I recently had an outstanding experience purchasing a 2021 Toyota Venza from Columbia Hyundai I cannot speak highly enough about the professionalism and dedication of the used car sales staff, particularly the Used Car Manager, Josh Reinbach, and my sales associate, Joe Owens.Josh Reinbach played a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth and satisfactory purchase. His expertise and commitment were evident throughout the process. I drove 3 hours to meet with this dealer. They held the vehicle for me and it was everything that they said it was when I arrived. The interaction that I had with the Sales Consultant, Johnny Combs, was great. He was informative, friendly and great to work with. The process through the business office was effortless. Our Business Manager, Jack McFarland, was fantastic. He explained everything so well and answered all our questions. There were no hidden fees or charges like other dealers. This dealer was exceptional!!! I can't recommend Johnnny enough and Jack is as efficient as they come. You need to call this dealer for your automotive needs. They made the 3 hour trip WORTH IT!!!!

Extremely Pleased with my online experience! Baz (Bassem) was very professional and made my purchase absolutely smooth and without any troubles whatsoever, even going above and beyond what I expected. I am in Louisiana and was looking for a specific used car, a low mileage metallic gray Acura TL SH-AWD to exactly replace an accident loss. I found the perfect car ONLINE at Columbia Hyundai, Acura, Genesis. My only difficulty was the car was in Cincinnati! Baz set up the transaction and once payment cleared, I flew from New Orleans to Cincinnati where Baz met me with the car, keys, documents and a full tank of gas at CVG Arrivals to start my drive home. It was all over before you knew it. The car is perfect. The transaction perfect. The communications with Baz were perfect. If you are shopping online or at the dealership ask for Baz at Columbia Hyundai Acura Genesis! Did I say the car was perfect? What a car! Fantastic condition and dealer preparation. Thank you Baz! Every experience I have had at this dealership through my 8 years of owning my Sonata has been exhausting and awful. Starting off with the engine issues to my last visit. Thankfully my car is very close to 100k miles and I never have to go back to this wretched place again. Took my car in as my check engine light was on. They promptly called me back that day and told me the 3k work of issues that needed completed. Which is hilarious seeing as it just got a new engine AND every service they are supposed to do multi point inspections but crazy enough none of this was ever found till now. None the less I told them no thank you park it I'll come get it. I knew the moment I hung up that phone I'd get there and like magic my car just wouldn't start. Low and behold next morning OH LOOKY THERE car won't start. I'm sure they were hoping I'd say oh no it won't start please pull it back in and fix it. But I have free towing so off it went to my mechanic. He calls me that night and says, gee got your car started right away. You'll never believe what they did...... they unplugged my ignition coils. Which means they pulled it out the bay, parked it, popped the hood and unplugged them and closed her back up. They are messing with people's livelihoods. It's sad, upsetting, and disheartening. And this is not the only terrible experience here to be clear. Awful that someone you trust to do right by something that gets you to point a and b would do something like this. I will never ever again own another Hyundai.

The tech (Cheyenne) was a nice guy, but ultimately, this place totally missed the mark. If you want to be charged almost $500 an hour for routine maintenance labor, this is the dealership service spot for you. For me, I have a trustworthy mechanic who performs better work at a much more reasonable price point. I should have gone to his shop in the first place, but some lessons are hard learned.

Pleasant experience with J.D. He was extremely helpful in working with my expectations of safety and price point. He spent hours with me from the test driving process to getting me out the door with exactly what I wanted. He's great with followup needs. No pressure to add expensive extras. He found a specific car I wanted in less than a week. This is my first Hyundai. I always bought Hondas before but J.D. convinced me to switch.

Go see JD if you want a new ride! He's a good dude and will not treat you like the typical "auto dealer". He is fast, precise, knows his stuff and will work with you. Finance guy...great, polite and professional. They have a great selection. We bought a 2024 IoniQ 6. They have plenty of stock and can get you what you want if they don't have it. Highly recommended.

I would not suggest using Columbia Hyundai as my Santa Fe sat on their lot for six months due to an engine failure on a less than six year old car. Due to the delay in the engine replacement, my rotors and breaks went bad costing me another $1008 in costs and when I picked up my car the windshield is now cracked. Their Service Director, Bob Brautigam told me things happen and they can't prove it happened while it was on their lot for six months. I should just call my insurance for the issue. I could not beleive the lack of customer service skills that was displayed by this member of their staff. I hope people learn from my experience with Columbia Hyundai.

