The Best! He advised me on options, Explained the benefits, Showed me a hairline crack in my wheel so that was aware of a potential future issue, and got me taken care of for a great price! He knows his stuff! Also while I was there he found a leak in my truck tire and was able to replace the valve stem. I ve been taking my family s vehicles there now as he s the best around!

Whether you are a fleet operator or an individual. John provides excellent service and pricing. He won t steer you wrong or tell you something just to make a sale. He will help you stay away from inferior products the big tire chains sell.Why buy from the big box tire shops for bigger $$$? When you can support a local small business AND save money at the same time.Keep in mind John is a 1 man band. He is selling the tires, delivering and working on all the vehicles too.

John is the best in the business. This is an appointment only business. Any review claiming he's racist or that he's rude are people who show up expecting service when he's working on customer vehicles that are planned work. You come here for fleet or by appointment only. Google should remove the reviews because the people leaving them are lieing

had a blowout and was referred to this Ole dude. glad to have found this place. He's Johnny on the spot with tires and mechanic work. Really good people to deal with. Very happy with both my experiences here.

John is a pleasure to work with. My father has been using John for his tires and while I was in town for the holiday from Washington DC I noticed I needed new tires. I got a quote from Costco for almost 1600 for 4 Michelin tires. My dad took me to John which I was a bit apprehensive about at first due to the appearance of his shop but John recommended the same Michelin ties Costco did but he did the work for 1100. John worked for Goodyear for 16 years before opening his own shop and is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I will be using his services again.

In my opinion, Cincy Tire Express offers the best buy for your dollar.John (the owner) is more concerned with the total satisfaction of the customer than he is with moving products.John also spent 17 years as the Commercial Tire Sales Engineer at Goodyear Corporate before opening his own business.At Cincy Tire Express you will get answers to all of your questions concerning the build, function, and quality of any tire on the market.

The absolute best tire shop around!! The gentleman who owns it is not only kind, but fast, efficient, and affordable. With everything else being so crazy right now, this is a shop that is not here to take advantage of you! I will continue to bring my business here as long as they are open. He helped me in a pinch and I am so grateful for the help and incredible service!

I ran into John years ago while across the street at the tool rental shop. Love his candor and he tells it like it is! Cool guy and takes care of you with the tires he sells you. You won t be disappointed.

Rudest most unprofessional experience I have ever had at a business. Arrived shortly after 6am because the listed hours were 6am-4pm. Owner proceeded to cuss me out because "Google had his hours wrong." Even though he was clearly there and the shop was clearly open. When I questioned this, he replied that he only does "fleet work" in the morning. Absolutely dumbfounded at how incredibly rude he was.

Johns been putting tires on my fleet and also my personal vehicles for about 3 years now. Very reasonably priced and good customer service, always squeezes me in for my fleet vehicles. Would highly recommend

John, I believe his name is. He is the rudest person I have come across in a long while. Basically wasted 3 hours of my time. Was confident he could do mount the tires over the phone, but did not have the tools, know how, or the equipment to do the work. I would not let him work on my kids tricycle.

Only place I have gone for almost 10 years now. Anytime anyone needs tires I send them here. Great guy and always know im in good hands.

Just being completely real and honest. If you re not white, don t stop here. This man just greeted me with an annoyed yeah?!! And said he couldn t put air in my tire. Avoid this place

Just left this place, a rude man came up to me spitting out that I'm done, I'm done, come back some other time, they didn't close for 40 minutes, found out this rude person was the owner, he don't deserve business
