Owner operator. Trying to word this the best way I can.. I worked for this guy several years back and over all it was a good experience.. he is not a customer service expert or the good at advertising, but if you want a window installed at a good price and quickly.. I'd call this guy. I quoted a price at Jack's glass one day and it almost made me laugh.. I just ordered 6 house windows yesterday and picked them up today. He even met me an hour after closing up because I have a far drive. I come back every few years when I need glass. wouldnt recommend anyone else. Thanks!If you want my advice call on a Tuesday or Wednesday because just like pizza everyone buys on Friday-Saturday.

I got my windshield replaced by this man I had my money in my middle console and it disappeared and that was the money to pay him police were called and everything! I cannot believe this man is still in business! my husband wanted to hurt this man he is lucky is all I can say!Service: Glass installationService: Glass installation

I had an appointment at 8a this morning. I arrived and the the door was lock and the open sign was not lit up. I called the number and left a VM. I get a returned call from the owner stating that he was at the shop in the back fixing his van. He then proceeded to hang up on me. I called back and was sent to VM.I don t recommend anyone using this business. Very unprofessional and not on time. Also, I called and made my appointment a few days ago. I was told that I would get a phone call the day before to confirm and that didn t happened.

He did very nice work and the price was very fair. He was always in a hurry and didn t explain things we were never on the same page with the work that he was doing. There was definitely a lack of communication. He said he was going to look at other things, but when the time come he said he was to busy.

so i was pose to have a back glass put in my truck on saturday... from D&J glass located in latonia he did a no call no show wouldnt answer the phone on saturday i called this morningn he forwarded me with it being a cell phone i texted no call no show he called me back and said hey i can put it in right now i said im currently calling get price checks at few other places he says cool ill put it in somebody elses truck.. he didnt no try to use custoomer service or nor did he try to earn my buisness back. i wouldnt send any body to this man... i will spend the extra 20 bucks jacks glass and have it done soon as i give them the ok

The owner there is very nice person helps u out if you have to go with new glass he gets it cheap as possible and they will go to the junkyard and get and pull u out a used glass and if u meet them at the junkyard he will give it to u cheaper and he will come to u where ever you are

Its local.I love shopping local. But couldn afford D&J I would call 1st might get better deal
