Recently had my windows tinted at Detail World very happy with my experience. Booked online it was super easy and convenient. They had my car in and out the day of my appointment and the windows look amazing. The staff was great and very nice. Highly recommended Detail World.

Mike and Team at Detail World have done a great job getting me in and taken care of!They ve tinted out one vehicle and did a wheel swap on two! True definition of a 1 stop shop, dealing with the professionals from start to finish. I had my windows tinted here, along with a ceramic coat on my charger and the wheels, couldn t have asked for a better experience. They handled my items as if it was their own and did so in a very timely manner! 10/10 would suggest dealing with Detail World!!Services: Paint protection, Vehicle window tinting

I had my car tinted and ceramic coated. The process was pretty painless and I didn't have any issues getting an appointment. The ceramic coating took about 3 days which was quicker than I was expecting. It was worth the wait because my car looks incredible. The tint looks great and both were worth the money.

Could not be happier with the services provided by detail world. I had my windows tinted and wheels powder coated and the results were great. I had never done tinting or powder coating before, but the staff was more than knowledgeable and made sure I understood what they were going to do.Definitely will be shopping here again in the future!

So this was my first go around with doing any custom service to my car. I'm a musician and I have often felt uncomfortable leaving my equipment in my car for the world to see. I decided to tint my windows. The pricing here was very reasonable. I was given a few options to choose from and was given a very thorough explanation of of different percentages as well as the difference between dyed, carbon, and ceramic tint. I went with carbon 18% when they brought out my car it looked amazing and sleek. They showed me a few bubbles in my back window but assured me that they would disappear once the tint cured. Sure enough 4 days later the bubbles had disappeared and my car looks fantastic. The UV rays aren't nearly as hot and my equipment is obscured from view. Detail World will be the only place to go to for my vehicles in the future.

Awesome customer service and products. I have taken 4 vehicles to detail world these two for window sun visors and the other two for tint match from factory. I had an appointment for their other location but the owner messaged the morning and asked me if I could get my car to their Amelia location. I was fine with it. He initially said that the tinting would be fine in 2 hours but it took around 4 hours. I was busy anyway so that was not a big deal. I got the 35% ceramic tint done for my windows as that is the legal limit in Michigan and in Illinois.The tint itself was applied fine. I saw a scratch from the blade they use on one of the films which can be noticed if looked closely. There are a couple of air bubbles in the back windshield film. Thankfully I had the rubber device to remove the bubble but one of them is still there. I gave them 4 stars because he offered me a good discount on the price. I would expect a much nicer job since I gave my car to them looking at the exotic cars they have worked with. I plan to take my car back when I'm in the area to get the air bubbles fixed.

First time at Detail World to add this after market bull bar with fog lamps. Mike's a straight shooter and this local, small American business is highly concerned with customer satisfaction. They even replaced a very difficult to get to bulb that went out - and this was 7 months after install. Support this business with confidence.

I bought headlights and bulbs myself to upgrade the headlights on my Toyota tacoma came up with a price based on installation time he was done in under 30 minutes I was given no information about how it went how to operate or sucess of installation when I used the new headlights for the first time my high beams did not work and you could tell that the beams were not adjusted properly one was noticeable higher than the other they told me it was because I didn't purchase there bulbs and gave me a phone number to call that person told me that they don't sell to the public I would have to buy from detail world so I drove to the shop and talked with who I believe is the owner with the installation guy standing behind the counter he told me that I could Google how to adjust the aiming of my headlights and do it myself I have since figured out that when you turn off your driving lights the hi beams work he told me to turn off the driving lights when I want to use my high beams zero stars out of five I am glad that you don't sell tires you would have brought my truck out with no air in the tires and told me to have a nice day the part that you are leaving out is that you didn't like your negative review called me up and threatened me on the phone about your 1 star review it was a minus 1000 star review the the only reason I gave it one star was because Google makes you your lack of caring about my safety or weather the product I entrusted you to install even worked says everything about you even though I purchased the product myself there is still a level of quality that is expected from the consumer you offered none of that if you look at your reviews they are all the same call me up on my personal phone and threaten me again after we have agreed to do business I dare you as unprofessional of an experience that I have ever had.......

Love these guys, they have put tent on several of my vehicle over the years and I have been happy with all of them. They also have done a lot of work for a couple good friends of mine. We truly recommend there services.

I took my mustang there to have some underbody lighting installed, the manager looked at my car told me what they could do and took a deposit. I returned to have the work completed and dropped the car off and was told it would be most of the day, not a problem. 5 hours later I get a call and I was told that they can t do the work because the car is too low . Not sure how they missed this when they did their inspection or even whe the tech was on the ground looking under my car! I was told I would have to wait a couple hours to pick up my car because they weren t sure how to refund my deposit and there was not going to be a manger there for a couple hours. When I pick up my car the manager gave me attitude because I asked if he could recommend another company that might be able to do the work, he said he has never recommended anyone since he does this work and why would he ever do so? I simply said that if you can t do it I understand but maybe there is someone else with the equipment to do it around here? He only offered to sell me the kit to take and find my own installer, I asked why I would pay the ip barge to them if they can t even install it? Over all it was a bad experience and I would not recommend this business, there was no reason to be upset with me since they failed at their job!

