I have now had two amazing experiences at the Courtesy Body Shop, with Adam Eckerle and his team. Last year, we had damage to one of our cars that involved insurance that all worked out great. Adam worked with the insurance company to get all original manufacturer parts and a set price, and the work done by his team was fantastic. And on time as promised. Then today Adam went a step beyond. My wife had a minor parking lot incident damaging her car. When I took it in for an estimate, Adam came out to look at the car, and on his own put everything back together in the parking lot in about 15-20 min! He had just had surgery. And he gave me the time to work on our issue. The guy knows what he's doing, and goes over and above the call of duty. There may be other body shops, but the Courtesy group's body shop and Adam take the customer service experience to another level. I would recommend them without question if you need body work done. Given the opportunity I would 100 percent return and purchase a car from this dealership. The auto body shop here deserves 10 stars and here s why insurance originally picked another shop (Jeff Wyler) who said they wouldn t even look at it for 3 weeks. I heard about Adam and his amazing shop so I gave him a call. Adam had my car towed to his shop same day, got ahold of my insurance, and got my 4 runner back to me looking amazing in less than 3 weeks (when JW would just now be looking at it ). Adam and his guys are the best in town. They will be my new forever shop.

I have been car shopping for a few months, and as of this writing (2/12/22) the car market for buyers is awful. I tried looking at both online only dealers, Carmax, and traditional dealers. I also began researching in nearby markets (Cincinnati, Louisville, Chicago). A 2019 Kia Forte LXS caught my eye at Courtesy Automotive online, with a super low price.Naturally, I was skeptical. Relatively low miles, clean Carfax, great price by several thousand compared to Indianapolis market. I did my research and found mostly stellar reviews on Google, Facebook, etc. This dealer seemed to be different, so we drove almost 2 hours to see the vehicle.This is an old school car dealer with a relatively small footprint. You won't find any swanky showroom, or gimmicks. No one is will give you a bonsai tree with car purchase. It was simple and non threatening. Dan was who worked with us, and was very chill. I had done most of paper work online, including the pre-approval for financing and valuing my trade. He had pulled the car inside, and had it waiting for us. We asked questions, and he had answers. He had the Carfax, and the paperwork for the work done when they received the car on their lot.Dan made a copy of my license, and after a visual inspection, we hopped in for a test drive. The car was visually in great shape! One owner, just some dents and nicks. Interior was in nearly flawless shape too. The car was mechanically sound, and had lots of features. New tires, breaks, and wipers had been put on. And as a Carfax certified dealer, the car had gone through a rigorous evaluation process.We got a great trade in offer, and it was really the most relaxed I've ever been in a car dealer. No up selling. Because there was no full warranty, Dan offered the option to add for a very reasonable price. That gave us a little more piece of mind for purchasing this vehicle.We were there probably an hour and a half, including the test drive. It was pleasant and upfront. This unassuming dealer made the car buying process so easy and enjoyable. Definitely earned out trust and business. Thanks!

Bought a car today. What a wonderful experience. Everyone was great. KC Markley was the salesman I delt with. He made this so easy. He also transferred my old plate to new car and set up my rental car to be picked up there at the dealership. That saved me 2 additional stops. I feel I was treated respectfully. For a woman , we tend to get the short end of a deal by men. That was NOT the case here. I will definitely try to send people their way. Thanks so much KC.

Great atmosphere, good deals, honest salesman. When I needed a new car KC walked me through the process with ease and put me in something I really wanted went to bat with the loan company and got me a good deal! Then to finish out the paperwork Dan was super insightful and explained everything thoroughly but quickly enough that it didn t take forever to get out and drive my new Jeep! As a young female, I'm the classic target for a car mechanic or salesperson to take advantage of. But never at Courtesy. Jim (mechanic) and Gary (owner, salesman) have always taken amazing care of me. They're honest about what needs fixed and what I can live without and they are straightforward about the quality and risks of different car brands when I come to purchase a new vehicle. It's always a risk purchasing a used vehicle but I know I've put my trust in good hands when I walk into Courtesy.Highly recommend for both purchases & repairs.

Brought my car for a oil change and tire rotation. Tanner pointed out coupons for both my oil change and tire rotation. Completely and thoroughly appreciated surprise. Fast, efficient, friendly and AFFORDABLE. Sherry in the office is always great as well! Only place I get my car serviced.

Courtesy Automotive has always given me fantastic service on my older (11 years) vehicle, without pushing for service that was unnecessary or misleading. When it was time to buy a new vehicle, I was able to quickly test drive numerous vehicles, get historical information on them, service records, and was not pressured to make a decision over the couple month period that I looked at cars. I would highly recommend buying a used vehicle from Courtesy.

