Don't go here. I came in because my horn wasn't working. They charged me a $150 diagnostic fee (basically to walk in the door) and then said my horn would be $480 to replace. I went to another shop and they replaced it for $114! For what it's worth, also called my dealer and they said they were only going to charge me $209. Needless to say, don't waste your money going here. I don't appreciate them trying to charge me $630 when I got the job done somewhere else for $114! Ridiculous.

I typically get my maintenance done at Tire Discounters, but with the pandemic, I wanted to support a local shop.It was fast, efficient and easy to book. Their price point was within budget and reason. One feature I loved about the shop was they sent me a link to the service report of my vehicle.It showed where I currently stood as far as vehicle safety and the order of importance of what needed to be completed/fixed with a picture of my car part.Within 10 minutes of the text, I got a call from the shop, and they gave me an even greater breakdown of work to be completed along with an estimate.It was by far, the best costumer service I have ever experienced getting my car worked on.Best decision ever made! Came here for an oil change, tire rotation, and general maintenance of my car rather than going to my dealership. Ray and team were super quick, very professional, and didn't try to oversell me anything. I love that they send your inspection report via text and include photos. Will absolutely come back for all of my maintenance and repair and will recommend this shop to everyone I know! I feel well taken care of by Don's and will continue to use them for my car's service and repair needs. From the time you schedule an appointment to picking up your vehicle you're treated with hospitality. They even send you a text afterwards to ensure everything has met your expectations. Everything went great with my Kia Soul repair. Ray explains things well and is very personable. They went the extra mile to fix my car properly and I would recommend them to anyone. I was very pleased with my experience and the three year warranty.

Great service and fast turnaround. I dropped a work truck off needing numerous repairs and had a quote for the repairs within an hour or so. The truck was fixed and ready for pickup the following day. Not at all pushy about getting additional maintenance done, but they give you a diagnostic checklist. Very fast and friendly.
