question of how may I help you . During the entire encounter this individual was seemingly annoyed by everything.

Have had a couple of cars done there. Now there is no question you will wait. You'll wait to get it in and you'll wait for it to be fixed. Most of it has to do with parts supply chain and the fact that many people and dealerships take their cars there so they are very busy. Why? Because they are the best. Are there other repair shops that are quicker? Of course. But if you want your vehicle to look like it did when it left the showroom floor, then eastside is for you.

I ve had good experience there 1 time before This time however not. Had a small accident, right front. Towed my car there. No one told me I d be charged for every day it was there. By the time Insurance finally got to it said Totaled (age milage) Eastside said it had to go & charged me a lot I asked if they d give an estimate No, we don t work on Totaled cars . My Family will Never use them again!

Man what can't I say about these guys. My first business encounter with then was 5 stars. They replaced the full rear end and trunk on my car and did a spectacular job. Then a few months later my car got totaled and Eastside Body shop helped me the entire way. All the information they gave was accurate and I just can't thank them enough. I want to thank Mrs Cathy and Michael these two people are awesome and I would definitely do business with them again.

What I ll remember most doing business with EBS:1. Not only their estimate but their spot repairing my vehicle to make it drivable until my appointment arrived.2. Working with Nationwide to get the additional work done.3. Great quality on the finished product.4. Customer service and follow up was outstanding.I don t want to have to crash to go back but I ll send folks their way when I can.

The level of unprofessionalism displayed by Richard Myers is unprecedented.He refused to give us a quote on what we wanted done. He added a huge number of things that didn't even need done and gave us a quote of over $18000. When all we wanted was the right fender replaced.He picks fights and completely escalates situations with the customers.What does it say about Eastside Body Shop that tis is the face of your business??I'll never give you a dime of my money while he works there.

They did a good job on the repair, but their estimator is one of the rudest public-facing people I've ever dealt with. He doesn't seem to care about his customers. Just for that, I'd go elsewhere. And while I didn't get the answer I wanted from the other party's insurance company, this review has nothing to do with that outcome. I made this comment to my wife after my first visit to the shop.

Our new car was hit by a deer and did significant amount of damage. East side did an amazing job fixing it. Our car looks amazing. The customer service was exceptional through the whole ordeal. A huge thank you goes out to East Side body shop, especially Michael, who was in constant contact through each step of the way.

These people are just the best. Got hit a couple months ago....it was a hassle getting the claim going so I could get my car fixed . Finally got to that stage and took it to Eastside Body Shop. Excellent service, very nice, people. Richard was so helpful! Got my car back Friday evening and it looks amazing. Good as new! Thank you EVERYONE at Eastside Body Shop.

Took my Odyssey years ago to repair damage to rear bumper caused from an accident. Still looks new 4 years later. Just picked up my wife's X3 to repair fender molding that was no longer shaped to the fender. Looks fantastic. Richard spent a lot of time walking me through the repair process and my options, very detailed. Rates are reasonable. I highly recommend Eastside Body Shop.

Had a slight incident with my beautiful new 2018 Camry. I called my dealership where I bought the car (Beechmont Toyota), they referred me to East Side Body Shop. I was thinking, here we go, typical run around and them taking forever . And having to mortgage my home to pay for it to get my car back.I talked to Kathy at East Side who was very sympathetic and told me to bring it right up and they would try to squeeze me in. We pull up in front of their business, wow! Very impressed from the jump. I have never seen such a sharp "body shop", not a typical grubby garage. Kathy greeted us, checked our damage and felt it was pretty minor and thought it may be able to be buffed out for the most part. She took my car in right away. We sat in the lobby, every someone walked through, the eyes asked if we were being helped. After a short time, Kathy brought my car out and the ding was pretty much gone. I highly recommend this body shop, they are top notch pros. Thank you Kathy for restoring my faith in this industry.

I was driving into Cincinnati on the interstate on my way to Massachusetts. When I was driving I noticed a oil tanker oozing a liquid out of the top hatch.i moved to a different lane and the oil tanker moved into the shoulder.I noticed a substance all over my windshied.I turned my wipers on to remove the debris ,the wipers did not move it at all.I got off the interstate went to a gas station used there windshield wand that didnt work....And noticed this epoxy was all over the car.i googled car wash and I ended up here ...to my good fortune ..the manager looked at it said that he would do his best to get it off and that he had stuff that could help.When they finished all the epoxy was removed and the car shined. The manager got me in quickly helped...if I had to wait til the next day ...I might of needed a new windshield and a paint job......East side auto ...I THANK YOU....BRIAService: Auto detailing

Terrible service. Took advantage of my insurance company, took 29 days to get my vehicle back after a bumper replacement (painting, install of new fog lights). It was an absolute joke, and throughout the 4 weeks, I was provided excuses such as "waiting on parts to arrive (for a week)."The end product was good, however the amount of time it took to complete was inexcusable.

Absolutely amazing body shop that has always bent over backwards for me which has been so nice during a stressful time getting 3 different vehicles repaired. Steve my contact at Eastside constantly calls with updates and provides great peace of mind.

Had to wait 5 days for an appointment that took 5 minutes.Severely backed up for even my minor damage to be fixed.Suggest trying other options before going here.

Just picked up our 2020 Sienna that was unfortunately damaged before it had 6000 miles on it :( the team at Eastside was AWESOME. The Sienna looks brand new again and Steve Costello was a pleasure to deal with. This place is like an intensive care unit for your vehicle. They were on time with completion of the work and courteous and friendly with all of the customer service I received. Thank you Eastside and thank you Steve Costello!

The guys at Metalkraft did excellent work and I couldn't be more pleased. That being said, the General Manager of East Side, which recently absorbed MetalKraft as a subsidiary, is an extremely discourteous, unpleasant person. Kathy I believe is her name, should be terminated for her nasty, abhorrent treatment of a loyal customer.

Professional and caring. They adjusted and fixed my window 3 years after they actually worked on the car. All I did was explain myself and they were more than happy to fix my problem. I appreciate that. Thanks.

The repair took way longer than they quoted. I did have to take my car back to have the hood and fender adjusted after I got it back. The one good thing is that the covered the extra time on the rental car that my insurance would not.

I had my truck towed there and 12 days later they still had not looked at it to estimate the damages. I had to have it re-towed some where else. it cost me lot of money (including car rental) to receive no service.

Very nice, informative, and cool staff. It was a pleasure visiting here today and look forward to them doing the body work on my 4 Runner.
