Horrible experience used wrong parts wanted me to spend $450 more for no reason. Car leaked oil at drain plug. They charged for new plug and washer. Went to Audi purchased plug washer no more leak.

First experience: Donovan has expanded to include the AUTO4N in its family of service facilities. My first experience included a new radiator, 4 tires, balancing and alignment, and front brake pads. I can state with confidence that the first experience was excellent and exceeded my expectations. Kris, the gentleman I communicated with, was welcoming and professional and, importantly, listened. At no time were there any attempts made to "pad the bill" and I felt confident that the observations and recommendations were accurate and honest. Donovan has earned my trust and as the new owner of AUTO4N, where I had been a customer for more than 11 years, has earned my business for the foreseeable future. I highly recommend the business.

Had my car towed in for repair after car failed to start in a parking lot! Did a great job. They worked with me during a difficult time. Also did a great job with my warranty service - totally seamless. Thank you SO much for the prompt diagnosis and repair of my vehicle. From my initial call all the way to checking out, I felt that my situation was being cared for thoroughly. I never felt I was being upsold any work, and they were able to figure out what was wrong with my vehicle quickly. I talked to a couple different employees, and all were super friendly and made me feel at ease. Wayne was especially helpful, and communicated with me frequently. I never had to wonder what was going on. I am so very grateful for Donovan's after having a really bad experience elsewhere. Thank you, I will be a returning customer and will highly recommend Donovan's!

The whole experience with Donovan s was great. They do a fantastic job of keeping me updated with my vehicle, explain what s wrong, ask for my permission to fix it and then give me a lead time of when they will have the car done.Kris did a wonderful job walking me through the process and keeping me updated. I worked with him throughout the whole process and enjoyed the experience. Appreciate all you do and I will continue to refer people!

I want to thank the team for at Donovan s for seeing me and squeezing me in. I had been traveling back and forth from NJ to Ohio to visit with my parents who had fallen ill. I knew I wanted to have my car checked out before heading back home and was recommended to Donovan s. Explaining my situation they conveniently squeezed me in to do an oil change and tire rotation answering any concerns. I m happy with their service and would happily recommend Donovan s for reliable and quality service. Thank you again.

Donovan's is great. Courteous and easy to talk with.I took an old car in to see if it was worth keeping. Unfortunately it was more than I cared to move forward with. Everyone understood. While waiting to pick up the car, mechanics were speaking to other customers very courteously and it was clear that most were returns and also very happy with their interactions as well.

Donovan s is the best! They are fast and honest. They do great work. They only do what you ask and they are reasonably priced. I m very thankful we have such a great spot so close to our home in Pleasant Ridge!

Just started with Donovan's last yr when my mechanic retired, been listening to the radio show for awhile and I'm very happy with the ease of get an appointment to being able to wait while they fix my car. Service is great, they check on the computers for any updates along with letting u know what repairs r going to be coming in the future(tune-up ect.) This is my new shop to have my cars serviced...Brian Morgan

I called in because I had a car that was overheating. I was advised to pull over and not drive it any further, which I did. I was told on a Thursday that they probably would not be able to get to my car until the following Wednesday. So I had my car towed in. Was pleasantly surprised when they called me Monday morning and said my car was ready to pick up. They advised me of the issues of my car and let me know that I should be looking for another car so that I would not get stranded by the side of the road. I always appreciate their knowledge, expertise, friendliness, and professionalism. Not to mention their honesty. I have been recommending them since I found them a few months ago.

Donovan s on Ridge Rd provided excellent and quick service! Kris was able to expedite my repair and get me updated the entire way. Troy was able to get everything done within 24 hours! Definitely recommend Donovan s for any car repair/maintenance needs.

Great experience! Had a flat tire that I was told couldn t be repaired and solicited for a new tire. Didn t believe them so took it to Donovan s. Their tire tech took it off and looked at it, inside and out, and repaired it without any problem. They re competent and efficient at Donovan s. And above all honest and trustworthy. Will take all my future business to them and would recommend them to everyone. Thanks Donovan.!!

Donovan s is the first place I take my vehicles for any issue. I know I will get an honest and fair price. They have often given me heads up for things to do or keep an eye on in the future. It is the only place I recommend to friends for their car needs.

I had a great experience at Donovan s. They were recommended by a family friend and they sure held up to the hype that was shared. I went in for an oil change and battery check. They were very thorough and kind. They also shared a few other things that could have used some work but did not push it like I ve experienced in the past. I ll definitely be going back to Donovan s in the future.

