Great experience got the deal done fast and easy !! Only took a star because I was thrown off a bit about paying with the dealer and then having my account sold to another company after a few payments were made. But other than that the truck is still running great after 3 1/2 years just rode past the lot and saw a vehicle I like so looks like I will definitely be purchasing again soon!!

It started out good but ended bad! They sold my account to a financing company without telling me, I was getting calls saying pay them my car note plus interest for my loan. I knew nothing about the financing company I did not finance my car, I didn t get a loan, I did not have to wait to get approved or anything. I paid my down payment and I was able to drive off the lot less than an hour. The vehicle was only $2800 once the finance company got done with their interest and everything else they told me I owed over $4000. I never got help with fixing my car as they promised I did everything on my own & after six months they came and picked up my car because I missed a payment & was late and they have it on my credit.

Just bought a 2001 Buick LeSabre Limited off their lot. Low mileage for the year, reasonably priced. The same day I drove it off the lot the motor mount breaks.The very next day the speaker falls off the door because it was attached with cheap adhesive instead of being fixed properly.Now 5 days after the purchase date, I'm driving down the road and the headlights shut off!There is no doubt in my mind they knew about these issues and did not disclose them.

I bought, from Chris, a 2005 Hyundai Tuscon 6/2018 & am still driving it today, 4 years later . . . he was respectul, helpful etc

Colerain auto center has treated me with nothing but the upmost respect and courtesy. Recently I bought Hyundai Tiburon for an amazing price and have thoroughly enjoyed my car since. This is a very rude ran company. The father and son will hang the phone up on you because they know they sold a bad car and did bad business! DONT EVER SPEND YOUR HARD WORKED MONEY HERE! They will sell you a $6,000 car and tell you thats what comes with used cars !

I've dealt with ed and chris in the past... and now again they are a family owned dealership they tell you up front who the finace co is they use after 90 days with them

Dont buy from here its a total rip off, they"re over pricing 90's cars for $4000 to $5000 a piece with engine issues an hazardous car problems. They will con you into anything they can sell. They paint small dents so its not noticeable. Also if they will try an reassure you that the car has been scoped even thou they know there is alot of issues. bought car from hear already having problems.
