I spoke with Luke in order to match an OE tire on a 2021 vehicle, very polite and professional. The quote beat their competitors by almost $100. They found a match and Chris was just as sharp and professional when I called back. Our mechanic was fantastic (I didn t catch his name) Thank you guys so much! Highly recommend.

Great service, they explained the current life of my tires & didn t pressure me to upgrade. They did try to sell me some lug nuts cause I was missing one but that s their job & he did relatively well taking no for an answer overall, I d return for future services. Heard them give an estimate of around $97 for an alignment after taxes but that s pretty good & I ll definitely be returning here to get mine in a few weeks

Asher has been so helpful to me! He is always thorough in his explanations, gets me in quick, doesn t overcharge me when services aren t provided the way they were supposed to, very kind, consistent, a great guy!The whole shop has helped me with my car the past year but Asher has been the main one helping me with my tires and alignment. Thank you!

The team there takes great care of us every time we need them. Tony is always kind, knowledgeable and honest without being pushy. He helped me out today in a way that only he could and I will forever be a customer thanks to his kindness.

I want to extend my highest praise to Scott and the staff at this location. Not only were they fast and friendly and extremely fair, when I left there at closing time I found that I had left my purse there. I was in a bay at an oil change place without my wallet!!! I just needed a small amount of info to complete my transaction at the oil change and Scott went out of his way to not only provide that to me, but also keep my belongings safe and return them to me after they were already closed. A customer for life.

I cannot recommend Discount Tires more! Friendly service, the associates were genuinely nice, especially Christian. They were not pushy about trying to sell me "extras". I was in and out of the store in less than an hour. I will never go anywhere else for tires!

In and out pretty quick with an appointment. Had a non repairable puncture and they had the same tire in stock for replacement. Highly recommend getting the warranty on new tires especially as high as the prices have gotten recently.

10/10 if I could. Employees are very helpful even when issues arise. I ordered the wrong size tires by mistake and the man at the check in counter was incredibly helpful. He resolved the issue quickly and kindly!

Today was my second visit and second purchase at the Colerain store (2 separate vehicles).The staff here is very friendly and efficient. I made an appointment online and they got my truck in the bay on time and finished it within an hour.Joe kept me updated on when my tires arrived and offered me a sooner appointment, which I couldn't make but appreciated all the same.I used to go to the "other" tire discounter store, but Discount Tire has earned my business for all 4 of my vehicles.

Dropped my car off to get 2 tires and 5 TPMS sensors. I supplied all of the parts and they did the work as quoted and on-time. Walked to Waffle House ~2 blocks away and by the time we were done, we hardly had to wait. Thanks to all of the associates at Discount Tire. You guys are operating on another level!!

Clueless is putting it nicely.I called yesterday morning since I needed a new tire. I had ordered the originals from tirerack.The guy I spoke with said he would have the new tire at the store by 3pm, and that since Discount Tire owns tirerack, I would just have to pay the roadhazard price. He also said he would call me when it arrived so I could come over and have it installed.I never received a phone call.Today, I called again, and no one at the store had a clue about any tire order under my name or phone number. But they had the tire (amazing) and told me to come over and have it installed.When I arrived, the guy at the counter didn't know anything about the tirerack roadhazard policy, so his manager had him call. After he hung up with tirerack, I was told I would have to file the roadhazard claim myself with tirerack.This is completely contrary to what I was told the previous day.As I left the store, I told the manager that he should have his staff all on the same page so they don't waste people's entire day, with false and misleading information.Of course, he didn't care and just went about his business.This is typical of "customer service" these days. No one knows a thing, and more than likely, you are being fed a line of b.s.

I called before hand explained the problem, was told a tire repair like that would be fast. I showed up at 5:15, they had 6 or more vehicles ahead of me. I watched them do the repair through the window very quickly. They removed the screw and I was on my way by 6:30. Thank you discount tire for your service!

Ordered tires on Tire Rack and through their partnership with Discount Tire, they recommended this location for the install so I scheduled an appointment. The staff were short handed and it was a bit hectic, but I couldn't be happier with the overall experience. I had just had a bad experience with a big local competitor because I am a AAA member. VERY glad I went this route instead. They were professional, efficient, I was able to get better quality tires, and I even saved a few hundred dollars as compared to the local AAA competitor. Highly recommend Tire Rack and Discount Tires!

