My car was broken into and two windows were busted out. I called ClearShield around 9AM and they had me in the same day by 11:30AM to have both windows replaced.I spoke with Ben and he was super helpful! Gave me a quote over the phone, answered my many questions and even helped me with my insurance claim.Couldn t have asked for better service during this stressful situation.

Fantastic service today from ClearShield and installer Clint on a mobile install downtown. The other company couldn t fit me in for 2-3 weeks and they came on site within hours. ClearShield is the clear choice for glass repair Cincinnati!

Great experience! A tree branch shattered my windshield while I was away from home in Cincinnati and they were super respectful, easy to talk to, and efficient. I called around 2 pm with my insurance information and they had someone come to my car to fix it by 3 pm. Incredibly fast and great service! I talked on the phone on Sunday about replacing my windshield and the technician came on Monday morning. Unfortunately the wrong windshield was ordered but he was able to get the right one from the warehouse and even charged me the same price even though it should be more expensive. It also has a lifetime warranty. Highly recommend!

This place is the pinnacle of great customer service! Joe was so helpful and efficient and we got the windshield replaced the same day I called. They went to the monstrous parking lot at GE Aviation, found my son's car and put in a new windshield on the spot. Plus they gave us a great price with a Groupon discount. They go above and beyond. HIGHLY recommend!

Called and got my windshield replaced in my driveway, for a surprisingly affordable price. In fact, they said it was the same amount to have them come do the work at my house - so I didn t even have to leave and go to their shop.Work was excellent, everybody I dealt with was friendly and professional

All the people at ClearShield Auto Glass were prompt, courteous, friendly, and professional. They repaired 2 nicks in my windshield in about 20 minutes for a reasonable price. They have a guarantee that if the crack spreads, they will apply the amount paid for the repair to a new windshield. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend them.

Call these guys first! They came to my work in under an hour after I called and fixed the passenger side window in 30 minutes. The staff was excellent! They're very welcoming and got me taken care of as soon as I walked in for my appointment. They don't over charge and are very honest about what needs to be done. If I ever need glass work done again I will definitely be using this clearshield location!

Let me just start off saying that the customer service here is fantastic. They were so easy to work with from the beginning. I've had a rental car for over 40 days because my husbands car has been in the shop after being wrecked. Coming back from downtown Cincinnati, a rock bounced up and cracked the windshield on the rental last Tuesday. We have insurance through Cincinnati Insurance, and they went back and forth trying to determine what to do. Usually they go through SafeLite for glass issues, but it turns out SafeLite doesn't touch rental cars! So I was on my own to find a body shop, and being from Knoxville originally, I had to trust google reviews to find a place around Anderson. SafeShield's 5 star rating on here is legit, I promise. I will definitely recommend ClearShield for any glass needs. Customer service is everything and when my insurance decided to try to back out of saying that our policy would cover the glass repair after saying it would, Chris was awesome and helped me out. Thanks again for the help and advice!

Brought my 2011 Honda Pilot in to have the waether molding re-applied after safe lite in eastgate failed to do so in 5 attempts and all the guys at clear shield got me in first thing in the morning. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, i would recommend them to anyone.

Joe was awesome. Came when he said he d be here. Very polite. Worked hard in this hot humid weather. Glass looks great. Window was spotless and you would never know he was there except for the missing crack in my windshield. Thanks guys.

I had my rear view mirror fall off on my car and ClearShield was extremely helpful. They made me an appointment for 8:00 the next day, got the mirror back on, and got me on my way to work. Very friendly and helpful people.

Great to work with. Had the wrong windshield installed before I bought my vehicle. Their tech caught it and replaced it with the proper windshield. Very easy to work with, on time, and would highly recommend