I wish the staff were more informed on the EVs in their inventory. One of the sales people working with me came off as anti-EV, at one point saying "I don't know anything about these cars to be honest with you". We ended up driving 30 minutes away to buy from Kerry Hyundai instead. Gave it 3 stars instead of 1 because another staff member was more helpful.

Had a great experience w/my salesperson, Dean. He was very patience, alway up front and not pushy. I knew I wanted the Tucson hybrid but they came in very limited colors & I wanted to see the color before buying. This color was scarce & none of the 5 dealers in town had a car that color. After several months of thinking, I decided to order the car, knowing it would take 4-8 months to get in. I stopped in after a couple of months & we checked to see if it had a ship date. It did not so I asked if he could check the region to see if any w/ my specs were around. He found one about 200 miles away & asked his manager to check if a swap could be done. The next day, I received the call that the other dealer was willing to swap cars. A week later I had my car.

I am so disappointed in this dealership. My salesperson was wonderful when I bought my Tuscon from there. I called his cell phone after I had my car towed to the shop for a tire repair because they had the car for 2 days to replace the tire. They were supposed to change the oil and just forgot. When I went to pick up the car they said I could leave it another day. Then the lady said Saturday's and during the week around 2 was the best time to come in. I run my own non-profit and really don't have time to sit in a dealership. Service didn't care nor did the manager. He didn't apologize for the rude behavior of the service department manager and basically said he didn't care that I wanted an appointment because I didn't have time to sit for 4 hours and wait for an oil change. The poor sales guy apologized and said he'd loan me his personal car.FYI - They close at 12 on Saturday!Truly sad!

Most disgusting offensive indignation I've ever experienced .Was told my car done and ready for pickup after a warranty maintenence (no cost ) After arriving and returning THEIR LOANER CAR was told my car wouldn't start. Bad Starter? $698 plus tax. 317.60 for parts 325.00 for around a half hour of lador.Performed within a hour of closing time.If not for being involved in hyundai engine replacement program I would never step foot in this place again.

Not a great time to be looking for a new lease and an even worse time to buy given the low inventory and chip shortage but this dealer made the process easy. Don't let the current construction deter you from stopping by. The paint/seat protection automatic add-on seems both high in cost and takes away the option for the customer which is why I deducted one star. Likely it is a way to add a premium to the MSRP but unlike other dealers at least you are getting something in return. Overall, if you are in the market this dealership is worth your consideration.

I saw a Subaru Impreza WRX listed on their site with no price. I live about 3 hours away so I wanted to get an idea of what they were asking for it .I emailed inquiring about the price and received and email and a text that it is available and someone would contact me about the price. That was 3 days ago and no one has reached out.Being 3 hours away, I wanted to know if the price was in my budget before driving all that way.The car is still listed on their site with no price. I guess that they don't need my business.I understand that a lot of dealerships do not put prices on their vehicles, but the places I have purchased cars don't do business like everyone else. It's a shame that someone at this dealership didn't recognize my need (being 3 hours away and wanted to know how much I would need to spend) and help me out.It seems like this dealership is like so many others, trying to get a customer to come in without discussing a price before hand. Disappointed that they were not going to be a dealership that stannds out from the others.

Buying a vehicle is always a daunting task for me. I'm a single mom, it's just me and my son. He has autism and needs full day to day assistance. I needed help. I met with a salesman, Jeffery Caudill. He approached me shook my hand and we walked to his desk. I explained my life, my financial situation, what I was looking for and why. I told him about my son and how I needed the vehicle to be safe for him.This man, Jeffery sat there and was fully focused on what I was saying. His approach was perfect. He pulled up vehicles that he knew would provide my son and I with what we needed. He went within my price range and after looking at all the ones available he showed me one vehicle $500 over my max. Jeffery was very respectful in saying that he knew I had a max, but he really thought that this was my best bet. At this point I felt like he understood my day to day needs for a vehicle, so I trusted he had a good reason to want me to go look at it. As I'm looking he's actually showing me features and amenities that he thought would be great for my son. Also, things that would make life easier on me. So, I test drove it. He even suggested I go see if it fits in my garage. I never thought to even do that! I came back and I told him he hit the nail on the head with this choice. I said "this is it, this is EXACTLY what I need..."Jeffery Caudill is the reason I'm getting this vehicle. He wasn't forceful. He actually listened and knew what to look for based on our needs. He was honest.He worked hard for me and I really appreciated that level of care and commitment. Thank you Jeffery Caudill your approach to getting a sale is how it always should be done.

