I had my car serviced at Cincinnati Auto Haus for a blown exhaust and brake pads replacement. Faleh is incredibly kind, knowledgeable and took care of my car promptly. What impressed me most was their fair and reasonable pricing no outrageous charges. Highly recommend their affordable and reliable service!

I put one star to write a comment, not for my personal experience. I read reviews to give me somewhat of an idea of what I would experience working with a particular company. The responses to people's comments about their experiences are otherworldly and unlikely anything I've heard of. If you really loves this company and just want the best for your customers, you can simply say, we apologize for your experience and we'll be happy to help any way we can. Instead it's pure unprofessionalism which leads me to believe the reviews. Good luck to anyone purchasing a vehicle here, but I will purchase elsewhere. Thanks

Grabbed a car from here,ran well after some TLC..but probably should do TLC on their own vehicles especially if they wanna sell them above market value..cars are sold with flat tires and dead battery's etc and not even cleaned out..had to pull spaghetti off my floorboard...they do try to work with you but this is solely my opinion..might return in the future.(Update) No sir this is not a troll post I'm using my nickname for my Google account. I'm a real customer and like I said, this is solely my opinion. Why don't you learn to read. It is my right as a consumer to review somewhere I did business You can be upset all you want. Because the people that visit your car lot are going to see that this is not a troll post. I also said I would return in the future. Now you lost a customer permanently.and also I didn't know TLC included pulling dried up spaghetti off of a floorboard NICE I'm sorry, cleaning out a car before selling it to somebody is too much time and money wasted REMEMBER that future consumers..you need to pull old food off your own floorboard and clean out yourself WEIRD And going strong? Yeah businesses usually tend to go well when you ripoff people in a spot and have low income BE PROUD Also Look at how this guy talks to his customers. That were not happy with their experience on their reviews i mean really? This place is a disgrace.

I had a great experience at Cincinnati Auto Haus. I brought my Oddysey in because of a battery/alternator issue. I had taken my vehicle to another mechanic for this same issue just a few years ago so I brought it to CAH hoping to get better results. The owner did a timely inspection of my vehicle and was very transparent about the different issues he saw. The service I received from CAH was informative, transparent and timely. In addition the price was very reasonable compared to my experiences at other auto-mechanics in the past. It's nice to have our family vehicle rolling again.

Faleh is very mechanically inclined and will shoot ya straight. For lower end used vehicles at low low prices its the only place I'll go.

Just want to say to anyone considering buying a car from here that doesn't know much about cars - don't. I've read many reviews on here where people have bought a car and then it breaks down on the way home. That's simply going to happen when you're buying a car that's very cheap and you're not allowed to get an inspection on it. I suppose the guy has his reasons but there's many simple solutions so that both parties can be happy - unless all of the cars are literally junk and he would never make another sale again. If you know a lot about cars or know someone that could go do an inspection right on the lot for you, the yes, this is a great dealership. For that aspect alone, I gave this place three stars. In my personal experience dealing with this place, I was disappointed. Also, please do not take this review and brush it off if you are considering buying a car and read the other five star reviews. I'm pretty sure this guy writes them himself or gets his friends to write them. On a lot of the one star reviews, he denies that they are true and claims that there is no record of the sale. He is most definitely lying and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that out. Just beware and happy car shopping!

I purchased a 2000 Dodge Durango and it ran great, no issues or concerns.I added a tow package and towed a heavy trailer and still no issues. They took care of me and they made sure the vehicle was in good shape before selling it to me.

Faleh is awesome and Cincinnati Car Haus did a great job with my car clean and detailing. My van transports kids, dogs, equipment, and handles all the vacation travels. It hasn't been cleaned in more than a year. Now it's sparkling inside and out and waxed and gleaming!

He was timely fair and went the extra mile and remove the burnt bulb as a memento to my first car. He took the car that other dealers refused for superficial reasons. Extremely professional and kind. Would be happy to business with him in the future

I was very pleased with the service I received. I was looking for an SUV in the cities near me with no luck. I found a reasonably priced Jeep on marketplace located at this place. I live an hour and a half away. It wasn't hard to find with gps help. I initially went for a jeep patriot. They had a variety of different vehicles and I drove away with a SUV I was initially looking for. The guy was very nice, Answered all my questions. Only downside, with driving a distance, make sure you're there with enough time to be done by 5. They will not stay a minute longer.

