Great group of guys, very friendly. The 3 guys dealt with were fantastic. Very thorough and took great care of my car and new wheels I brought in. Explained and walked me through the alignment changes that were made. To make things better they price matched and were the best deal installed and aligned than anyone else in a 50 mile radius. Will be going back when my other cars need tires. Highly recommend

I was absolutely impressed with how quickly Discount Tire got the new tires on my car. It took about 30 minutes to get the old tires off and the new tires on. They did it quickly but did not rush. I watched the whole process and they did not cut corners. I will tell all my family and friends to come here. Thanks to Jerry and the crew for GREAT service.

I m a new first time mom and I came in with a severely flat fire that couldn t be savaged. I came in expecting to just need that one fixed, to find out I needed a second one replaced as well and the others needing changed soon after. Recently coming off maternity leave, I only had about $200 to spare and after looking at how unsafe those tires were for a new mom and an infant; Angela at the front desk and Josh the store manager made me getting all four tires possible so me and my son can drive around safely. I ve never experienced such good customer service and it seriously made me want to cry. There are good people in this world still, and turns out they exist at my local tire place. Thank you so much!!

We had a great experience! I scheduled an appointment online for 4 new wheels & tires to be done on a Saturday morning to our Honda civic about 2-2.5 weeks in advance. We showed up, dropped the car off so we could run errands and we picked it back up within about an hour. My boyfriend was the one who talked to the service men, but he seemed very very pleased about the outcome! I found that this deal was pretty affordable as well by bundling wheels & tires.

My car still receives the normal service from Toyota. However, I got a nail in my tire. Toyota told me that the location of the nail the tire couldn t be patched and tried to sell me a tire for $400+. I took my car to this location, and they told me they would try to repair the tire before selling me a tire. Not only were they able to patch my tire, they didn t charge me for me the repair. Its nice to work with people that try to do the right thing for their customers.

I needed my tire plugged or patched. They did it for free. They were very nice, from the lady that took my call to book my apt to Josh that fixed my tire. I give them 5 stars and will be back.

I cam here to replace my tires, they gave me an appointment from 11:00 to 12:00, they let me wait 1 hour 20 minutes then the service person said it will take one more hour. Had to reschedule to another day. This is the worst experience i have faced with discount tires. The manager just said sorry they are running a little late, I don't think asking a person to wait 2 hours is considered little late.Update: They fixed my car right away during my rescheduled appointment. Updating the rating to reflect their work on the second appointment

Friendly and helpful! Tool care of my leaking tire at no charge. Even on a busy Saturday they still got me taken care of and back on the road quickly.

One of my tires developed a bead leak. I easily found it myself at home. After another shop quoted me at $32, I checked here and they said they'd do it for free. Awesome offer. But I waited 2 hours one day, decided to come again, waited another hour and was told they couldn't find it and they were too busy to check again so I should come back again. No, thanks. Most of the guys here work hard, even though the manager is very rude. I watched many customers walk out, out of frustratration. I think they are just overscheduled. Corporate needs to analyze this location.

Quick replacement on a flat tire that was (luckily) still under warranty.I had to wait for it to be order but it was expected. Great service and the technicians seem to have a lot of fun while singing current Pop Hits

I waited 6 hours to replace the two front wheels and check the wheel alignment. I got the car back only after several comments to the manager. the manager was very unfriendly. During the wait, three clients left the workshop without waiting for service; no one was at the cash register for 15 minutes. and to top it off, I drove out onto the road and my wheels were vibrating a lot, poor balancing...

Tire Discounters? Never heard of her! Discount Tire offered me a much better price on tires and matched it with outstanding service!This place is awesome! Plenty of seating and coffee/water available with 1 stall bathrooms. Justin was phenomenal throughout the entire tire buying process, and helped me in many different ways. The appointment was easy, the tire decision process was simplified by having Justin explain the pros and cons to the tires I was deciding. Ultimately I went with his recommendation, and I love these tires! I just pulled a random stranger out of deep mud the same day Justin put new tires on! The level of service you'll receive here is awesome. Every employee was professional and excellent.I told friends and family I've never received this level of service in ANY setting, and I never expected this kind of service from a tire place! I normally go to Tire Discounters, but not any more! Discount Tire destroyed Tire Discounters in terms of service and price! TD couldn't get to where DT was price-wise. Easy decision for me.When I was waiting for my tires to finish, I talked with a few of the customers waiting. Most of them were repeat customers because they loved the service they get here. The reviews speak for themselves!

So I had an appointment at 3:45pm and it s been over two hours and they just pulled my car in about an half and hour before they close like what s the point of making an appointment if it just sits for 2 hours like this isn t right at all I just know next time I ll be taking my business elsewhere we re .they are very slow so if you want to wait forever go here I won t be coming back to this location again . And I don t appreciate the fact my car is fine when I went in and ever since I ve left my car is way worse then it was I don t appreciate it all and second don t believe anything they say because they lied to me when I went to pick up my vehicle ..thanks for making my car worse I will never go to this location again or another discount tires store after this horrible experience

This is my new tire store for sure!! Jacob was awesome. I had a bad experience somewhere else. He was excellent in follow-up which meant everything! He also didn't treat me like the "female" when we were discussing what I was wanting for my Jeep. He searched & found exactly what I wanted. Didn't try to sell up or talk me out of what I wanted, but did recommend, which I took him up on. I'm so happy with my purchase, the treatment & communication from his team. I highly recommend working with Jacob, Brandon & the entire Discount Tire, NOT Discount Service Team!

