Cheap almost worn out tires. The people working there will break your inflation pressure sensor and then blame it on you.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE.

Called in for 2 quick tires in the run on my 2500 dodge ram. Not only did he have excellent customer service, tires he gave where in great shape 80% left. Very quick and convenient location. Would have rated you 10 stars for service, quickness, and quality for used tires.

Unique tire shop! They will replace your leaky or flat tire cheaply from their stock of used tires.I drove to D & R after tire discounters found a hole in one of my four tires. The other three tires had plenty of tread remaining and I didnt want to get one new tire, so I set out to find a used tire to match and drive on until all four need replacing. Tire discounters wanted to sell me two for $350.I pulled up in the dead of winter and was asked to back up to the front of their shop. They do not have bays, so expect to be outside while they work. I believe this is only a two man operation so you will also be waiting a little while if they have a lot of customers. They jacked the car up with a shop jack, pulled the tire off, then took it inside without asking anything. He comes out 15 minutes later with a nearly new tire on it. They kept my old tire which I was glad to be rid of. From start to finish took maybe 30 minutes. I paid $50 for the service in cash.I would give them my business again.

I went for a replacement rim and tire. Total was just over $100. Now, just 2 weeks later then tire is flat!. Looked them up online and it started they were open until 6:30 pm!Called to speak to the owner, explained I was stranded with a flat and was awaiting roadside assistance. I was then told they would be closing within a half hour of my call. Ridiculous! Not ok at all. Would not refer anyone else here!.When roadside assistance finally arrives I'm told he can't take the tire off due to my lug nuts being MANGLED! He was unable to get the socket on them to be able to take the flat off leaving me end up getting a tow. Extremely frustrating!!!!!

The service was fast but. I got 2 tires and they put 2 different size on both side and next day the other tire start loosing air so I went there this people were rude to me for no reason and trying to argue with me. And when you get used tire from them , they don't give any receipt. They are just trying to get money from you and definitely not paying any tax to the government. I am definitely reporting them. I will not ever go there. This people are big cheater.

I went there to purchase a used tire. I called ahead and was quoted 40 bucks for a tire. When I went up there he said it would be 50 bucks. I went ahead and paid it just because I really needed a tire till I can get it in the shop for new ones. I asked for a 235/75r15 sized tire, he then came out with a 225/75b15 tire. This tire is for trailer use only. I told him to get me the right tire and tried to argue with me that it's fine. After finding out I know a few things about tires he hesitantly gave me the right tire. Worst customer service I've seen. DONT GO HERE

I got a flat & couldn t get it towed there until 10 minutes before they closed on a Friday. It took extra work to get shredded flat off. Dee did that & got replacement done while happily staying late & at a great price! Thank you!

I love this place! They are always friendly thorough efficient concerned and ready to help with a smile. I got the wrong brakes for my car and D offered to take me to Auto Zone to get correct tires! They are fast and thorough. Don t go anyway where is for your tires and brakes services hit up D and R for sure

Do NOT go here. Avoid the place at all costs. They told me $40 on the phone for a used tire then charged me $50 when I got there. They never disposed of it and put it in my trunk then the next day my tire was flat and they stripped the lug nuts. He said it was because the time was bent but they bent it because it was fine prior to that and he cut arguing the tire just to get the rim off. Then had the nerve to get mad and try to talk down to me. If I could give it a negative 10 I would

Business quoted $30 dollars for 1 replacement used tire after removing the tire they explained that they wanted $20 to dispose of the tire while the gentleman knew that all I had in my pocket was $40 cash he threw the used tire that he has taken off of my car onto the trunk of my 2013 Cadillac coupe CTS black. This model does not have a spare tire. This is the worst representation I've seen by any owner or representative of any company and I've been in retail for 20 years I recommend this place to nobody not even my worst enemies.