After mini-van shopping for 6 months (in our hometown 2 hours away) we explored 3 in Cincinnati last weekend with Courtsey Automotive being our last stop, 10 mins before closing time. Gary stayed over an hour late and let us view and drive the van we wanted and was super honest and clear about pricing and financing as we wanted to stay within our budget or walk away. He walked us through all the paperwork, financing and insurance and made it a very clear, honest, and non-pressuring experience! Very glad we stopped in and so far our used mini-van has been a great purchase! Thanks!

UPDATE edit: I have never been so livid. After my husband and I told the salesman/manager we re not interested in the car, we were sitting in our car about to leave. He came up to our car and kept trying to pressure us about looking for another car. We kept declining but he refused to move away from the door of my car. I was thinking about calling the police but decided to turn my car on and back out regardless of whether or not he removed himself from my car door. He just kept trying to argue with my husband and wouldn t take no for an answer. He the. Asked if they had done something wrong so my husband was loosing patient and once again told him he wasn t feeling comfortable with purchasing with their lot. We were looking elsewhere. Finally, the guy walks off. It was awkward and uncomfortable. No means no and having to repeat you are not interested is embarrassing and frustratingMy husband and I came to see a red Ford Focus 2010. My husband asked the salesman who gave us the keys for test drive, if there were any prior wrecks or accidents listed on car fax. We were told no, I don t believe so. We already knew there was an accident listed. But we didn t say anything yet. We test drove the car, pulled over and opened the hood. The oil was old and black, the power steering was almost empty. The trans fluid was black also instead of reddish. The car was tough and drove badly. Would have been better to change the guilds so it would test drive better for customers. Upon returning, another salesman approached us. We thanked them but we re honest about our finds with the car. I told them it was hard to drive because the steering fluid was nearly empty, the cars temp did raise in the short time. The battery corrosion, ect. My husband also, told the guy how we saw the accident report but were told there was none. The salesman literally rolled his eyes and told us that they don t keep track of the cars history or maintance while it s on the lot. His demeanor was disrespectful. He told us it s not their job. But they have a mechanic literally on site and a car lot IS responsible for being knowledgeable about their products they sell. They saw that my husband and I were a young couple, and thought we were not intelligent. I felt very disrespected by how I was treated, just because I was a woman. I mean, I do know basic things like fluid and car fax reports

KC was extremely helpful kind of like a God sent no one else would give me a car due to some issues but he made it happen and also made me feel comfortable the entire way. He also sold my mom a car some years back I completely recommend him

My wife and I went to do test drive a 2010 red Ford Focus. When we got there, one of the workers (who was polite) approached and showed us the vehicle. I asked him if there had been any prior accidents and he said that there were no accidents listed on the Carfax. However, we had checked the Carfax before coming to see it and there was, in fact, an accident listed on the report. This was the first red flag that my wife and I noticed.We got into the car and immediately noticed that the interior was scratched up and not well kept. Upon starting the car, we heard a strange rumbling noise coming from the front. We decided to take it for a drive and popped the hood in a nearby parking lot. I was shocked to see that literally all of the fluids needed to be changed; we're talking bad oil, transmission fluid, power steering, etc. There was notable corrosion on the battery, and very low antifreeze in the coolant tank.When we got back to the dealer, a different worker came out to us and asked us how the drive was. We were honest and told him about how the other worker lied about the Carfax report, and about the poor condition of the vehicle. I'm not joking when I say that the worker looked at us dead in the eye and said that it isn't their job to inspect the vehicles before putting them out on display. Keep in mind, they have a service repair shop on location, so apparently they're not putting it to good use. Of course, being car salesman, they tried to lure us into another "deal," but we decided to leave. Do not trust these guys!

After shopping around for the last month and being ignored and overlooked by other dealers and salespeople, Courtesy exceeded our expectations and nailed it!We have been talking about purchasing a new car, shopping around town for slightly used 4Runner's and Tacoma's. Some days we are more serious about it than others. Drove by Courtesy on 1/23 from some errands and noticed a Tacoma on the lot covered in snow. Dropped my wife at home and went back for a look. Met Gary within a few minutes as he was shoveling snow and jockeying a couple cars and had no idea he was the owner.He started up the 2020 Tacoma for me but I declined the test drive while giving it a solid lookover. This low mileage truck was cherry. Gary told me he'd get Dave to help answer any questions. Dave answered all of my questions and I told him I'd be back today (1/24) with my wife for a test drive. Had to talk it over with my wife. Dave said he'd be off today but to work with anyone inside. KC came out when we showed up today and turned the keys over for the test drive. After the test drive with my lovely wife, it was time to go inside. This truck was priced more competitively than any we've seen the past month and, considering the mileage (in the teens), this was a no brainer. KC worked with us on some more aggressive pricing, Dan extended a better than expected trade in price for a 2009 Kia Sedona. We ran home to grab our Title and sped back. All said and done, we were out in 2 hours with a slightly used new truck.This Team is solid. Not only is the owner out shoveling snow and jockeying cars, he lets his Team get the job done. On our own, we decided to purchase a better, extended warranty and will have all service done with Courtesy. We will also be purchasing our vehicles exclusively from Courtesy Automotive going forward.We can't wait to meet the Service Team for continued service on the same level.Thank you, Gary, Dave, KC and Dan. You have made purchasing this vehicle an amazing experience.

