This place is an absolute train wreck. They smoke inside. They have cats roaming all over the place inside and they aren t declawed and they will scratch you. My car left there smelling like cigarette smoke. They said it would take an hour and a half to 2 hours and 6 hours later they still weren t done.

He is most dishonest place I never been so far in my 15 years trucking.My truck been seat in their yard about 7 days they couldn't even told what wrong with my truck when I decide to move my truck to different they charge more than $700.I don't recommend this place to anybody stay away from them they can't fixed your truck and they will charge you for parking your truck in their yard.NEVER USE D&R FLEET

8/22 lost air pressure along 275/75 interchange and Zach was out within an hour of the call. He attempted to fix along side the road but unfortunately was unable as particular parts were needing to be ordered. Got the truck to the shop but it was closing time at that pt. 8/23 at opening got my truck in, diagnosed in its entirety and then just had to wait for parts to arrive.In all very helpful and great staff.

Had my 2011 Tundra towed there to be worked on I was very pleased with my experience very polite and professional called to give me updates through out my repair I will be using Dan and his awesome crew for all my repairs in the future

D&R has been servicing our fleet for three years now. It is by far the best shop I've been to. I would not consider allowing anyone else to work on my trucks. Dan, Kelli, Matt, Steve, Randy and everyone there are friendly, honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and understand the importance of getting you back on the road. I would definitely recommend D&R s Fleet Service. They were able to get our truck in and out and was honest about what repairs needed to be done. We are Cincinnati located carrier company and we have been working to this service for more than 6 months and brought with us other friendship companies. But, after few weeks of working they started to bill us more and more and the same with our friendship companies too. The last thing made us never come to this shop again as their job was done at the lowest level and we were not satisfied at all. Great people! Great shop and very professional. I ve been taking my trucks here for about 2 yrs now and I ve not have any problems with them. Except one time they didn t tied my condenser very well and I ended up paying for the same work they did a month before.I do have to say that every time I bring my truck in for work they almost always get me out of there the same day.Dan, Kelly, Eric, and the rest of the crew are very cordial, respectful and very professional.Keep up the good work D&R.

Pulled the truck in for simple diagnostics to be ran for coolant and oil leaks and 1 month/$27,000 later the truck is still leaking. Was told the coolant leak was water pump and no hoses,The water pump was replaced but was not added to our bill copy to show that it was replaced nor how much! A DOT inspections was performed before pulling off with the truck by this facility and some how they still failed to find the noticeable air leak! They will work on your truck and repair equipment without your consent then bill you for it! They go against Ohio code 109:4-3-13 with proof! They will not correct the mistake made buy the shop, instead they will say it was another unknown problem that was found instead so they can bill you for it! I have all receipts to prove that after a month of sitting the truck is not repaired for what it was paid to be repaired for. Owner ops RUN!!! They fast talk and take your money. Your truck will leave with more or other problems then when you left it to be serviced!! I m a tractor trailer operator and I was stuck on a off ramp right off of I-75 N in Woodlawn, Ohio just outside of Cincinnati. There was a big snow storm the night before, so I lost traction making a right turn off of the ramp. Road started cleaning up as daybreak came. I could see that my right rear trailer brakes was frozen for sitting for 5 hours. My company called D & R Fleet Service LLC . They came out and in less than 20 minutes I was ready to roll. I thank them for their speedy response and the mechanic for knowing what to do to solve the issue.Service: Auto brake repair

Great service. I had roadside assistance with them first they came in about 45 min made the repair and then I had something else go wrong related to situation but not related to the repair they made on roadside... It needed towed this time and they set up the tow for me and just put all on one bill to make it easier. It needed a water pump and freightliner said that they was on back order due to lack of production during Pandemic but was able to find an after market parts place that had one had it shipped in 2 days fixed it and had me back on the road in 4 days. I appreciate the timely repair and they was very nice people to deal with also. Definitely will use them again!!

