I was getting some tires changed at ohio truck tire I decided while I m getting that done I needed to change my service line hose and I ran into problem with my glad hand I had to take the bushing off of it and it wasn t coming off so ohio truck tire recommended me to go here and see what they can do so I went looking for a new glad hand but I talked to the guy in the shop and said can you give me a new one or fix the one I took off my truck they looked at it fixed it and said you are good to go they didn t charged me for it or anything I really appreciated it they are very good people next time anything happens with my truck I guess I m coming here to get it fixed thank you y all

Absolutely amazing company, needed a brake valve ASAP and they were the only store that had one even relatively close, when I placed the order I meant to overnight it and accidently did ground. gave them a call and they got me all straightened out and I had the part the next day no issues at all.

Took my trailer for bushing & alignment Cody was awesome he explained everything needed to be done got me done in timely manner. Picked up my trailer yesterday he did great job. Thanks guys

Exceptional, I rarely provide reviews and was worried about an online custom order for some square u bolts. The bolts are the best, great communication and fast shipping. Kudos to this company and their team, wow!

We had to bring a truck to Dsuban to help us straighten it out. They were great! Service was was quick. They explained the problems to us and the price was more than fair. Highly recommended.

I came to Dsuban after dealing with another parts dealer and this was a night and day experience. I called them about a Holland fifth wheel that I needed for a truck. I asked them was a $1000 order considered a large online order to them. They laughed. I asked when my order would ship they said the next day. And it did. I got it when they said I would and there was complete transparency throughout the entire process. If I needed to reach someone, I easily did so. They may even have over communicated which was great because I didn't have to run them down. They treated me with respect during my entire purchasing process. They were happy to take my money and I was happy to give it to them. I would definitely repeat business with them and recommend them to anyone purchasing parts from them online.

This place scammed me. Had kingpins replaced and 70,000 miles later I had uneven tire wear so I got them checked and they were shot. They put new grease fittings on the kingpins to make it look like they replaced them and they didn t. Avoid at all cost!!!!

Outstanding family business! With only two days notice Tony squeezed us in and saved our Florida RV vacation. We highly recommend this business and will definitely return for more of our service needs. They are very RV friendly and are experienced RV'ers themselves.

Bought a full set of shocks for my Pete 386 with cab shocks too. Only had 3 rear shocks on hand. They were not the right ones, too short. Next week bought a 5th wheel insert for my Holland 5th wheel for $300. Didnt last one week. Nice folks and pricing was reasonable. Just make damn sure you know what you're buying.

Might not be the best place to take a travel trailer just to repack bearings. Had an appointment and still took seven hours. They did replace a brake magnet which they had in inventory.

Ron will go know were else Tony is the BEST all the guys in the shop are good and the office they are great parts people are just as good don't haste to go their really good people and the service is the BEST I give them a 10+.