Loved my experience here! Dean was great to work with. I couldn't decide on a color for my Genesis GV70 so he would call me when he had stock so I could check out different colors and make a decision. My car arrived much faster than I thought it would and Dean spent an hour and a half with me walking me through all the settings so that when I drove off the lot I was 100% happy. I love my car!

A great cohort of rude and arrogant and lazy dealers. Save your time and buy from other brands or dealers.They try to make you feel you are not important and no body to push you buying car from them.I waited 1 hour for a test drive and even didn't apologize.I worked with Cadillac, Mazda, Lincoln, Honda, Dodge in Cincinnati all positive experiences. This one is the worst experience. Looks like people owe them something....

I went out there to test drive a 2023 Santa Fe yesterday. Talked with a salesperson about the different models. Test drove one with a premium package which was very nice. Rode well and was very happy with the car. After saying the upgraded package was out of my price range we talked about two other options and even what vehicles were available close by that they could exchange. He even walked me out to see a base model to see the differences. Haven't bought yet, but a great experience with a professional salesperson.

If you want to pay triple the price for service work by all means please use this dealership. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. If I could give them a negative 5 stars I would. Their labor rate is ridiculous and the hours are preset for the service no matter how much time they spend on your vehicle. Got charged 6.5 hours on a 4 hour job. Again, PLEASE AVOID!!!!

Never in my life have I been treated so poorly by a dealership. Two weeks ago we got an offer on our car for a trade in. We came back willing to do a deal and put money down. But because it was a different guy he wasn t willing to honor the offer, he made himself seem like the finance manager which he s not he s just the manger. He said if other people are giving you what you want on your car then you can go sell to them. The sales guy couldn t even look us in the eye. Their car has been sitting there for weeks and I m sure it will continue to do so if that s the way they operate their business. No integrity!

Went out and bought a Santa cruz and the associate DJ not only got me in and out very quickly but made sure the ride was tested and driven by me before I even made the purchase to make sure I even like the car. This is now my favorite car and DJ hooked me up with all of the dealerships maintenance benefits to make sure my car rides smooth. Thank you!

Was in for an issue with a service done n car. I called and left messages over the answering service. With no return call. I stop in and was greeted right away with n the cold drive and I was walking in no car. They were all polite. I asked for service manager and that only took about 1min. I had a very good conversation with assistant service manager at Hyundai, Tyler Hickey. He listened and came to a quick resolution and understanding of my issue. I would recommend this dealership and vet Jeff Wyler hands down. Had more issue from Wyler from day one from new car purchase with unacceptable repair returns. Columbia Hyundai found Jeff Wyler install of new engine unfinished with bolts missing and a 3 time looking for coolant leak. I have faith that they will find the leak that Wyler can t find after car has broken down with coolant issues since new motor. Take the time and book with Joseph group I use the Chevy store too. It s worth the wait to get quality at Columbia Hyundai plus great service from employees.

I've boughten quite a few of Hyundai specifically from here- including family who i've convinced to shop here. I run a fleet of rentals and planned to spend well over 100K in the next 15 months here however- every time I come in I'm greeted by the worst sales associates particularly a older gentleman who wears hearing aids (sorry don't know your name!) and he has provided by far the worst experience every single time. I had a similar experience with another one months prior no idea who he was. I know how to close a good deal and provide lots of money to Hyundai but not anymore. I will give my business to a different Hyundai dealership. Also, service department guy was extremely rude to me and my mother over a service concern but he has since left or been let go. I do not enjoy being hassled, not being helped, and made to feel like I'm inconveniencing your sales associate: I'm a serious buyer and have lots of capital. YOUR loss Columbia Hyundai.
