They were able to squeeze me in the day of, and work everything out so I could pick up my car that evening. Incredibly nice and professional. Prices seem maybe slightly high, but I really don't think they were extravagant. I would definitely go here again!

I never received an estimate before repairs where done.I had a front left wheel bearing replaced and now my left front axle boot is leaking grease.There is grease on my driveway where I park it in the driveway and was never there before.I've been under that truck a number of times and that axle boot wasn't leaking.As for friendly service they were awesome!Leaving negative reviews in not my thing but I was kindve upset the way the estimate on the truck was handled.

Peace of mind is paramount. Appropriate pricing and professional attitudes make Auto4n the best place to get your car taken care of. I had my 2008 328i serviced recently and I knew it was going to be done honestly and on time. Quit searching for marginally cheaper pricing elsewhere bc quality will take a big hit, and just get it done at Auto4n.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Brake service & repair

The crew at auto4n is awesome. They helped my mother with her Subaru late on a Friday afternoon after arriving in town for a weekend visit. Two wheel studs had sheared off and the techs at auto4n repaired it in less than an hour and found none of the lugs on the entire car were torqued correctly. I have been using Auto4N for both of my Audi's and a Subaru. They are friendly, timely, and perform excellent work. They can, and are willing to explain the work in detail so there are no surprises. So, while this is still fresh in my memory...I had my car in at Auto4n 3 times over several weeks. My engine light came on, the PCV valve fault code came up, they said it was the fuel pump, ~$1200 including their $150 diagnostic fee. Ok, go ahead and fix, it. Several days later, engine light comes on again. Same fault code, the PCV valve, they said it was actually the oil separator. ~$450 including another $150 diagnostic fee. Alright, fix it. Several days later, my engine warning come on AGAIN, with the SAME CODE...PCV valve. "Oh, it's the vaccuum line assembly, it's gonna cost another $400 to fix it, including another $150 diagnostic fee. At that point I paid their bloody diagnostic fee again for work they couldn't get straight the first or the second time and took my car elsewhere to have it properly repaired because I didn't have it in me to give them any more of the satisfaction. The whole experience was very suspect. They lost my business for good.The "cherry on top" of that mess is when I finally went to fill up my gas tank after the third service at, which I had not filled since before the first service, I notice my connector was broken off of the gas cap . Really? Have the integrity to replace what you broke. Now every time I go to fill up I have to remember not to leave the gas cap behind.

This is a great company that goes above and beyond for customers. I was shopping for a used car and found one I was interested in the Cincinnati area. I called several repair shops. Some didn't perform pre-purchase inspection service. Some would perform it only if I brought them the vehicle, and some charged way too much.I researched lemon squad and while it was better than nothing, it didnt have the best reputation. AUTO4N picked it up from the dealership, drove it to their shop and gave full 2+ hour inspection for about $150 after taxes. They provided me the information necessary to make an informed decision. The deficiencies they pointed out were enough for me to not make the purchase and saved me 4 hours of travel time and potentially $16k.

was recently on a roadtrip from Florida to Norwalk, OH and my 13 VW Passat TDI decided to act up. I googled and found Dubwerx and they wouldn t even look at it but they referred me to Eurauto. Great service, was able to perform a forced regen and get me back on the road but recommended that I get it into a dealer. Went over to Joseph s VW and they were too busy as well and they referred me to Auto4N. Great service, great people, double checked everything and assured me that I could continue my trip without any issues and thank God I did and had a great time!

It started with my bmw's suspension making a noise. Since I hadn't taken my car to a shop in Cincinnati yet, I figured that Auto4n would be a good choice since they were reviewed so highly, especially by other bmw owners. I can say that these guys absolutely live up to their reputation. Not only did they figure out what the problem was, they also identified multiple unrelated issues, the whole time taking photos to show me and explaining what was wrong. They know their stuff. Their rates were completely fair, and they were totally understanding about me not wanting to have some of them done yet. They even called to tell me that I didn't need an alignment yet, after I had told them to do it. That blew me away. Absolutely hit these guys up if you need your car worked on!

As a woman it s really important for me to go to a place that a) has good service and b) I know I m not getting tricked. I ve been here 3-4 times over the past three years and each time they ve gotten the job done super quick and explain exactly what was needed. There was even one time where they didn t charge me for repairs and told me about cheaper solution I could get from AutoZone AND how to do it. Really appreciate having a safe place I can always trust!

This is my 2nd experience with AUTO4N. So far, no issues after replacing a faulty alternator and the crankshaft pulley and hardware. The car seems to be driving very well. After reaching towards the end of my brake life on my 2015 Nissan Altima, I was searching for mechanics nearby.I had a trustworthy mechanic, but are out of the area for multiple days of work. For all the reviews I saw, I gave Auto4N a try.I was unsure how much I would be paying for rotors and pads, but the auto part stores and the amount that I paid for the work sound about right for a full replacement on both axles.I ve kept good maintenance on my 5 year ownership, and will go to them for a diagnostic and repair.

