I really liked the customer service here, especially Zack at the front desk. He's the kind of guy every service center should have he comes across as really trustworthy and you can tell he's not trying to scam you. The place is pretty well set up, with shorter wait times than other dealerships I've been to. They have a nice waiting area too, with workstations and outlets, which is super convenient. Plus, you don't even need an appointment to get service here.

Horrible service. Oil leaked from my car after they did my oil change. Expect to wait 45 min just to pick up your car. Avoid this place unless you want to experience their terrible service and end up spending time to write a negative review like this.

I came to the Hyundai service center with a very intricate issue in my Hyundai sante fe 2020 model.Brindle Owens helped me out. He was so patient in listening to the problem and debugged the issue and worked towards fixing the issue. He is a down to earth person, very considerate. I would definitely recommend him and his team both hands down!

My vehicle is new, and alerted me of a sensor issue. I used the installed app in the vehicle to schedule an appointment at Columbia Hyundai to get it checked, because the app on my phone wasn't working.I tried to call the service department directly and they wouldn't answer, or hung up. Got through to one guy who wouldn't schedule me because I wasn't in their system yet.The Blue Link agent, using the app installed in my car, finally made the appointment for the following day, also my day off work. Perfect, right?Except apparently the Columbia Hyundai service department isn't really connected with BlueLink, so they weren't aware of my appointment. I went in and they told me the tech wasn't there that day. Girl had an attitude, said she wouldn't get me in for a few MONTHS, saying "it's just a sensor code, it's fine."She was able to "squeeze" me in a couple of weeks later. This time on my work day.They just built the new service area, and it's very pretty. I am not impressed with the actual service so far, though.

Sometimes the line is a bit long to get your car in, but that is because of the quality service. Left carless since no one called to tell me my car would stay overnight. Would be great (and common decency) to know when a car is going to be ready or more so, not ready, so people aren t without vehicles for 12+ hours - I was told my car would be ready end of day, but now it s 6PM and apparently they re closed. I never got a call updating me, and now I have no car for the night, and no updates on if I ll even have it tomorrow. I started calling at 5:50, and was on hold for 10 minutes while the customer service lady tried every line. Apparently they close at six but cut out even earlier, again without any updates.

My visit for routine maintenance went reasonably well. No appointment was needed - which is good since their online scheduling seems to be broken - and the maintenance took only about an hour.Other than the routine maintenance, though, I've needed to take my car in twice for the same two problems.For the first visit I was there two hours before being told that they didn't have either part. They could have told me that over the phone and saved me the two hours and the travel time.I got a call a couple weeks later that let me know the parts had arrived and we setup another appointment. But when I was checked-in they told me again that they didn't have the parts. The parts were located as I was leaving though so I stayed and they fixed everything. This visit took about an hour.

The service department have treated us well and been honest with us when repairs are needed and when repairs can be deferred to the next visit. They are currently remodeling the dealership; I am excited to see it after all of the construction and investment.

Our 2017 Hyundai Tucson has had so many issues with the engine. We have been doing oil consumption testing and have had to restart the test 4x for various reasons. It feels like we are at the service center every week. Twice we have been told that our engine would be replaced under warranty for them to come back a few days later and change their mind. I definitely don t recommend Columbia Hyundai. Communication has been very poor and having to restart the oil consumption testing has been extremely frustrating. I have heard that the Hyundai Service Center in Centerville is much better, we may start making the drive just for the better service.

I have now been waiting over two months, since Jan. 6, for parts to fix a broken driver's seat. Seat leans forward, will not lean back, making me lean forward while driving. I have called four times, still no parts.
