My experience was quick but it showed the honesty of the Business. I thought I needed an oil change but didn t have time to go to the dealership. Justin noticed that when my oil was changed last that my car settings were not changed correctly. Not sure if the dealership did it on purpose or not but now I know what to look for now. They filled my tires for me too as well.

Small wait, but worth it. Friendly, knowledgeable gentlemen who got tings done in 15 mins or so. Being short it is hard to change the wipers so he did it for me. I take my car to Donovans across the street for repairs so I like keeping it in the same company. Thanks for doing a good job!

Check all my car fluids replaced them. Put air into tires. I was in and out less then 20min. Customers service was great. Very pleased with the services. Price was very reasonable and also changed windshield wipers. I recommend them it's a drive thru service.

There aren't many things more frustrating than a nail in a tire on Friday in rush hour traffic. Some, but not many. So to the rescue was Donovan's. Pulled right in and was out within 30 minutes. Great service. Really nice guys. They even showed me the nail. I didn't ask for it back. Very reasonable on the cost, too. They even have a drawing of Don Donovan in his XU basketball uni. Waiting room is sparse but then you are not there long enough for it to be an issue. Don't hesitate to go here.

No appointment needed, and typically very little wait for an oil change and other quick service checks. On my most recent visit for an oil change they topped off al fluids, and installed a new battery. Trustworthy and reliable.

Our Company has a fleet account with them. We take a couple dozen Vans a month there. They are very professional and efficient. I highly recommend this business.

Claimed they checked the air filter, the pictures say other wise. As I watched other vehicles being serviced, they didn't check anyone's air filter. Poor management in that department.

The first time I went for an oil change they didn't have what they needed in stock so I had to come back later in the week. That's fine by me, however knowing this I called ahead the second time on a Tuesday and was told the stuff would be there by Thursday. I go in Friday morning and I'm told they won't have it till the afternoon. Go in Saturday morning and I'm told that now it'll be in on Monday.Service: Oil change

Super fast and friendly service.Came for an oil change, brake light and wiper replacement and was out the door in under 15 minutes after spending 80 bucks. Not bad at all.

When I arrived over lunchtime there were a total of three people working: one down in the pit draining oil, and two helping customers at the top. The person in the pit apparently had to take a skid plate off of an F150 in order to drain the oil, and was struggling to both remove the plate and replace it after the drain plug was reinstalled. Since he was the only person in the pit, I had to sit in my car and wait for him to finish installing the 12 or so bolts before he would eventually start working on my car. It was only after 20 minutes of waiting - and watching the other two guys stand around - did one of the other workers finally go in the pit and start draining my oil. Not a super enthusiastic group to say the least. In the future I'll probably avoid the hassle and just go to a dealer instead.

They r wonderful !! Polite very fast dependable! Local too! Have had several of our cars serviced there. Only thing was in able to get my tires rotated there. Might have been a concern because of my car?! Not sure? Hope they can do it next time! Highly recommend them!!!

These guys are great! Very friendly and the quickest and most reliable oil change I've ever used. I've never had issues with the work they've done. They've even gone above and beyond, making minor tune ups as needed for free. They also offer seasonal tuneups for very reasonable prices. Plus, if you get new tires at Donovan Tire across the street, they give you free tire rotations. I recommend this shop to everyone I know who lives around here. I think it's usually $40-45 for an oil change. More than some of the quick stop places, but it's been worth it with the added services these guys provide as well as being able to trust that my car has been put back together correctly.

First time I ve been here and now I m never going anywhere else! They were professional and did not try to up sell on anything. Price is very reasonable! They did what was asked of them and did it quickly and professionally. And I ll re-emphasize, did not try to sell anything that wasn t asked for!!! This is a huge deal to me. I will always come back here because of the amazing service. They are kind, friendly, and efficient. I also know they are honest. I went in today thinking I was at an oil change and they informed me that because of the oil I have I still have another 1000 miles. They still checked my tires and my fluids and I was on my way with a wave and a smile.

No appointment needed. there were cars in front of me but I didn't have to wait not even 25 min. Technicians were very helpful and their service was above and beyond fixing the problem with my AC. Answered all my questions and recommended what was needed without pushing. I will definitely go back.

Fast friendly service. All of the employees are knowledgeable in what they do and don't waste time, they get the task done that you ask for and don't shove other services down your throat so the whole visit feels streamlined and professional.

I ve gone to Donovan s since I began driving. Their professionalism, honesty, and quality of work are just as present in the Express Care. Always fast and friendly. They don't change your oil if doesn't need it, and they have topped off one of our vehicles, which burns more oil than gas, more than once for free.

I've been going here to get my oil changed on All my car's I've owned. Today I took my 2012 Chevy Cruze in to get the oil changed and the worker told me that I had a crack in my oil pan and it was leaking oil and transmission fluid. Which come to find out after I took to the dealership to have it checked out. They lied to me.. Nothing was wrong with my car..DONT GO HERE. EVER

I had my first oil change on my new car and the technicians made sure to inform me of exactly what was needed and a cost all ahead of time. Great service! I will be using Donovan's for all my oil changes/car needs!

Reliable, quick service for simple vehicle maintenance. If they can't handle a problem here, you can take your car to the Donavan's garage across the street.

Not only did they change the oil but they top off all of your things and check your tires a good Professional Service I highly recommended