As many have said before me, the price he quotes ends up being different than the price you pay. Service was quick and painless but THREE separate times I asked him the total price to install two used tires (before he started) and he told me $70 each and every time. After paying $90 total (he added $10 charge for a broken air stem and another $10 FOR INSTALLING THE SECOND TIRE).AFTER finishing he informs me his credit card machine is down - a trick I noticed another user say he used with them. So I have to walk to an ATM grab the original amount he told me, which was all the cash I had at the moment.When I come back and give him the cash - his credit card machine works again and he can put the remaining $20 on my card.I had a bad feeling in my gut pulling into this place, and I should have trusted it.Avoid this shady and dishonest place at all costs.

I sent my grandson to have my rims changed before I turn my 2016 in for a new car, the care has 24,500 miles on it first he said it would be 60.00 on the phone ,then after he got there he was told 120.00 cause it has sensors on the tires, my grandson was going to leave , then the guy told him 100.00 then when he finished he wanted 120.00 when I had my chrome rims put on, at a major tire store they charged 100.00 and did not mess my sensors up now my car has the tire light on and none of my tires are showing up in the console. before he touch my car each tire showed how much air is in them. they are unscrupulous and cheats DO NOT GO THERE. MY CAR IS WELL MAINTAINED AND THEY BROKE THE SENSORS.

Owner will one quote price over the phone but then overcharge you once work is done with some b.s. excuse as to why. Don't recommend!Update: So, I've been having problems with my front end and when I went to have it checked out (did not return to d & r) was told that problem stems from having 2 different sized tires in the front. I originally went to d & r to have them change a bent rim, which was done, but apparently they swapped out my brand new tire and replaced it with a different one (likely used). I 've receipt for the tire I originally had before I went there and am contacting a lawyer to see what I should do now. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!

Very very rude I asked to get my tires balanced and patched! He lied and said he sealed the rust seal on the tire rim but how is a 2017 rusted! He couldn t show me proof he did so then go upset when I asked to show me what he did! Then I had to see for my self to make sure they was actually balancing the tires! I almost got ripped off of ten dollars for work they said they did and didn t do! He threw my receipt at me because I m knowledgeable about my car and what s going on with it and I m not the one to be trying to get money from!Please make sure they do the work they say they have done or you ll be paying for the lunch and dinner on you!Now driving my car over 55mph my tires are not balanced so I got ripped off all the way around!

Called ahead - Tires 40.00 each. When I arrived the price was 45.00. Called him out, then back to 40.00. "Magically" a tire stem "broke" - additional 10.00. Tire disposal - 4.00 each. On the drive home the truck is vibrating horribly. Come to find out - HE DIDN'T EVEN BALANCE THE TIRES!!!!!!!!!!! Took the truck to a shop, 23.00 more to balance the tires.Thought I was going to spend 160.00, turns out it was closer to 225.00

it s always quick & simple when i go in. the prices are ok compare to most brand new tire shops. my favorite part is the plug ins for tires. my car back on the road in no time. always visit them when i m having tire problems, whether it s a plug or just air. they re probably just change your tires too if you ask?

They cool I mostly buy my used tires from them, would of gave them 5 stars but I feel like they over priced some used rims I got from them, a 100 more bucks I could have got them brand new.

