Terrible experience these guys are very unprofessional to say the least. They made my car worse than it was when we brought it to them. We paid them up front and then they refused to correct their own errors. If you want quality mechanic work done spend your money somewhere else. They guys are scammers to say the least

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Chuck asked me to pay him upfront before he even touched my car, I told him no, then he asked me to cash app him $120 for parts. Since I paid him I have had complete and utter radio silence. He ghosted me and will not pick up his phone. And now I'm out $120. BEWARE. DO NOT. USE CINCINNATI MOBILE MECHANICS. His name is CHUCK NORRIS

UPDATE: I took my vehicle to get looked at by an official auto shop named NRP TIRE AND AUTO and they were real professionals! If you can t go to a real mechanic don t waste your time. They stole my parts, took my money and block my number! I will be taking them to court! LET THIS BE A WARNING ATLEAST IF THEY DOING WORK ON YOUR CAR WATCH THEM CLOSELY DONT LEAVE THEM ALONE.Great professionals! They came the same day I called. They were nice and courteous, and reasonably priced. Thank you so much.

I can't stress enough how great these guys were they came to my home in no time and fixed my Tie rod on my car and happen to notice the other one was needed as well they took their time to get the parts and didn't leave until my car was safe to drive in. I literally cannot thank them enough I would recommend them to anyone in need of mechanical help and I know who I'm calling from now on!!!! Thanks again guys!!!!

I have to say that I never though I would write a review for a mobile mechanic. After I ran over a nail I called a few repair shops. Turned out they were either charging an arm and a leg or couldn't do it the same way. Luckily I found these guys who dispatched one of their mechanics immediately who fixed my tire in a jiffy.
