I ve worked for two large companies that use them. Horrible. Multiple bad experiences with them. I just had my truck serviced over the weekend and again another botched job. I came in the morning to warm my truck up and do a pre trip. Opened the hood and oil was spraying everywhere. They left their funnel and my oil cap on top the motor. Seriously. Brand new truck coated in oil now..smhService: Oil change

My company called them they showed up they didn't have the part on hand but he made it work with what he had I'm appreciated of that.

Absolutely terrible company!!!!!They are representing Dickinson Fleet Services - whose driver hit & "totaled" my vehicle on 12/19/17 .I'm here to tell my encounter with Dickinson Fleet Services & their insurance provider Gallagher Bassett Services ....On December 19,2017 I was driving around in my Toyota Prius with my roommate doing some last minute Christmas shopping.I was driving down Spiral Dr in Florence, KY when one of their drivers in a large utility truck (USDOT 679784 driven by "Jake" at the time...probably not on a job as it was late at night and a department store parking lot) pulled out of the Kohl's parking lot and t-boned my car. This sent myself & my passenger spinning down the road up onto the curb and back down. The impact was so hard my car was instantly ruined . He hit my driver side causing damage to my entire passenger side.I have documented photos and videos of my car and personal injuries. My car had brand new tires--less than a year old, new brakes, new window Tint & my car is financed...I've only had it for less than 2 years.It's now been 3 weeks and I've had no correspondence regarding my vehicle or the accident. Their insurance finally returned my 4th call, a 3-way call & had to ask me where my car was even located seeing as the crash caused my car to be towed away.So I'm just sitting in limbo with no car. No rental offered to me. Nothing. No word on my car, the damage, the plan, my injuries, my dr visits, etc..The owner of Dickinson Fleet called me the next day saying if I need anything to call him directly, well, he's been of no assistance & now that I've got an attorney absolutely nothing is being done from their end.Today, exactly 21 days since I lost my car, Gallagher agreed to let me use a rental car through them for 10 measly days . I drove off the lot only to receive a call from Enterprise that Gallagher Is refusing to cover insurance for the rental & that I need to cover it out of pocket or return the rental!!!Also informed me they are only accepting 90% liability for my car, which is about a $5k offer.... that leaves me upside in my car loan, leaves me without a car.This has literally been one of the worst experiences of my young adulthood & my first run in a situation like this! I'm livid at how things are being handled & nothing is getting done.Disgusting company

Was rear ended in my car by a employee there! He was intoxicated! Hit me got out of car and ran! Police officer said its considered a hit skip. Most people drinking leave the scene of the accident! Dustin Knoll of Hamilton ohio is his name. He is out of Cincinnati branch!

Best place to go an get what u need work on rather it's big rigs or mini car or trailers anything on wheels an much more, quality working people

They tend to do work over alot . They fixed my liftgate it only worked one time the next day. When I called to get them to come back out they said they were not coming until the afternoon. Which leaves my customers without there product.
