Nick was absolutely amazing! We had a couple hurdles and he was there every step of the way! Positive, professional and encouraging!! So ecstatic with our new car. Would give this 100 stars if allowed!

Jason was great! Fast, efficient, and extremely helpful. I can't recommend him or DriveTime enough.Edit - Jason basically begged me to leave this review. The car I purchased from him/DriveTime pretty much crapped the bed 3 weeks in and now I'm being told that despite the warranty they like to shove down your throat, that there's nothing they can do. Stay away from this place, I'm begging you. Bad, bad business.

This place is horrible. if your looking to get a car stay away from here. I just purchased a car not even 3 weeks ago and I ve had to bring it to the shop 3 different times because missing parts and mechanical issues. and today it broke down on the highway and I have to pay a 175$ towing fee and only get 75$ reimbursed. They rigged up my car just to make it off the lot and not even 2 days later I started to notice all sorts of problems. PLEASE DONT BE FOOLED BY THEIR REVIEWS. They have you leave a review before you even drive off the lot with the car. Please go somewhere that s actually worth your time and money. I wouldn t refer my worst enemy to this place!!!

My son Noah purchased his first vehicle from the Beechmont location today! This was our third visit to look at cars. Jason was wonderful, and helpful and answered all of our questions! The whole process was smooth without any problems.

Came to the SE Cincinnati location didn t know what to expect. Jason was great and the process was easy. Folks say a lot about DriveTime but if you understand what you are getting it s a good service and helped me out. Within two hours and a few text drives I m leaving with what I need. Happy

JASON WAS AMAZING! He stayed in contact with me through my whole car journey. He made sure that if I had any questions before I came in they were answered and he was very patient with me through the process. I knew what I wanted coming in and he made sure I GOT IT! I would recommend this car dealership to anyone looking for exceptional service and accurate pre-approvals for a great turn out.

If u came in make sure u ask for Alex Bryll. He is absolutely fantastic! Very patient and kind . I couldn t have been happier about the outcome of the situation. And no he never asked me for the review I did it bc the man patiently waited for hours to get this done

Alex was really helpful while purchasing our vehicle, my credit is not the best, and I had to have a cosigner, but I was actually able to walk out with a car and that means everything! If you're having issues getting a vehicle, if it's a credit issue or just not enough money down, I would definitely recommend going to drive time! Plus they offer a warranty and gap insurance! Those two things alone makes it worth it.

Nick at the SE Cincinnati store was amazing! I drove from the Westside of Indianapolis to get my car. He walked me through everything. The Best experience of buying are car I have EVER had. Thank you Drive time and Nick. My daughter will be getting her license in July 2024 we Will be back!!!

Not a good place to buy a car it will break down and there silver rock insurance is just as good as any other scam out there they won t cover crap everytime we have had to take are vehicle to there shop it s always something and we re always paying over $500 what a joke this company is, iv never been so screwed in my life do not buy a car from these guys!!! They will sell you a car for 20,000 and offer you 2,000 after driving it for less than a year!!

He answered all of our questions, worked with us and we could even text him at any point with questions. This was an amazing deal!!! It was super easy once I received pre-approval online, I chose my car, they told me how much my down payment would be, I put money down to hold my car, then sent in my license and current insurance DONE! Just like that! I finally picked my car up and I was off to the sunset! Alex was my sales person and was sooo awesome! I would definitely recommend ANYONE to purchase from here!!! I absolutely LOVE my BMW 320i! Thank you for EVERYTHING!

I had a good experience with dry time today. I was hesitant to buy a car I bet all over Cincinnati trying to buy vehicle and I got to the point where I almost gave up. I stopped in a drive time and talked with the salesman name. Alexhe made sure everything was gonna be I. Let me pick out the car that I won't worked out. The payments opposite with me and I feel better. And I love my new carthank , you , alex

Very helpful staff. Steven called me first thing to see how to assist. Told them I was coming down from Columbus and they had everything waiting and ready to get me in my car and out the door. Alexander was very helpful, patient and even chuckled a coupled times at my silly kid.

Kenyada was great! She was so professional,informational, and did a great job at explaining everything to me , she showed empathy, great customer service , and even went the extra mile to clean the vehicle and recommend a food place to me to eat at I can t wait to try that French toast place I left feeling good and proud of seeing such a confident and professional African American woman there to help me !!! Thanks so much and she definitely deserves a raise ! She was exceptional, I m so picky and she had so much patience with me and I appreciate that a bunch thanks Kenyada I hope I spelled your name right you re gonna go far with your profession keep up the good work!

It was very straightforward and easy if you ain't got great credit bring a cosigner which I had to do for my girlfriend but we were in and out within a couple hours with a nice car with a 5-year warranty gap insurance so I had no worries on it breaking down and plus all the cars were newer and they had low miles.

Nick was amazing! I drove from another state and he had the vehicle waiting for me. He was very quick and through. Very kind and positive. He stayed after closing to make sure I could leave with the car I wanted. This was the easiest experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Great service!

Sean, Nick and Steve have been awesome to work with. I had originally inquired about a truck that ended up going into the shop for repairs. Luckily, they were able to help me out in finding another truck local to purchase. This is an awesome team of guys and anybody should be proud to work with them.
