Brought my Prius to Cincinnati Hybrid at Overbeck Auto for high mileage maintenance before a long road trip. While the cost of the work was on par with the Toyota dealership, the service and attention to detail was next level. They had all the work done quickly and even detailed the interior of my vehicle. If you want professional service performed by hybrid vehicle experts, look no further than Cincinnati Hybrid.

Matt was great to work with; the window on my Volt wouldn t roll up. Even though they were very busy he understood the temperature was very cold and made time to look at it and help me with a temporary solution until the window could be permanently repaired. He was knowledgeable, understanding and helpful. The permanent repair was done right and at a fair cost. Would definitely recommend them!

This is a deleted review. The reason why their ratings are so high is that they do delete reviews that are unfavorable. I will continue to put it up every time I see that it has been taken down . I strongly dislike this place and feel that I was taken advantage of. I have a Toyota Prius that in the beginning of the winter gave me the red triangle of death. When I took it to Overbeck they reassured me that it was the normal battery and not the Hybrid battery that needed to be changed. Not knowing much about how things worked I asked if there was a way that they could check to see if the Hybrid battery was okay before I put a lot of money into this car. I was told sure and then about 45 minutes later I got a call saying that the Hybrid battery tested strong. I had some other work done as well that was suggested. $1,100 later I drove away. A couple of months later the Hybrid battery died. Upon telling me that it would be another $3,300 to get this fixed I then called the Toyota dealer. There was a very nice gentleman there who informed me that in all his years he had never heard of a test that could determine if a hybrid battery was good or not. So apparently Overbeck lied to get the money, more than likely knowing that I will be returning later. This shop is a sorry excuse for a business! Side note I did wind up getting the Hybrid battery just not from Overbeck. There is an awesome company called Green Bean and they actually came to my house and installed a refurbished battery for $1,400 with a lifetime warranty as long as I own the car. My car runs like new! If Overbeck tells you you need a brand new battery look up Green Bean Battery online and go to them. They are half the price and one million times better on the professional attitude!

Needed work on a 08 Prius after a youtube inspired repair attempt went off the rails. The shop i initially took it to couldnt figure it out so i visited Cincinnati Hybrid to discuss the issue and found them helpful, knowledgable and experienced with this model. Dropped the prius to them and the issue was diagnosed and fixed in line with their initial guesstimate and for far less than the dealer quoted. I later got a subsequent estimate from them for a different issue...it was less than half what i was quoted at another non-toyota shop, which tells me that these guys have the experience to know whats actually involved in maintenance and repair so can price the job without needing to pad their estimates. Glad i found this place cos older/high mileage prius maintenance can be hellaciously expensive.

After some hiccups scheduling with their two guy (ended up using my own AAA), these guys did great work. Diagnosed what could have been a very pricey fix and did the work for a fair price. Wish they would have called for approval on the work once it was diagnosed, but the price wasn t so bad as to make me overly upset by that.