Took my work truck in for a broken cam follower on a caterpillar diesel. D&R performeda diagnostics and confirmed that the #3 cylinder had a busted cam follower. I was told the cost to repair this was "at least" $10,000!! I felt this was very very very much over priced! After some discussion I was Assured that this was the correct price as it is 24 hours of labor to to get to the follower and 24 more hours of labor to put everything back!? ACCORDING TO CATERPILLAR IT IS "11.5 HOURS OF LABOR TO REPLACE THE CAM FOLLOWER".. TOTAL. But Cat could be off, a little?? I stated that I could buy a remanufactured long block with all new parts for $6,900. I asked how much would it cost to install the reman block?I was told that would be $23,000!!! I thought that they did not understand what I meant, so I asked, again, if I purchased the long block and they put it in how much would the labor cost of the install be? I was told they would only use parts that they purchased. The cost for a reman install would be.. you guessed it, $23,000!!!Knowing these prices are.. LUDICROUS I told them I would be moving the truck the following day.Following day- I meet the tow truck driver at D&R's and am informed I owe money. I go in to take care of the diagnostics bill, and I am shocked to learn that the diagnostic fee as written on the pricing board in the shop is $150 but "that fee is ONLY for the computer. The mechanic(s) have to be paid to, they do not work for free" so my diagnostics cost $457_ _. I read several reviews before I wrote this one. Every negative review has a GENERIC exact copy answer by the owner. Their rebuttle shows they could not care less! If only I had read the reviews BEFORE going to the shop.There are plenty of trucks waiting to be serviced so I am sure a few negative reviews mean nothing to them, especially since they have already robbed theCritics/victims. Heede the warning.. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE..PROTECT YOUR FRIENDS, PROTECT YOUR LOVED ONES,PROTECT YOUR FAMILY.. POST IT ON EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA OUTLET POSSIBLE AND SPREAD THE WORD.. GOING TO THE FACTORY TO HAVE YOUR REPAIRS AND SERVICES DONE WOULD BE ABOUT 5 TIMES LESS EXPENSIVE!!!!!STAY AWAY Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Trustworthy family owned business. Experienced and knowledgeable technicians that do top notch work. The owner Dan is welcoming and easy to talk too. Very nice guy!. Definitely NOT a nickel and dime (hustler) kind of place. I would recommend them to family and friends for their services all day. Was told the work would be done and it took a lot longer than I was told. Just Friday dropped off truck like I was told to do and just look it over and let me know what they see. They just put a front differential put in and was hearing noise from that area. I just needed them to look and see what the problem was. They said they would call me after they looked at it but never called. I went in Sunday and the truck wasn't even moved. I was told to stay away from there but I guess I learned my lesson. By the way Steve is the body shop is fantastic

Took my truck in for a simple diagnostic test on a Monday, they said they would call me with results. Needless to say my truck sat for 1 week and hadn t been touched. Overcharges me for work that he didn't do. Messed up the fuel lines, and didn't properly fix my transmission housing the first time, so I had to bring it back to him. He charged me $2900 each time. Ribbed me, and he also held my truck for 3.5 weeks when I was told it would only take several days. I liked them at first but when the bad business started I can't trust taking my truck there. It cost my company to much money to be serviced here.

I wish Google would allow no stars because this owner at D&R the best example for disrespect and trash talking with people. Brought the truck here due to airlines issue, I looked him in the eye and I saw this guy as top racist. 600 dollars for 1 hour job and we have to parts I said no don t do it I will go somewhere else. Scammers don t come here

I really appreciate the hard work these guys do to keep my truck running!! They become family to me. The prices are very reasonable compared to other shops. Even with that the owner allowed me to pay in payments cause of hard times. Take your truck here you'll thank me later...

BEWARE!!!!!Very unprofessional, this place will take your money and lie tell you everything finished. I needed some work done dropped my truck off hours later. I get the call from the owner to come get my truck. I drove off I got stuck $h!t out of luck on the freeway. I had to call a tow truck to come get me. I was suppose to be on my way to pick up some medical supplies for the hospital hope no one had to get a procedure and needed the supplies right away. This place will cost you your LIFE very dangerous stopping in the middle of the freeway, only if the work was done the right way the first time. D&R and his crew out for the money they get trucks in/out not caring for anybody safety, just the safety of their pockets. I came back up there with the tow truck driver asked the owner to recheck my truck, because whatever he did my truck not working! At this time my Hispanic friend came to meet me at the shop. After the tow truck driver left! The owner started calling my friend and I all types of racial names. Told him shouldn t he be out cutting grass while I m eating watermelon and chicken. As the owner was saying this I looked around checking to look for cameras because I was feeling as if we was auditioning on the T.V. show called PUNKED!!! How he going to take my money and not do what was needed to be done. I was so confused because he was so sweet until it s a problem. I guess from the time I left and came back he must of had a few drinks, fell and hit his head . I told him all blacks don t eat chicken and watermelon, & all Hispanics don t cut grass! I feel it was very unnecessary and very unprofessional for the owner to talk like that all I asked was for him the recheck everything because my truck not working. My friend and I sat in his car while I called waiting on another tow truck to come get my truck back off the lot! I don t have anytime for the shenanigans. I guess the D&R stand for Dirty&Racist.

They overcharge me for a injection job said two of them was stuck so they charge me an extra two hours total not to fix motor for windshield wipers fixed them anyway over charge for that i job I could do myself they charge me almost $200 plus the two hours extra labor for the injectors all together about 470Service: Auto engine diagnosticService: Auto engine diagnostic