I live in Northeast Ohio and was returning from Mississippi when I realized my two front tires were in urgent need of replacement, so I called this place. Told them my size and that i needed two. He said he had them, and for a good price, too. It wasn't even a garage, he just had me pull up into the yard in front of the office. Using a hand jack, he raised my car, took the tires off and went inside with them, came back a few minutes later as i stood outside because there was no waiting room or even a chair. He put the one on and i noticed that the tread was almost completely gone on the inside, way past the wearbars. It was also severely cracked and dry rotted. I brought this to his attention and he said he had no other tires that size. He did remount it because the way he had it the inside was much worse and that was where my car was wearing badly. I talked him into giving me $5 off because of the deplorable condition of the tire. It was basically a junk tire, and the only reason I took it was because my old ones were shot and i had to get home. He was putting the tire on the other side and asked me to jack up the car a little more. At his request, I jacked it up quite a bit more. I thought it was peculiar because the other side was still off the ground. After he got the tire on I looked at it and it was huge in comparison--noticeably larger than my other tires. I checked the size and it was a 185/70/14. Then i look at the other one he sold me 185/65/14. Both different and neither one was the right size! When I called i asked for 185/60/14, which was the factory size and what was on the car, and he said they had them. Now I ask him and he said they were the only used tires he had and then he tried to sell me new ones. Then he put my old tires in my car and wouldn't take them. When i went to pay i tried to use my card and he said he didn't take card. My bill was $60, and when i told him i only had $40 cash he said i could pay $20 with my card. I paid and left. On the way home my car felt like it was all over the road, shaky and unsound. This was Thursday. I didn't drive much Friday. Didn't use the car Saturday or Sunday, and noticed Sunday evening my tire was flat. I aired the tire and checked It for leaks. It appeared to have been plugged, and was leaking right where the plug was. Then I noticed on the inner wall of the tire a huge bulge and the rubber was cracked. It looked like it could explode at any moment so i replaced it with the spare. Extremely dissatisfied, I called back in on Monday evening. Keep in mind that I live over 3 hours from Cincinnati and had just got the tires replaced locally that afternoon, and that I never travel to Cincinnati (lovely city, just far away)and just happened to be passing through. The guy said I could come back and he would replace the bad tire, though he didn t take into account the inconvenience that would be, and that I didn't exactly have confidence in his services, plus the tire had already been replaced. I kindly requested to simply be refunded the $20 i paid on my card, and he refused. Next time I'll just buy new tires...somewhere else.

I would not recommend coming here they do not warranty their service. I can't to fix my tire and the next day I had the same flat .I went back and the guy told me it would be another 20. Their tires are also not very good for the price that they charge. I recommend you stay away from this price gouging place and take your business somewhere else .

Tried to sell some nice aluminum rims. I was offered one third of scrap value. Save your time if your trying to sell anything at a reasonable price to this business .

I called this place before bringing in my malibu ask if they had a tire for $20-25 he said over the phone no but I have one for $30, So I said to myself I better get a tire before heading to Detroit for the weekend! Got the tire when it was time to pay he said $35 now I'm not about to argue about $5 but honesty goes a long way I've been here before and they charge an extra $5 for their card reader but this time I had cash... Somehow he felt guilty instead of giving me my $5 back he gave me a 30 days warranty I won't be visting this place anymore and will spread the word with family friends and coworkers because if you're going to beat someone out of some pocket change it's no telling what other business practice is going on at this place

This place was just awful. The service was bad and there was a major communication barrier...We bought two tires from them and not even 20 miles down the road and one blows (no we didn t hit anything) and got it replaced at another shop after calling and seeing if we could get a partial payment back, he agreed...so when we brought it back he wouldn t give us money back, so he replaced one of our other tires for free(which wasn t what we wanted but better than nothing)We get down the road and the tire was about 20psi low....

I got 4 new tires and all 4 were different sizes. This place is god awful. Plus he put the tires on my rims backwards and inside out. Refused to give money back. Refused to replace them. Never again.

The guy told me a high price for two tires (unreasonable),one tire was really good but it was way overpriced,and then when he pulled out the other one it was horrible he told me 70 for two tires i take my old one or 4 dollars a piece if i leave them so it would of been 78 dollars i said no and started to drive off he stopped me. He offered to sell me the one good one for 40 dollars i said 35 you keep the old one he proceeded to change the tire. After he was done he said 35 dollars plus 4 for your old one i said you crazy that wasn't the deal he said yes buddy i said no, he was about to try and take the tire back off i said you crazy your not about to do that either. I ended up paying 36 dollars leaving my old tire but he almost made me do something to him he was talking wreckless didnt want to give me a receipt and allDONT GO HERE DNR DO NOT RETURN!!!!

WORST place ever. I bought 4 brand new tires and they ended up going flat everday. He never sealed the tires to prevent air from coming out and then charged me money for it just because he had a slow day. This place doesn't even earn a star period!

Stopped By another tire place and they wanted to charge $80. DNR charged $40 was done in less than an hour and did a great job. I ll be back there for more work- Brian

Very pleased with the service I received. Eventhough I was a little short on money the guys worked with what I had, now that's something that is hard to find these days.The work was done with speed and precision. I highly recommend D & R to anyone.
