I came in yesterday and bought a Acura TL, Justin was amazing! Very polite, answered all the questions I had as a first time buyer and was very patient with me! I love my car! Thanks for the great service!

Wish I could give 0. Worst place to buy a car in the Cincinnati area. Don t waste your time. The owner is extremely rude and they will knowingly sell unsafe cars to you, make you wait days to get your car back, and belittle you to your face. I don t know how this place hasn t been shut down yet because it is an embarrassment for a company.UPDATE: we brought the car the we purchased from them back to fix a broken belt and oil leak (the belt was shredded and severely unsafe to drive). The car place then emailed us and said we have to pick up the car within an hour it they would have it towed. When we went there to get our keys and ask about the title that they said they had there instead of in the mail. Justin (the sales man) simply refused to help us at all and then threatened to call the police on us . For what, we have no clue. He is a white man who threatened to call the police on a Black woman. He is petty, racist, lazy, and just flat out rude. Truly, to anyone looking for a car DO NOT go to this place. It s not worth any of your time and money. This place needs to be shut down IMMEDIATELY.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER. Sold us a lemon car, had a mechanic look at it and there was JB weld on the timing kit from a serious issue they tried to cover up. They "fixed" my car a week after I bought it because it would not accelerate. Had the same problem a few weeks later, brough it in. Next day, they called and threatened to have my car impounded if I did not pick it up. Went in, and they threatened to call the police on me after I asked where my title was. I just got my title in the mail after 2 1/2 months. This place is a SCAM

We had a very nice interaction with Cincinnati used cars. We had been looking for a jeep, we found one we fell immediately in love with. They went above and beyond our expectations. We got the one we wanted and both of us love our Jeep! Thank you so much for going the extra mile for us.

I bought ford fusion 2013 and they gave it to me with three different sizes of tires and the rims they all bent so to day i changed them tiers and rims that cost me 1000 dollars so be careful when you buy your car from them check every single thing even if you think it not a big deal.

Why do I have to give one star? I should be able to give negative stars. These people should be arrested. Don t believe anything they post about a car they are selling. Said car was in excellent condition but the engine was ruined. Wasted our time. This place needs to be shut down. This is an edited response to his response. Would a good car dealer respond 9 months later to my review? He had us come out to look at this car. Said it was in excellent condition. Why wouldn t you already have the belt replaced? You re full of it. You have now given me the motive to make sure your place is shut down because apparently nobody is reading all the negative reviews and people are still getting robbed by you all. And how many of those positive reviews did you write yourself? You posted the vehicle in excellent condition on the same day you received it without it being seen by one of your mechanics? What this all comes down to is that it is obvious you are running a business that is selling bad cars on a regular and consistent basis. In every way possible you should not be in business.

Warning!!! Do not buy a car from this place!!My 18 year old son worked and saved for 2 years to buy his first car. This car lot sold him a car that they knew was rigged up.He brought it back to them 2 days after he bought it because it was leaking transmission fluid, but they blew him off and told him nothing was wrong.Fast forward 2,000 miles and the car has completely blown up. There was a transmission leak, oil leak, coolant leak, exhaust problem, and the transfer case blew out.Multiple attempts were made with the owner and manager to make this right starting two days after he bought the car and now that the car has blown up.Their answer was He shouldn t have picked a BMW. They have a lot of maitenence issues. That is an unacceptable answer when the car had problems as soon as he bought it and all kinds of rigged mechanical work failing left and right until the car blew up.Yes, the car was a used 2007 BMW, but it was bought from this lot that had their mechanics fix up and released for sale, and sold to my son for $7,000.This should be illegal, but when I spoke to the manager he informed me there is no lemon law in Ohio so there is nothing we can legally do about it.These guys are crooks and they know exactly what they are doing when they rip people off of their hard earned money to buy a junk car from them.It s sad, but they get away with it.

Horrible service by JUSTIN, I asked to finance a car I was planning on buying and after presenting them with multiple forms of proof employment they had the audacity to say they are fake and I can only get the car if I pay all cash.At first they wouldn t even give me an answer. They seemed very predatory and rude.Thank god I dodged that.

My son and I went to buy his first car at Cincinnati used autos and got ripped off.Justin the sales men insured us we where buying a great car at a great deal. Two days after my son bought the car several censures came on service engine soon and others. The sales men Justin was so rude to us when we brought it back to Cincinnati used autos to see what's wrong. He says it's a used car what do you expect. I expect it to run more then a day without problems for 8,000 dollars. He says it's just an air issue resets the censurs and tells us that's all he can do for us. The next day censurs come back on.we take car to 3 different garages pay 4,88 in repairs then the transfer case goes out. The owner Amed tells us we bought the wrong car it's our fault that car is for someone who makes 10,000 or more a month. Don't ever buy a car there