They certainly got the name right. Courtesy Automotive is the place you want to visit, both to buy your car and then to have it serviced.We got a great deal on our car right in the midst of the nationwide automobile shortage, and the buying process was smooth, and the sales staff were honest, upfront, and professional without being pushy. But it s what has happened since then that has proven to us that this is a place where courtesy really is the principle that underlies the way they do business.On two separate occasions, we visited out of the blue with relatively minor but somewhat urgent and potentially very costly unscheduled maintenance issues, one of which was right at the end of the business day. In both instances, they dropped what they were doing and went out of their way to fix the problems ON THE SPOT, all while being friendly, good natured, and, you guessed it, courteous.

I purchased a pre-owned, as-is vehicle from Courtesy. It began to have problems almost immediately. After two months of back and forth, I was able to sell the vehicle back and get 5/6 of my money back, which is pretty good considering the alternatives. I had a whole long review where I detailed things (I keep great notes) but honestly, I'm done and my soul doesn't need that kind of poison.I will say, however, I believe the gentlemen that work the sales floor at Courtesy truly care about their customers. I will also say, trust but verify. If you are interested in an as-is vehicle, have it checked by a trusted mechanic (not just the only mechanic who could see you on a day's notice) even if you're afraid you'll lose out on the vehicle.

We had a great experience with Courtesy Automotive. I ended up speaking with Dan, KC and Ray and all were very easy work with. You could tell it was a great team environment. We ended up purchasing a 2015 Toyota Camry and it was in great condition and pricing is very competitive. You could tell they take pride in the product they're selling. I would definitely recommend going there to purchase a vehicle.

I would not suggest this place. I was interested in a Honda Ridgeline, but I took it to a mechanic to have it checked first. The tires were 7 years old, but in good condition and the axle needed to be fixed, which my mechanic said it was not a big deal and he would give me a discount. My wife told KC this information and the dealership never brought it up again. Two days later my wife was in the middle of a deal with KC and agreed on a price for a Honda Ridgeline. Out of nowhere KC sent a text that said, "I asked my boss. He said we cannot do that. Thanks for the offer we appreciate you looking with us. We have taken the truck offline and we are going to put it through our shop to do proper inspection." I called multiple times and stopped by the dealership, which I did not see the truck anywhere, not even in the service section. Never heard back from the dealership at all...it was very shady. If you want a used vehicle, I highly suggest that you go somewhere else.

This was my first time purchasing a car and my experience was great! Ray was so helpful and answered all of my questions and gave me a great price on my car. He wasn't pushy at all and he was so friendly and easy to work with. I definitely recommend coming to Courtesy Automotive if you are looking for friendly people and a reasonably priced car. I travelled two hours and it was DEFINITELY worth it!

I saw a van on their website and decided to go to check it out. K.C. was amazing! He greeted me when I walked into the sales room and provided a no-pressure experience. He showed me the van, let me play with all the buttons, and then sent me on my own to test drive it. The van was exactly what I wanted. K.C. was never pushy or tried to offer me anything I didn't want. We chit-chatted about what I was going to do with the van and he seems genuinely interested in my plans. I bought it right then and there.I've only bought one other car in my lifetime and K.C. made it an easy and stress free experience. I highly recommend them!

Have been dealing with Courtesy for nearly 5 years, purchased a 2012 Murano from them in 2015, car was clean and a really good deal. Gary and his team are honest, easy to deal with and only have your best interest in mind. The Service team here is 2nd to none, friendly fast, honest service, had all service work done here. Jim, Tom and the guys do an awesome job.Aging cars need replaced, it was a hard decision, but Gary and KC made the transition to another vehicle, just last week, easy. They were not pushy, sure they wanted to make a sale but not without knowing exactly what we wanted. Thank you guys, you have another car if mine to take care of, hopefully, for many years.

Great experience buying from KC. We were very cautious and methodical with our search, and of course apprehensive to buy from somewhere we had never interacted with before.KC was incredibly nice, authentic, and helped us find the right fit and price for our vehicle. Cannot recommend more. I m confident that if anything were to go awry, that Courtesy Automotive would go out of their way to fix any defects or immediate needs from our purchase.