Worst experience I ever had. Josh is liar. He lied to my telling me he ordered tire for me. He didn t ordered it, dropped car for one day. Coming back next day, 5pm . Nothing done on my vehicle. Tires are not changed, alignment was not done. He even don t know what is going on with my vehicle. It the better to go to tire discount one street away and get a normal organized service. Waste of time. Josh is the most unresponsible person over there.

This weekend I needed some lawn tractor tires mounted on rims so I can Discount Tire first. Josh answered the phone and was extremely helpful and professional. Took care of me quickly. I really appreciate it very much. They are always accommodating. Thank you.

These guys are the best! I scheduled an appointment online for a flat tire. When I got there, Mike was welcoming upon my check-in. They proceeded to take measurements of my tires, find the puncture, patch it, and have my car ready to go, all within about 45 minutes. I didn t buy tires at this visit, but when I do, it will probably be through them. Trust the reviews, they really are the best.

Two horrible experiences. Waited over an hour to get new tires put on. This was for a scheduled appointment by the way. Then found out they didn't even have the tires in store. Rescheduled for saturday at 12 brought my car in at 11:30 they didn't even touch my car for three hours!!!! I was waiting that whole time and they hadn't even brought it in yet. Extreme waste of time. Zero purpose of appointments and zero professionalism. Will not be returning ever...

Not prepared or accountable. Again 1.18.24. Made me wait 15 minutes only to tell me someone else picked up the Roadie. Pathetic and I m a business owner trying to feed my kids.

Never had such a good experience in an auto shop. We had a flat from a pot hole and showed up 5 min before they closed and they were so kind to help us out! Helpful, kind and honest. So impressed that a group of young men wouldn't hesitate to stay past closed to help someone on a Saturday night. Thank you so much!!!

Got my tire replaced here yesterday! Staff was amazing & friendly! Quick service too, i was in & out in 15 min! Would definitely recommend Discount Tires & this store over any Tire Discounters!

I'm not going to grade customer service, because it is quite good as usual for such type of tire centers. I want to put some notes about job quality they do.I would say job quality is above average comparing to similar type of business. That fact that they know what tire balance optimization is (or so named ride match), allow me to put some respect for their skill level. I drive German car with hard suspension and very wide low-profile tires. Any tiny imperfectness cause unsmooth ride immediately. To keep European cars on smooth, vibration-free track you must not only scrupulously select tires and rims, but assemble it right and do high precision balancing. Most of big network tire shops just don t have motivation, time and skills to do perfect tire job.First of all, most of shops don t care about inner surface of the rim. There are two ways to mount wheel on tire changer: by rim s lip and by inner edge of rim. Second method will always leave scratches and dents on alloy wheels and thus allowed for steel rims only. Most of tire shops mount alloy wheels by inner edge causing rim damage. Why? Tell me why you do this, if you could mount it properly by rim lip?The second is balancing accuracy. I have balancing machine in my garage and do wheel balance by myself. I often do wheel balancing for my friends and neighbors. I NEVER seen that ANY tire shop in Ohio did tire balance better than +/-15g, allowed tolerance is +/-5g though. That is a consequence of do quick, do more approach that most of tire shops pursue. In fairness it should be noted that +/-15g is ok for most of standard sire sizes with high profile but not acceptable for low-profile tires especially for European cars.Now saying specifically about DiscountTire. I was assembling two wheels, rims 19x9, tires 255/35.1) They mounted my rims in proper way - by rim lip - and not scratched the surface. I explicitly asked them to be careful. A day before I spend 40 minute in customer s room watching how they do their job and in 80% cases they put alloy wheels on tire changer by inner edge of rim causing dents on rims.2) They did balance optimization when I asked. This is separate service and not included by default which is reasonable. The optimization result is quite good. Not perfect, but good enough for big network tire shop.3) Balance accuracy might be better. I had to add +20g of balance weigh on each rim on each side of the rim.Overall I would recommend using their service but if you want better result talk to them explicitly about your concerns.

Work was okay, did not clean tires. I think, I will only go to Tylersville anymore. This store use to be better, but not feeling it.

My husband and I stopped by here to get a price quote on some tires for my car. We were greeted by one of the managers named Mike. Mike was super nice & friendly. He offered to help us in any way he could. I have been here before for tires and was given the same respect then also. I highly recommend Discount Tire to Everyone! Mike went above & beyond to give us excellent customer service! We will definitely be back again & again!

I was referred to Discount tire for fast service when it came to tire repair. I was told they did tremendous service and the people are great. That referral was absolutely correct. I drove to the store and was greeted by Mike. Mike is great at his job and genuinely cared when I needed help today. He told they would be able to fix it and gave me an estimated fix time with the ability to track the progress digitally. It was done about an hour a half later. I wasn t even aware of the ability to fix a tire vs just replace it. That s how I knew I was getting an honest service. Mike and the team really came through when I needed help with my tire today. Appreciate the service and it really was a blessing in my day. Thank you so much

Had to have my car towed in while at work and within less than 1hr. they had my tire issue sorted and waiting for pickup. Great shop, have had 2 cars with 4 full and no problems. Quick and precise. Would highly recommend.

I was met at the door under the gazebo tent. PPE and social distancing practiced. I got to view the tire change which was done quickly and professionally. Clean, well lit and the customer services reps were cordial and friendly. Thumbs Way High!

These guys are truly customer service professionals. The manager Mike was excellent along with his team. Had some slight issues from a wheel purchase and install at a different location and went to them to resolve it. (The other location didn t do anything wrong, it was just the growing pains of figuring out new wheels) This location is closer to my home than the other. They resolved the issue without making me feel like I was inconveniencing them. Great experience and they will get my tire / wheel business moving forward.