Huge thanks to Faleh over at Cincinnati Auto Haus!He was so helpful and knowledgeable and broke down everything, I looked at serval cars and he helped me choose the best one for me and my financial capabilities. It was so easy and stress free unlike any experience I ve had buying a car!I 100% recommended this guy! He will help you in anyway, very friendly and definitely knows and enjoys what he does! I have bought multiple sets of tires and had my brakes replaced from this Cincinnati Auto Haus. I have also bought two cars from his lot. Both cars I m still currently driving. I guess you can say I m a repeat customer. Cincinnati Auto Haus is my first call every time. great prices and exceptional customer service.

I test drove a vehicle I was going to buy but they sells person didn't want to work out anything. When I drove it I knew the breaks need be replaced and maybe the rotors. Check engine light on and few more things wrong with the vehicle. So knowing all this, sells person told me they just buy the cars and not work on them. But didn't it say brake specials on the card. I'm calculating the cost of the repairs in my head which he doesn't know anything bout what's wrong with the vehicle. It'll cost around 650 to be repaired. He said they won't work with the price which sucks because it does need repairs. He went on and on bout how cars in demand and the selling high . So pretty much they selling vehicles that needs repairs at high prices. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Specially if you are black minority. Best go buy off private owner.

Great place to buy a nice used car for great deal. Faleh was vary patient with me and let me try multiple vehicles before I made my decision. I left with a vary nice and clean ford freestyle and runs good. Would definitely recommend if in need of a affordable used vehicles.

About 2 years back I bought a Chevy Aveo from here for about $3200. It ran for about a year, year & a half. Which was actually shocking to me being the worst rated car in the U.S. I definitely got my money's worth out of that go kart. It rieked of coolant from the time I bought it & I didn't care at all. We rode her hard & put her away wet. I drove that car all over the place until it finally passed away. I had been in two car wrecks in that car & it still marched right along. Then I turned around & sold it to the junk yard for about $400. You can't knock a person's hustle. You're buying a used vehicle, which means you're buying all of its issues along with it.

Faleh is an honest, knowledgeable, and extremely kind man. He has become a dear family friend over the years and fixed all of our cars several times over for very reasonable rates. He also takes the time to explain exactly what is going on with the car and what the options are. 10/10 would recommend

Faleh is a gentleman and a scholar, and a damn fine mechanic. I needed two tires and brakes, and he had me back on the road in no time. 4 thumbs up!

I bought 4 very reasonably priced brand new tires from this store. The owner let me check the date code on the tires and they were all less than one year old. He was pleasant and easy to deal with. I highly recommend them.

We Bought a car here and within 40 minutes of having it off the lot the transmission slipped in the middle of an intersection... remind you when We test drove it there was no signs of anything wrong with the transmission we only heard slight a squeak from the rear brake pads (easy fix.. we thought!). When we told them about what happened all they said was cars are sold as is, and specifically said I am not a mechanic, I m sorry about your problem with the car so I guess now we don t have no transportation to work or appointments... JUST GREAT!

I honestly would give these people like a 4.2 out of 5! I bought a car from them in 2018 and I never had a issue with my car! When I first bought it, something was rusted on the alternator so it seemed like the alternator was bad but it was like a 20$ fix and it was back running! If you look at the dealership, you know you re not going to get a spectacular car but something from A to B! I just bought a new car but that car lasted me 3 years with no issues really! One thing tho is that my window on the passenger side didn t work and they didn t tell me that but that was a easy fix too so I wasn t too upset!

This place is one of the best car lots that I have experienced for purchasing good running aforable cars. The staff is nice and helpful. They listened to my concerns and offers good solutions. I've been doing business with these guys for 4 years and always came out impressed and satisfied. I would recommend this spot for a good car.

Told me they just changed the oil when they got the car I bought it thinking I didn t have to check anything for a bit and my car basically blew up on me 6 weeks later out of nowhere. Tried to say he never said it was maintenanced by them, so basically got a car and blindly sold it to me. Now I have to pay 1/4 of the cars cost in repairs. I would not recommend this sketchy dealership to anyone.
