This place is great they really go above and beyond for the customer. I ended up having to come back with my vehicle 2 different times(because Range Rover makes it as hard as possible to do things to their vehicles) and they did not blink an eye (even on a Saturday at 1230pm) to help me with my issue immediately until is was fixed. It is rare to find hard working honest people these days and it is good to know that we have a place like that right here in Delhi. I would recommend Delhi Quality Auto Care to anyone in need of any car maintenance. 5 out of 5 stars for sure!!!

Great service. They tell you if they find issues with your car and let you make the decision when to schedule an appointment. And prices are very reasonable. I'll keep coming back

After a little misunderstanding at a dealer, I walked in for an estimate. They gave me a quick quote and I was on my way within the hour. Fair price and super friendly and most importantly, done correctly.

Had two oil changes done. So far, I really like the place. Waiting while getting the oil changes done, I've listened to Brian talk to other customers and he seems pretty fair with everything they do there. Definitely be returning.

My car was stuck in park, they were able to meet me and help get it back to the shop. Then helped fixed it, very affordable. All staff was super friendly and helpful! I will definitely be back.

Great auto repair shop, great customer service ,always tells you the truth and never gives you the run around especially with repairs. They don't try to repair something just to get the work they let you know exactly what needs to be done. Highly recommend!!

The owner picked a real good team of guys here.I met Brian & Vernon (told me he drives an hour or more just to show up to work and feed his family).Down-to-earth, genuine, calm under fire. How could you not respect these gentlemen?

First time going to Delhi QAC.Midas Delhi replaced my front rotors and brake pads last year. A week or so ago, my front right tire made a noise as I would drive and it stopped when i hit the brakes. Took it back to Midas, they did a test drive, parked in the bay, never lifted it and told me it would be a $600 axle replacement. They literally diagnosed it based on the sound the car made when they drove it. I sat there for an hour just for them to not even lift the car to actually look at their work.Went to Delhi Quality Auto Care. They said day before I can bring it in around 1pm and they got to the car pretty quickly. Did a test drive, lifted the car, and the brake pads werent the right size. Parts and labor to replace them was $220(they also replaced the A/C compressor drive belt but i don't include that in the $220). I was on the road after 2 hours of them having the car. So they saved me $380 over Midas, who was going to charge $600 to not fix the problem.It's important to trust a local shop over a national chain. Are some national companies reliable? Yea probably. I havent had issues at Monro when i used them(Glenway and the former downtown Cincy locations). But the fact that Midas didnt even lift the car or remove the tires to diagnose says everything and that's why I got the 2nd opinion. Midas Delhi can't do a brake pad right, no reason to think theyll do an axle right either, on top of it being completely unnecessary to fixing the problem. Delhi QAC definitely has a new customer now.

We needed new tires in a hurry. I called Delhi Quality Auto Care at 8 a.m. and they were able to order and install four new tires by that evening. I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Delhi Quality Auto Care!!! Everyone was very friendly, the work was done quick and the cost was very reasonable!!! They will be my go to for any car repair/upkeep I may need from now on!!!

This is my first time going to Delhi Quality Auto Care. I called them around noon because I had a bad O2 sensor. Much to my surprise, they were able to get me in and out that same day!!! I'll be going back.

The guys here are the best. I was broke down and they sent a battery charger got my car started and checked it out at the shop to find kit the problem so that didn't happen again.

Called Wednesday morning to schedule oil change and some front end work, and quote for 4 new tires. Was told they would call right back. It's Friday and no phone call to schedule service. Called Altenau Automotive with no problem to get scheduled.

Technicians we're very professional, and helpful, and friendly... Since we're are older, and partially disabled, they were very helpful... We love the running boards, and am sure they will help us get in and out of our car with greater ease... Thank you

I just stopped in to see if they could get me in for an oil change and tire rotation and within an hour to hour and a half I was taken care of and back out the door, and they saved me more than half of what I would've paid at the dealership. They were friendly, kept me informed of the progress of my vehicle, and was very respectful to me. Pleasant atmosphere as well.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Finally resolved noise issue in engine compartment that Midas couldn't. Air compressor going out. This should also resolve air conditioning sporadically working. Good experience, will be a return customer when needed.

Overall a wonderful experience! Allen & his team were so kind, patient and accommodating! They re so knowledgeable and really care! They took the time to explain everything in detail and broke down what was most important and needed addressed right away without trying to oversell anything else. Went there because my tire keptLosing air. He said to just come up they checked my tire andCome to find out it was my rim. They didn t stop until they found the problem. Very nice and professional. I m definitely going back. They took me without an appt. And didn t even charge me to see what the problem was!

Great shop. Very clean and professional. Pricing is fantastic. Employees were great. Oil change and alignment performed on my truck. They did an excellent job. Got an oil change and was very happy. I saw they had a coupon in the westsider so I decided to give the new shop a chance. I scheduled an appointment and they got my SUV up on the rack immediately. There wasn t any hidden charges to make up for the discount they were offering. Exact price they said it would be. Hard to find a good trustworthy shop. Glad I gave them a shop.