We took our Audi here because Audi Connection had the car but kept pushing back looking at it due to their recalls of new cars.I looked for Audi mechanics and found Auto4N. They were able to get it in a few days after I made the call and made sure we understood what they did. My husband commented that he had never seen a shop floor that was so clean and the mechanics were knowledgeable. This will be our new shop for all of our vehicle repairs.Service: Auto maintenance

When things go right, life is easy. It when things go wrong that you really find out what a business is made of. I had some major issues with my recent visit to Auto4N to get my aging Prius's A/C fixed. Mike took the stance that they were going to do whatever was necessary to meet my satisfaction. I'm sure they spent over double the amount of time they expected on the repair. Also, they had additional parts to acquire.It is not clear to me why things did not go more smoothly with this repair and/or what could or should have been done differently. It is clear that Mike will stand behind his shop. That is appreciated.

Called and was able to drop off the same day. The next morning they called and had a full diagnosis of my car with pictures and a description of what and why it needed fixed. They were 100% transparent and made me feel like I wasn't signing up for a service that I truly didn't need. They replaced a wheel bearing and tire that they found a screw in the side wall. Great service, great staff, clean shop! I thought it was kind of $$, it was about 700 for the wheel bearing and 300 for tire and alignment, not sure what the going rate for those services, but I was happy to pay the extra for a quality shop!Service: Auto maintenance

After having a bad experience with a local chain auto shop, I decided to give these guys a try.They met and exceeded my every expectation! I scheduled the next available appointment 3 days out (this is good, because it means they are busy, and do not overbook). The work I requested was completed within one hour, with photos and diagnostic data sent to my e-mail.Excellent customer service, answered all my questions, explained the situation well, and showed me the proof. Always a great experience there. Friendly, knowledgeable, experienced, and efficient, they've got it all! They might be a little more expensive than your run of the mill mechanic, but these guys are anything but run of the mill! If you have a foreign car, take it to them. They will walk you through what all is needed, what can wait and what needs to be done now, and get you a fair price on it.Love these guys!Update: To be honest, nothing has changed, I just wanted to let you know they are still awesome for all your foreign car needs! Don't hesitate, call and talk to them about your car!Update 2: Still fantastic! Got rear ended, had a collision place do the body repairs, they also outsourced getting the brake line replaced, but it was done poorly. Took it here to talk about the brakes still being spongy, they got me fixed right up at a great price, the same day!

I had an interesting issue with my poor Subaru and the wonderful folks at Auto4N jumped into action in the most customer service oriented way and ensured that the problem was resolved to completion. My car was initially brought in to fix a small problem Auto4N had identified at its last visit. However, upon later inspection, the problem had gotten much worse. To the point where the mechanics at the shop had to conduct extensive work on the car. In tandem with their diligence to fix my vehicle, they did not charge me the full price of the repairs, due to the unique situation. As a working student, I was very worried that I would no longer be able to drive my vehicle. However, Auto4N worked very hard to ensure my car would run safely and I felt very looked after. I recommend this shop to everyone needing repairs. It is full of considerate, kind, hardworking, and honest folks. Thank you Auto4N! I hope you enjoyed the cookies :)

I had a drivers side power window that was broken and I needed to get in the day after a holiday. They scheduled me for a time the day I called and fixed the problem in a timely and thorough way. Michael and his team communicate with you throughout the whole process, and you can approve or deny any repairs through an email link. This is the best car repair team!!!! I love this place! I have only been two times but both times the service was great and I felt like the employees had my best interest in mind. Recently, I went to another mechanic to have my brake light checked out and they quoted me $500 plus a $150 service fee. I decided to come to Auto4N for a second opinion and they fixed the light charging me $10, that's it! I will definitely be returning in the future.Service: Brake service & repair

The true test of a business's principles and customer service is what they do when something doesn't go right. In business, as happens in life, unexpected things happen. My recent experience with the folks at Auto4N was that my car broke down and went into limp mode 2 days after it had been worked on by the guys at Auto4N. I called them and they graciously offered to pay for the towing and immediately put me in touch with one of their head mechanics/owner. He figured out what was wrong and kept the car for a few days to make sure that it was running well and reliable. Now that I have gotten it back, I am very happy with how it is driving. Mike, Keith, and the other people at Auto4N impressed me with how they handled this situation. This is a business that has integrity and highly skilled auto mechanics. Auto4N far exceeded my expectations. I had my truck towed there thinking I had a bad transmission. They initially confirmed that it was going to be a costly repair which I agreed to pay. When they started the work they called me back to let me know it was not the initially suspected problem and that the repair would be much much less than I originally expected. Honestly I probably wouldn t have known any better and they could have easily charged me 3x what they did. Keith kept regular contact with me and let me know what was going on at every step. In today s world trust and honesty seem rare. This shop has both. They have gained my lifetime loyalty. I will recommend them to everyone I know who needs a trustworthy shop. Several other reputable and competent auto service centers diagnosed my VW's engine problem as terminal and that I needed to replace the engine (with only 60,000 miles on it) or junk the car. None would attempt an engine repair.Thankfully, Auto4N was willing to see if an engine repair was possible and, sure enough, the causes of my engine issues were identified and repaired at a price way lower than a new engine or replacing the car.I'll be bringing my VW back to Auto4N again should it need any major repairs in the future.Service: Engine repair