Well done, however I asked for 15% and was given 20%. Be sure to articulate exactly what you want and check to see what they ve got you down for otherwise you might end up assuming you must have gotten what you asked for only to get home and read that it really was lighter as you thought it was on first glance. The employees are extremely polite and courteous. Be sure to plan ahead for tint and arrange an Uber or a friend to pick you up. There isn t very comfortable seating to wait the hours it will take.

Got my 17 WRX done here. Great job! Clean lines on all the windows and not one flaw on the tint. I payed twice the amount at another shop in IL for less windows.

Excellent work but, I have a cat lady living next to me that told me to F off when asked to keep her cats off my car. I asked detail world if they would give me an estimate to give her stating cat scratches to buff out would cost. They refused to give an estimate stating what the damages a blind man can see was from a cat but more then willing to do the work. They are not being asked to put themselves on the line. Just a letter stating how much it cost to fix scratches from the cats I have on video using car as a scratching post. I intend to fix later but I want the letter to give her to prevent more damages if she sees how costly it can be. But to no avail I can spend my money here past present and future but they can't do a letter stating how her cats can and are ruining my custom paint job. I get excuses. However my lawyer said to get a letter and when you go to a wreck where a train hits a car. Even the dumbest person can see the train destroyed the car and not a bug

Horrible Customer Service!! Rude, Non-Communicative, Dishonest. I chose this company to upgrade my headlights to LED. They ordered from eBay, I waited 30 days , lights never came, I asked when they were ordered, they wouldn t tell me. I asked to cancel the order and reorder from Amazon guarantee 5-7 business days. Manager talks to me like it s my fault. The new lights arrive broken, they install them anyway , the right high beam doesn t work. He tells me the bulb is burned out without looking to see if it was a fuse or mistake made during installation . I work in customer service, this is the worst experience I ve had in years as a paying consumer. I do not recommend Detail World for anything electrical .Service: Daylight redirecting

Owner Mike is a great dude. I was quoted for a 3 hr. Job. Took alot longer but still kept his price at the 3 he of work. And the outcome was amazing!!!!

I d highly recommend Detail World for any of your service needs. From booking to the service being completed, it has been a 5star experience. I was walked through the different tint levels and what I could spect which was super helpful. I was told that the service would take 2hours to complete and it took about 15 minutes less actually. Overall, a pleasant experience hanging out waiting for my window tint to be completed.Service: Vehicle window tinting

I got my car done about a month ago and love it!! I used to live in Cincinnati and always drove past the business and heard great things. I recently moved to Columbus but never found someone up there that I would trust with my car or they were extremely over priced. I finally decided to get my car done and they got me in in a timely manner! I got my windows tinted and my rims powder coated and they both look amazing. I have received multiple compliments on my car since then and would highly recommend going there. The staff is very friendly and the building is very clean. It was well worth the 2 hour drive to have my car done at Detail World!

My car was a challenge (11 windows!) and it took longer than they had scheduled, but they stayed past closing time to make sure it was done. They even gave me a discount for having to wait. They did an awesome job and their customer service was top-notch. I'm beyond pleased with the results! Would recommend to anyone.

The staff is competent, helpful and cheerful. I asked for a backup camera to be installed in my car. I was surprised and pleased that the unit includes a map system with many features. The best surprise is the quality of the radio sound. The staff took the time to explain how my new system works. My new unit fits perfectly into the dashboard and looks like its original equipment. It looks good, sounds good, and works perfectly.

I usually don t write reviews unless I was extremely impressed or extremely disappointed. Unfortunately for my car....this review is not based on a good experience.I ll start off by saying the guys who assisted me were very nice. Now, I m not sure if the person who was detailing was new but he totally forgot to clean both front seats. I was told to drop it off at 9am which is the time they open, I went to pick it up at 5:30pm to give them extra time just in case. He had to rush to clean them because they closed at 6pm. When it dried, I had to put my seat covers back on because the seats were spotty, along with the back seats. I was told they would fix any problems for free but within 24 hours. I was just took it as a lost. There were other minor issues but it was something I could of looked over.I hate that I feel the need to write a review like this but it was such a disappointment especially since this was my first time getting my car detailed and ruling out so many other places thinking this one was going to be great. Hopefully, everyone else get a better experience.

Mike and his team did a amazing job with my car. With 2 kids and always being on go, my SUV needed a good detail and the staff at Detail World did just that. The customer service was wonderful. I called to schedule my appointment and was given options of times available. When I arrived my car was taken to be service immediately and was completed in a timely manner. I would high recommended Mike and his staff at Detail World for all of your automotive needs!

I have used Detail World for years most recently had remote start installed and full tint on two vehicles. Start to finish such a painless experience. Scheduled for my convenience, and services were performed in a very impressive time frame. All staff I ve encountered at the shop have always been professional, polite, and friendly to work with. I would highly recommend using them for your automotive needs, and I will continue to use them as my go-to guys for my own vehicles. Top notch quality, and affordable prices!!