This was single-handedly the worst I ve ever been treated at a dealership. Before I get into the review, I should state that I look pretty young, like high school young. However, I am a college graduate with my dream career in hand. With that being said, upon walking in and inquiring about a test drive for 13 Scion FR-S, the salesmen treated me like I was a kid. Unnecessarily asked me what I was paying with and how old I was. Before test driving, I had to sign a document of agreement on the limits and conditions of the test drive. I mentioned to the salesmen I wanted to test drive the car around the highway and on Beechmont to get a feel for it (which the contract said I could if I kept it within a certain amount of time and distance) He told me no and that he would be riding a long with me. The test drive was literally the next stop light, left turn into a parking lot and back. He had the audacity to stereotype me when I mentioned how loud the exhaust was, saying oh, I thought you would like the loud exhaust.Needless to say, this dealership was incredibly unprofessional, unwelcoming and rude. I would recommend against this dealership not only because of my experience, but because of the mediocre pricing in general on used vehicles.Edit in response to Troy:I am certainly reviewing the correct dealership. Kind of hard to forget when you were treated a certain way.You are correct, this was back in 2019 but I figured I would warn everyone else of this dealership. If your salesmen do not test drive with customers, then why did he feel so obligated to ride along on mine? I was definitely being stereotyped. Not only that, but the contract I signed was pretty much useless because he disregarded it and said I could only take it around the block cause it was low on gas (which I was willing to even pay for).I've attached a picture for further proof, where you can see the area in the background that clearly match your business.

The vehicle purchase experience was great. However, on the way home, the vehicle completely died on 275 during rush hour traffic. I thought we were good because they were quick to get the vehicle towed, diagnosed, and repaired...However fast forward a short 11 months. The vehicle needed the exact same part replaced. Which, normally wouldn't completely piss me off, but the mechanic TAPED (ie: cheap and quick) the part to repair the vehicle. We discovered this when it was taken to another shop. This cost us an extra 2 hours of diagnostic labor (so over $100 MORE) because that part was replaced, so we figured it shouldn't have gone bad so quickly. My husband called to inquire if they would help cover the over $400 repair, to which they responded sorry about your lock and "most auto parts only have a 30-day warranty". I'm sorry, but what?!? On what planet is that even a thing? Oh, it's not, nice try. They almost had a repeat customer, but we are strongly displeased with this post-sale service.

I bought a car from them a little over a year and a half ago. Was sold a warranty with the car, and was told the warranty could be canceled within the first month of the purchase or it could be canceled any time after and it would be prorated. Guess what can t be canceled at any time after the purchase? Waste of two plus thousand dollars because all warranties are a waste of money. Live and you learn, hopefully yall can learn from my mistakes.

Purchased a 2010 Jeep Wrangler here in September. The sales process was fast and easy, good selection of vehicles. Initially I had an issue with warranty being refunded as I cancelled the 3rd party warranty they sell within 30 days, has been a long process but the dealership has been polite and assured me it would be refunded in full. Will update to 5 stars once this process is complete, thanks guys.

We just bought 2010 Mitsubishi Outlander GT today and the car is great! We drove it back home to Granville with no issues. It's a used car so it will need a few things - but we got a fair price. We paid the full internet price as the car was a 9/10 for being 9 years old. And we got a 3 month powertrain warranty for free. The staff was very friendly and helpful a pleasure to deal with. They have a nice selection of pre-owned imports. We will be back.

Horrible experience with this place. I filled out a credit app and they called and told me I was approved. When I got there it was for a car that I wasn't even applying for and they said it was the only thing they could sell me. I ended up getting it (07 Infiniti), and a couple days later the brake caliper seized up in the back. Had someone look at it and they noticed the frame is completely rusted out in the back. My car is not safe to drive at all. I'm stuck paying $6000 for a car that isn't worth $600. I have had a number of problems with this car, I've replaced the whole brake system in the back. That cost $600. Now it's the starter, another $200 just in parts for that. The tires are junk from it being out of alignment. Also the ball joints are bad in the front, that $500 a wheel. The battery was junk too, another $200. Going back to the frame issue... my wheel on the back passenger side sits 4 inches behind where the other is at. It makes my car feel like it's always making a turn. My car is not safe and should never have been sold, it should have been taken into be scrapped. My sales experience was horrible as well. They knew I had to have a car and took full advantage of the situation. Do not buy from this place.

Sold us a lemon. Bought a car for 7100 dollars. Took it for a check to verify it was safe for our 16 year old son to drive, and it needs 9400 dollars in work to make it drivable and safe! The car is 20 years old. Collectors car with 20 people in line waiting to buy it, per the sales person Justin! DO NOT buy from here. They are crooked. They knew this car was in bad shape, and sold it to us anyway. Per the mechanics, there is no way they didn't know.

