I ve been on a hunt for an Escalade that fitted my budget and the year I wanted and Cincinnati Cadillac had one so we scheduled an appointment to check it out! Brandon Ozier was our sales rep and once I checked out the car thoroughly inside and out, test drove it too and I was pretty satisfied! Satisfied with the car and how much Brandon has helped me with providing every single detail of the car and made sure we were taken care of. The whole team there made sure everything went through smoothly for us and I could have taken the car home same day but since car just got out of service from being a new arrival car, Brandon wanted to make sure the car was fully cleaned and detailed for me which was very much appreciated! Thank you for the amazing customer service!

I live out of state (7 hours) and I flew to Cincinnati to drive a car back for someone I know that bought one from Cincinnati Cadillac and I can t believe how great my experience was. Everyone is extremely kind and everything went smoothly. It actually went better than planned. They detailed the car perfectly and they even picked me up from the airport. Thank you Jim and thank you Ted. I had a great experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone!

We purchased a vehicle last week and I have to say it was the best buying experience my wife and I have ever had. We dealt with Eric and Adam and they were terrific. We got there at 5 not knowing they closed at 6 and we was there till 8. From Eric and Adam to Steve in finance I have to say it was amazing. If you re looking to get a new or used car go to this dealership and ask for them. Highly recommend!

Just bought a 2024 CT5-V Blackwing from Eric R. at Cincinnati Cadillac. Everything was handled over the phone as I live in Florida. Eric was outstanding to deal with. He answered all my questions, made everything go smoothly and efficiently, and he even sold the car under MSRP, which is hard to find nowadays. He even had the car transported to me, and had my trade in transported back to him. The entire car buying process is usually pretty painful, but this was fast and simple.If you need a new Cadillac, give Eric a call. He was great to deal with.

Bought a certified pre-owned xt4. With a certified vehicle it is supposed to go threw a rigorous inspection. Obviously mine did not. Oil was overdue for oil change and 1 qt low on oil. Passenger door mirror also did not work. I took care of all that not the end of the world. I was told I had a 3 year unlimited mileage warranty at the time of purchase. So check engine light comes on and steering wheel controls stop working. So I went to schedule appointment to have this taken care of. To my surprise I was told my warranty was only good forless than two year. It was now out of warranty. Again not the end of the world. I repaired my wife's vehicle all is good. I just feel like they will tell you anything to sell you a car. FYI they are not allowed to sell a vehicle as a certified pre-owned vehicle without that inspection. Obviously this cadillac dealership will.

Our first experience at Cincinnati Cadillac was great! Especially with having to deal with our boys, including a 3 year old! Brandon, Rebecca, and Garret were friendly and worked well with us. We even has a little surprise when we picked up our vehicle. A minor blemish that was on the van was gone when we came to pick it up!

I bought my first car here a couple months ago and Brandon made the whole process go smoothly. He met me on my level and walked me through the process step by step so I didn't feel hustled through the decision or pressured into any certain choice. He was immensely helpful and fun to work with! I can now say that the service department is just as wonderful! I ran over a nail, so I made an online appt, brought my car in on my lunch break, and Bruce had my tire patched and me back on the road in about an hour! Can't recommend Cincy Cadillac enough. Thanks for the great service!!

I had the pleasure of meeting Brandon Ozier and Garrett Featherstone this past Saturday to look at an SUV listed on their web site. Even though it was right at closing time, these two did an outstanding job of showing us the vehicle and answering all our questions! I had to leave town for meetings on Monday yet Brandon worked with me to ensure we had the time needed to get back Wednesday to make the deal. No pressure and no games, the entire experience was pleasant and straight forward! The negotiation was completed and the deal made in less than an hour. Brandon handed us off to Garrett in finance and that experience was also top tier! These two are the dynamic duo of car sales! I cannot recommend them enough! If you want a chill car buying experience, then hit Cincinnati Cadillac and ask for Brandon and Garrett!!

Took my 2018 GTI in to request front headlight to be fixed so that I don t get a ticket. Manager told me there s not enough work involved for them and rejected the work. I didn t know it was legal for a mechanic to reject service for state-mandated law.Unless you have $$$$ of damages, sounds like you won t get help.