They are miracle workers. I have been having issues with my car not starting for about a year. Had AAA come out to jump it numerous times. Took it to dealer and other car repair place and no one could find the problem. Friend recommend Donovan's in Pleasant Ridge. Within a couple of days they found the problem and fixed it.

Had some issues with my car and scheduled an appointment at Donovan s based on a roommates recommendation. They got me in timely, within the next 2 days. Initially I was requesting a diagnosis on a noise I was hearing in my car, which they successfully investigated. While examining that, they inspected the other aspects of my car and informed me of a few other safety concerns (tires and breaks). Tires were a bit pricy (~900$) but I assume that was due to them being top of the line, breaks were fairly priced upon research in the Cincinnati area.One issue did appear with the break repair, seemed to be a faulty caliper. I made a follow up appointment (again I was able to drop the car off in a day or two) and they were able to repair it the same day at no charge due to the parts being under warranty.All in all it was a pleasant experience, I would recommend Donovan s, especially if you need a diagnosis for some sort of issue or noise with your car that you cannot figure out.

I've had nothing but great experiences at Donovan's- all staff have been knowledgable, friendly, and kind! They went above and beyond to call Subaru to get me the best tire deal possible when mine unexpectedly blew. I'll definitely continue coming back here for all repairs and services

Was just in Cincy for the day, and after losing a battle with a monster pothole I ended up limping into town on my half-size spare with a front wheel bent in two places. I was told that Donovan's was the place to call, and when I got there, the gentleman behind the counter came out, took a look at my wheel, and said "we'll have you back in business in 30 minutes." He took the wheel, got it in good enough shape to get me back home(100+ miles away), balanced it, put it on the car for me, and sent me on my way. Absolutely top-notch service with a smile, and they did in fact get me home safely.

Hands down, Donovan s is the most experienced and trusted people for car repairs! Their service is second to none and we bring all our cars to them when they are in need. You won t find a more reputable auto service and repair company! Highly recommended

My family and I have been going to Donovan s for over 20 years. These folks are knowledgeable and honorable. As a recent example, I went over to one tire business to inquire about damage to one of my tires. They recommended replacing all four tires for a grand total of $1500. And contrast, the Donovan s folks asked me how recently I had replaced all the tires and I said it was less than 5000 miles. He recommended simply replacing the single damaged tire with the same brand/type. These folks are awesome!

All the oil leaked out of my car while I was on the highway. EEK! I pulled over, called Donovan s to see if I could have it towed in and talked to Tyler. He said sure . The tow truck driver said Donovan s, eh? They are a great shop! Other shops may have taken advantage of this situation. Not Donovan s! They were honest and told me that it was only a seal that busted. They replaced the seal, filled it with oil, degreased the engine, and I was ready to go - and for an honest price! I use my vehicle for work, so it is my money-maker. They got me back in business in a hurry! . I have enlisted their services for the last 7 years, for repair and maintenance and oil changes for my family s 2 cars. They have been honest, efficient, and professional every time. I am so grateful for this family-owned company!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Took my car and key after store hours using thier convenient drop box. This made the exchange extremely managable with my busy schedule. My car was finished by early afternoon the next day. They were professional, appropriately priced, and did a fantastic job! 10/10 would recommend.

So far so good. Your company I believe diagnosed the problem better than any one else. One issue the person who called me the car was ready to be picked up said they couldn t find any problem with the car. After asking some probing questions he said the Tech forgot to tell him he believed they found the problem and replaced the Battery sensor. This is issue isn t stopping me from coming back to you guys.

Came to Donovan s due to excellent family experiences they had. I was excited to find service other than the dealer which I felt was lacking. The customer service was great but the service estimate was way more expensive than I anticipated and extra cabin filters etc added up.

Donovan s is the best place to get work done on one s vehicle.I have been going to them well over 22 years & will not go anywhere else. They are honest & fair. The one thing I like best about Donovan s is the don t patronize women. Before I learned about Donovan s, I would go to other places & a lot of them tried to sell me things I didn t need. Not Donovan s, they treat each customer with respect & fair.Service: Steering & suspension replacement

After 2 visits to the dealership where they found no reason for the engine light to be on, I stopped at Donovan s and they immediately found a very serious problem!! They suggested I have my car towed to the dealership so there was not further damage. They were absolutely correct and even refused to charge me!! We are now Donovan customers for life!!Service: Transmission