Please stay away and don't be me. I asked all the questions was assured the expert mechanics looked at the car. I needed a daily commuter and was promised oh this one is perfect was told the car was immaculate for its age. Wow so clean. I thought why would a dealership selling expensive cars rip someone off on a cheap one. As I pulled out of their lot the low coolant light flickered. Mu mechanic came over to check it. The coolant system was literally glued back together, car is undrivable, blown head gasket. I didnt get one drive to work in. I haven't even gotten the plate and have 3 years to pay on a paper weight. Devastating to my family, please don't end up like me. I thought an older quality car from somewhere they knew them was better than a private sale. I can happily provide picture and records of all that happened.

RUN AWAY!! DONT BUT FROM THIS PLACE.These people have no conscience. How do you sleep at night?!!I have an elderly friend who naively bought a car from these guys . A day later her mechanic had several guys inspect the car. It was deemed unsafe to drive!! This horrible business basically told her too bad and made NO attempts to fix the car or offer a replacement. This woman is single and on a fixed income. Now she is out the money for the car AND the $5k to make it roadworthy. There s a special place in the afterlife for people like this!!

Ridiculous, this place is a joke. If you want to buy a lemon go here. We called and communicated with them several times before we drove 3 hours . We asked several times are there any issues with this vehicle we are driving several hours. No issues thats what we were told. The auto close doors didn't work, we were going to test drive and it wouldn't stay running , needless to say we left, it also had major rust, was filthy dirty. Also another customer was there and said he didn't disclose the car he was looking at had been wrecked.

Drove 6 hours for a "clean car" that was "well cared for" a 2000 bmw z3 m roadster for $12,495 which initially seemed like a fair price concidering the wheels are falling apart and the rockers have heavy rust (clean examples with this mileage sell for 15-17k) only to find a car leaking oil from multiple spots with seats not even bolted safely to the floor..was greeted initially by a very friendly woman who set up the test. After coming back from the test I showed my concerns to the younger sales gentlemen who called me a liar to the extremely obviously oil soaked engine and wouldn't budge on the price to a more reasonable number..I should have know better for a car they had been sitting on for a full year. 0/10 experience. Shameful service.Edit for after dealer response: I have no problem exposing the "honesty" that happened via text message..I was told that he drove the car multiple times and it drove very well..(even though it shakes violently over 30 mph)..I was informed the top was in mint condition (moldy on inside of driver side) I was told it has 0 mechanical issues (leaking engine, bad 3rd gear syncro) I was told it would easily make the trip home 6 hours ( seats were sliding around in the floor and not secure or safe, dash lights came on over 3k rpm) I was told by Zack that he wanted to show me all the bad up front so I'd have no surprises. So he sent me the rocker rust which i acknowledge that was disclosed. I was told it had no accident history with autocheck ( has 1 accident reported on carfax) after finding all of this out after a 6 hour drive in inclement weather to get there I offered 9k for a 12.4k listed car that needs 10 grand to be worth 15k. I was treated like an idiot by the sales team and called a liar for pointing out the issues.0 star review if possible. Especially after trying to cover your butts and call my offer egregious.I was reached out to by Zack stating he would fix the rust and shaking and add 2 grand to the price( *14.4k) if interested..I found this laughable as they are the 2 easiest fixes of the long list of issues the car has. Bottom line I was lied to and time is far to valuable to be wastes with sales tactics such as thisBuyers beware of this place and their bait and switch games

Do not come here to purchase a vehicle because it will be a waste of time I spent 3-4 days talking to Justin about getting a vehicle showed up for a test drive and buy the car because I was already approved for a loan to purchase so I thought everything was going to be seamless. just to have the vehicle break down twice after he told me he had it serviced over the week. He also wasn't very talkative or professional at all I walked in told him who I was he then asked for ID and had me sign paperwork saying if I damage the car it will be on me. All in all don't come here like I did it was a waste of a 3 hour drive there on my 1 day off. Also the pictures they used for the listing were different half of them were correct and the other half was for another model of the same car and the description said it has navigation and rear backup camera and after I mentioned that he just said " oh it's probably where we copy the description from other sites" I guess he didn't learn to proofread when he was young (also the guy responding to these negative reviews is also pretty rude it seems. Won't even take accountability for actions they could fix saying they've been in business for many years but being open since 2015 isn't many years lol)

Zack and Justin were great. Zack handled most everything and Justin handled the paperwork. The original price was good. They held the car while I arranged a Lemon Squad. After the Lemon Squad they fixed a bad front bearing hub and while they were at it they replaced the other front hub. They did what they said they were going to do. No shenanigans. Occasional slow to respond to texts and emails but eventually they would get back to me. They seem to be very busy, probably because they are good. Zack even had good options for shipping. When we got the vehicle there were no surprises. It was a 2005 so we weren't expecting perfection. Thanks Cincinnati Used Auto Sales!!! (oh yeah, this is a completely unsolicited review, we were not compensated in any way other than an excellent car buying experience)
