Great service. These guys are knowledgeable and professional. I always receive excellent customer service upon my arrival, and I love it. Was informed about my AC problem and time frame of repair need it and it was done in the time they said. Their prices are also reasonable.Good honest work, considerate about my needs, didn t try to oversell, just did exactly what I needed done. I m very satisfied on the work done in my car, I highly recommend to anybody. I hope someday in the near Future they can also have a Tire Shop. That will be amazing. :) Thank you

Refused to service my tranamission which needed a neutral safty switch installed. Charged me for 4 shocks, only installed 2. (They took care of this after I mentioned it) Check engine light showed up after the visit, was told its "no big deal" A new EFE valve would of taken care of that. Friendly enough, nice waiting area but overall experience was sub par for a professional shop with professional prices. Wont be returning.

first time using this company, and they were awesome. super friendly while I sat and waited for my oil change, and very nice. they did more than an oil change for me at no extra charge and were incredibly kind and informative about what was going on with my car. the best experience I ve ever had a car shop. Tim was the front desk guy and he was great to talk to & incredibly helpful, down to earth. would recommend to anyone I know :)Service: Oil change

I was towed to Dayton Car Care from a well known car dealership in the area, when the dealership refused to make a warranty repair/diagnosis with me first paying a large sum. Barry at Dayton Car Care took my vehicle and preformed the required work to get the warranty company s approval with out charging me a dime. When the work took well past the expected time frame due to back ordered parts The owner (Barry) made sure my car rental was up to date and he was giving me updates constantly. When other problems popped up he continued to work with me and made sure I was handled. In the end the repairs took almost 5 weeks. But I knew the crew at Dayton Car Care was doing everything possible to get me back in my van and back on the road. He went above and beyond the call of duty. It s a pretty long haul to get from my house to Dayton Car Care, but Barry earned himself a customer for life. The drive is worth it when you find a man of integrity and compassion. Barry and his staff were a god-send to my wife and I. They were polite, professional and timely with repairs that we needed on our vehicle. Their pricing was clear and fair. Their shop was clean, which makes a difference! They helped us during a time of unforeseen, personal circumstances and their kind demeanor was what we needed at the time. Barry and the team at Dayton Car Care were nothing short of fantastic. I had two separate issues of a steering noise and coolant leaking after a taking two long trips. Both were quickly assessed, I was provided options, and the information needed to make a decision. After giving my approval, the vehicle was done quickly and at an affordable price. An absolute amazing small business! I have never been so happy and comfortable with an automotive business. Barry the owner, worked with me through everything and was an absolutely wonderful man! Even though my maxcare from Carmax redirected me to this company, I will continue to return here with or without a Carmax car. If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would. I brought my 2018 Kia Sorrento in to Dayton car care after another facility failed to address the issues with my brakes in December, I had just purchased my vehicle a month priorBarry s team provided a very welcoming office experience, they listened to my concerns and they thoroughly inspected my vehicle before letting me drive off the lot.They ended up replacing both front calibers, brake pads and rotors and they also replaced my drivers side front wheel bearingI left feeling 100% more safe in my vehicle. I d like to add that Barry made my issues a priority despite the busy work load they already have. They re great, I ll definitely use them moving forward!

They are the best in town. I have never meet or done business with the most polite and respectful people in a long time. Berry and his staff and especially Joe went above and beyond for me and my car repair today. Joe spent 6 hours on getting my repair approved with MaxCare. I really appreciate him for all the help.

I was having suspension problems with my car and took it to Midas and got an outrageous quote. I then took it to Dayton Car Care and Barry said he could do it for way cheaper. Made same day availability to get my car in even as busy as they are! Gave me a ride to pick up my rental! Had my parts ordered less than a hour! Berry is very informational, patient, and sweet! Found this place by sheer luck my car broke down on the way to work. Easily the quickest & most honest car shop I ve ever been to. Helped me explore all my options, even ones that lost them business. I am soooo glad Carmax/Carcare chose this business to work with...from our first conversation Barry has been nothing but professional, understanding, and accommodating to our needs. Dayton Car Care is the cleanest shop I have EVER stepped foot in the; staff is extremely knowledgeable and skilled in their craft... I had an engine splash guard that needed to be installed because the old one came off. Made an appointment to stop by and get it installed and leave quickly. They were timely and did a great job of installing the splash guard - total time 30 minutes. I will be coming back for normal maintenance on my car.

What a fantastic business! Dayton Auto Care took over from another auto repair business. They have renovated the facility making this old building clean and welcoming. They did a good job on replacing the balljoints and changing the oil. Very good prices. They don't have equipment to do anything with tires or to do alignment after repairs but did assure us these items are on order. I look forward to working with them in the future.
