(They caused a bigger problem than what I needed fix and refused to fix it)I took my car in and told them that I had a coolant leak and I needed them to find out where it was coming from the guy did the diagnostics call me back and said I didn't have a coolant leak that I needed valve cover gaskets a throttle and spark plugs and also a oxygen sensor I let them fix it and then they call me back and told me while taking out the oxygen sensor they stripped the threads and now I need a catalytic converter which cost $700 they claim they didn't strip out the threads but it was an original part and because I fix cars I immediately noticed that they heated it up to loosen it and wind up stripping the threads they didn't want to take responsibility for it so I wind up having to buy a new catalytic converter and put it on myself and then after doing my own diagnostics when I had the time I found out all I needed was a $42 coolant reservoir tank so I wind up having to spend $1,600 to find out all I needed was a $42 replacement part these guys are not honest at all if you take your car there and don't know anything about cars they will lie to you and take your money don't trust them I will be taking them to court to get back the money I had to spend to repair what they brokeServices: Auto water leak repair, Auto engine diagnostic

Bad business I bought my car in to get my engine repair it took 2 months an when I go to pick up my car it does start with the key that I have to take it somewhere to figure out what s the problem .. after charging me over 10 thousand dollars civil law suit is on the way . Bad business bad business bad business this guy at the front counter took my money before I gave it to him and also trying to charge me 700 bucks to put on a starter.. this is a civil matter not worth it at all...car is still not running and just such a bad place of business. Giving two stars instead of one because they answer their phone and the staff isn t rude. But they told me my car would be diagnosed Tuesday when I dropped it off Monday. Come Friday it was still sitting untouched. Tire Discounters had it repaired in an hour after they got the parts. Simply disappointing that they over promised and way under delivered.

I took my truck in to get rear breaks and they had it done very quickly. Then i took my truck back because it was making a noise in the rear end and they had the promblem diagnosed in a matter of minutes. The new management team there has great customer service and they are the cheapest around! They have some great guys working there. I would recommend them to anyone!

I actually broke down and Mike, the mechanic at CAS, came and helped me. Was able to get my truck back to the shop, get problem fixed, and me on the road again. All at an affordable price. Very knowledgeable and speaks to you not at you so you understand the issue at hand. Highly recommend going there for your vehicle needs

Greg, Dan, and Kevin were extremely professional. I brought my car in for service and they were able to quickly find the issue with my AC. The repairs were half of the cost than the dealer quoted me.Service: A/C installation & repairService: A/C installation & repair

My daughter took her car to get a tail light bulb replaced. The guy said that he would take a look at her car and never came out. The guys working there were not busy at all. There are also many cars on the lot waiting to be repaired. Very unprofessional customer service. When he came out of the office he pretended to be looking at something on the computer. Please do not use this business or perhaps my daughter was the wrong color. May I add that she's eight months pregnant and could not receive any help from this business....

Went in with a terrible brake noise coming from the rear and I had no idea what it was, the technician had my truck in on a lift with the wheels off before I even sat down. 15 minutes later a truck pulled in with all of my parts! I was in and out and they did a COMPLETE Brake rebuild on my old Chevy drum brakes! I was more than satisfied and would definitely recommend these guys to anyone who is hesitant on getting their cars worked on.!! Thanks Colerain Auto Service!

Scam that is the only word that I can think of for these people. Had my car worked on on Jan 23 cost me 256.96 they lied about work an parts I bought caught them ask for a refund they refused . this place cost me over 2000 bucks in repair after telling me my car was not over heating . I blew a head gasket the same night. Jan 24 I had to have my motor replace . I will be suing this place .. Buyer beware...

Did some custom exhaust and other upgrades to engine. The new management and crew is amazing..fast, friendly and upfront. They are my go to and I recommend my friends and you to choose them as well.

Went in for an engine evaluation and the root cause was mis diagnosed resulting in me paying for something they didn't resolve. Which is my overheating and steaming engine. Feel completely deceived not to mention information there stating after the fact wasn't disclosed initially.. Highly suggest any future patrons doing business here to do so at your own discretion.

Horrible customer service. Never go back to them again. I had to have my truck towed to them twice because they couldn't diagnose the problem the first time and they wouldn't compensate me the second time towing also charge me with a labor price because they said because of the man hours they put in. Im like really? I thought that's what auto mechanics are suppose to do. Never take your vehicle to this place. It's all about money and not to satisfy the customer. Very horrible company.

Mike came to my house and took my money for the part and partial labor and never returned. Every time I call he sends me to voicemail and then text me excuse after excuse or tells me he is on his way and never shows up. Super great thing to do to a family with 5 kids during the holidays. Do not use him

I highly don't recommend coming here to get your car fixed, my friend went there and paid $900 to get repairs done and when he got the car back it broke down and had to pay towing fees and car is still not working right ever since we took it colerain auto service. They seem to care more about money then their customers.

Sadly can't get lower than 1 star.These guys took advantage of an 87 year old man & offered no excuse for their actions. Work done on car was horrible. 8 year old could have done better. Any other worker would have been terminated. Guess owner must be related him. That's why it's a family business

After having my car for almost a month to fix a 1 busted brake line these pretent mechanic's ran the new line which I had to replace my self becuase due to them not running it properly (it was cut too short) instead of fixing it they cut corners and almost killed me and my family they also broke my gas tank and my distributor they also left 8 sensors unplugged on my engine which they had no busy even touching the only thing I am surprised over is that they didn't steal anything but super shady I would rather pay a dealership than ever go back to these idiots again