These guys are great. Most professional staff I've ever seen. They have sold me two sets of tires now and I have been treated great both times. Clean, professional and 7 dollars a tire cheaper than ordering from Tire Rack. Best in the Business

Sean, Connor, Drew - Name the associate and I'm sure the result would be the same. I cannot say enough for these gentlemen at Discount Tire. If great prices, courteous staff and honesty are important to you when paying for a service; then I implore anyone looking for tires or car service to call Discount Tire Colerain. There was a mix-up when ordering the tires pictured below. Milestar Patagonia M/T. I dropped off my truck and when I came back I looked through the bay window to the shop and noticed on my truck set a pair of Mudstar Radial M/T... not what I had ordered.Sean was honest and couldn't explain what happened but he ensured that the correct tires were ordered that night. They shipped from California and hit Discount Tire the following Monday. I had the unfortunate circumstance of needing to bury my dog over the weekend in which the incorrect set of tires was on my truck. Sean and I struck a deal in which he permitted me to drive my truck to my property with the wrong tires to bury my dog. On 7-22-19 I drove my truck back to the shop and in true honest fashion, Sean kept his word and exchanged the 4 Mudstar tires for the 4 Milestar tires. No issues. No games. No stress. To reiterate what I've read on previous reviews, the bathrooms are incredibly clean as is the waiting room. I'll always give Discount Tire first shot at my business. Sean and Team I cannot thank you enough for your effort in satisfying this customer.I would not have had a vehicle to bury my best friend were it not for your willingness to be a decent human.Sincerely,Brad Brinkman

I was a frazzled mom with two young kids in tow needing a new tire on my SUV as soon as possible. Noah was helpful in making sure I got the right product for my vehicle, but Tim went above and beyond making sure that I was able to get what I needed in a workable time so I didn t have to wait longer than needed (toddlers and babies aren t the biggest fans of waiting rooms, and it s not easy to get a ride that can accommodate two car seats). I was so so grateful for Tim s empathy and help, going out of his way to get us taken care of . Highly recommend!

I had a nail in my tire and my pressure was going down fast. Saw the location while trying to make it home and stopped in. Glad I did. It was late in the day and they were busy but they were honest about the wait time and kept me informed the whole time. They took good care of me and I'm grateful. I'll be back

Terrible customer service. I called and ordered a new tire. Waited a week with no response. They were supposed to call when it came in and never called. I tried calling twice and was put on hold for 20 minutes with no one coming back to the phone.Go to Tire Discounters instead, I ended up getting a tire the same day. Don't waste your time with this place. Awful waste of time.

This is only shop I could find to change the tires on my travel trailer. Great staff, friendly and attentive to my needs. You earned my business from now on for all my vehicles. I HIGHLY recommend this shop!

Making an appointment online the night before and being able to get in first thing in the morning was bad timing on my part, but the guys at discount tire greeted me by name right when I walked in and got my tire fixed within an hour! Best of all, fixed for free. I can t thank them enough for their swiftness in getting me back on the road. Thanks everyone!

Got here at two and was told service would be done by 4, it is 4:15 and nothing has happened yet. I pre ordered the tire online. There are other people that have been here waiting for hours. Manager said it should be a shorter wait tomorrow. What gives?They have an army of techs in the back but Service is as slow as molasses.

So, I ordered 185/65r14 only to find out that they couldn't put it on because it didn't fit my rim (I misread my tire size).I went ahead and ordered 175/65r14, which they confirmed would fit. I had already paid for the 185/65r14, and so they subtracted that from the total cost of tire + installation for 175/65r14, which I then paid for (it amounted to 103.49 or something like that).On the day of installation, the guy at the counter insisted I had not paid for it yet. I, unfortunately, had left the receipts at home, but I was able to show him the bank charge that proved that I did pay for it. I had to go back and forth with him for a while before he finally gave me my keys.Overall, fast and friendly service, but they should overhaul how they handle situations like this. It seems like there was a lot of unnecessary confusion.

I had Continental tires put on my Slingshot previously and very pleased. This time took my Caravan and 4 tires and alignment cheaper than 2 tires and alignment from Tire Discounters. People very helpful and place is clean.

I went through a rollercoaster of issues stemming from the online inventory bring off, but I came out happy as can be with my new wheels and tires. These guys will take care of you 100%.

This was my second time here for the same thing, and both times I was greeted with a smile, and a how can I help?I interacted with the Manager. I'd been riding around with my spare tire in my backseat because I didn't know how to put it back under the car. He got it back under my truck and had me on my way in under 5 minutes!!!! When I need tires, there will be no doubt about where I'll be going to get them!!! Thank you SO much!!!!
