Would highly recommend this place after being turned down by a so called place that says they help anyone after being told I could get a vehicle with a cosigner then being turned down even with a co-signer then being told by same place come back in they got me approved only to be told by same place the guy who told me I was approved is no longer there for that reason decided to stop in and try my luck and with no hesitation they was able to put me in a vehicle so I would 1000% recommend this place Josh at their Fairfield location was a very genuine individual and easy to work once again would recommend that place

My daughter was in a car accident and she had coverage from them. MEGAN from the gilbert location told her if she paid the deductible she would get a payout and be able to get another car. They received the payout for the car and told her she could not get another car until she paid the rest off the insurance company did not pay. If she would have communicated that to her at first we would not have wasted our time waiting,on top of that i had to call to get this info they did not call her . MEGAN is very Rude and inconsiderate. I am pissed I paid the deductible for her not to get another car and Megan probably pocket the money. I do not recommend them

Always...and I mean ALWAYS test drive the car 100 miles before you buy it. I mean go up huge hills to make sure the transmission don't slip. I drive to Dayton Ohio and back to give it time for any check engine lights to come on in case they disconnect the battery to reset it. Go early.

Not so good car started going out after 2 years and they won t help you with repairs because the car is not worth the price of repairs long story short I owe $5000 on a car that s worth 2000 it s on its last leg can t trade it in because it s old they say bring them the car back with 2000 dollars and I can pick another vehicle why would I do that to have the same issue in 2 years I say this to say be careful with this company all is not good I wish I never went there

Was shopping online for a car....of course reading reviews..... The way this owner is sarcastic to the complaints is concerning. That alone is the main red flag. Be humble because you're making unnecessary enemies. Can't please everyone, but doesn't mean you should tick them off, especially when they're accusing you of things that negatively impacted them/ their families. It's immature and unprofessional. No bueno, nein danke, aufwiedersehn, dueces! People work too hard to be played with.

I had a really great experience here today. I was searching all day and couldn't get approved and harper helped get me into something nice, same day. I didn't think that the guys here would be able to put me and my girls in a car same day but Dayle Harper assured me that they could take care of me and my family and get me in a good car SAME DAY!! He was up front about the car and every single thing he knew it needed before I left the lot with it and he made absolutely sure I got it before I left. Thanks Dayle

Cincinnati Auto Credit on Gilbert was great when I came in got a car from them the same day but now my engine went out they said they was going to call me it been three day and they still haven t called me yet I called them on the second day they took my name down told me the manager will give me a call but still haven t called me yet

Mr. Harper really helped my fiance drive off with a car. We had no clue if we were gonna be able to buy he really got us in it. And he made sure our battery was replaced in house when he noticed something wrong. Big shout out to you!

Since day one of having a car from here I ve paid on time and I keep full coverage on said vehicle. The financial company attached to the car lot has done nothing but make my life a living hell.. I wouldn t advise my enemies to buy from this car lot. They have the worst customer service and do nothing to help the customers with the process! Being loyal to this company gets you no where.

Bought a car last week. Tire pressure light came on next morning. Went to Valvoline and had it fixed went off and came back on again. The brakes are another issue. I mentioned on the test drive that it felt like I had to push the brake pedal pretty hard to stop. Thought it was the thick shoes I was wearing or wasn't use to the car. I was wrong. I have to push brake pedal to the floor to come to a complete stop. I'm contacting them today to see if they will do anything. Everyone has been great so far. Will update.

I loved car shopping here my husband and I got a really nice jeep liberty that we love for a good deal especially considering our not to great credit scores and our income and down payment we had. Very good deal and absolutely love the vehicle we chose Bryana was super sweet to and they helped us print paperwork off and went over everything with us and put us on a three year plan awesome deal and way to start building them credit scores up at the same timeMy vehicle has broke down and they were right behind me and helping me fix it definitely would buy a car again from them a lot of negative reviews on here are people that don t pay their car payments I have had no problems with them make your payment you will love these people

Sold us a car with a warranty car broke down within two weeks they told us we still had to pay the deductible IF the repair was even covered, and that if it wasn t we also had to pay the tow bill. So basically we wasted a $500 down payment because they refused to repair a car we had less than a month. Horrible customer service. Would not recommend this place to ANYONE.

I had a great experience at Cincinnati Auto Credit! Before I went there, I checked out their inventory online (the Gilbert Ave location) and found the exact van I was looking for! I called and spoke to a very kind salesman named Don. Don Robinson. I asked for him when I went there the following day. He was even friendlier in person, and made the experience not only very comfortable, but actually fun! I felt he was very sincere and honest, and I was comfortable I was in good hands. I test drove another vehicle I saw had just arrived, but ended up getting the van I originally went there for. I had a little trouble getting a candy bar out of the vending machine, and a very nice young man came right out and helped me get it out. I went ahead and paid for the purchase for the lady behind me, and that same man stopped in the office we were sitting in and handed me back the money for her candy. He said that was very nice of us, and we didn't have to do that. He had a big smile. I was surprised to find out later that He was the owner himself! He joked with my wife and I, was very polite- he just seemed like a regular guy! A gentleman named Dale helped with my actual singing of the contract. Don and his boss worked out a very good deal for us, and we were quite pleased! I would recommend checking this place out to anyone! The inventory was actually pretty impressive, not so much in size (they did have a good number of cars), but all of the cars seemed to be newer and in good shape! It was classier than I expected, and I'm glad I chose to go there. And Mr Robinson is definitely in the right job! He made the day extra enjoyable!

My husband and I have two experiences the lot in Fairfield was useless. The guy was a total ass. And then we decided to go to the main location. Don was wonderful. He put us in the car we wanted with no problem! We will go back when we decide to get another vehicle. They are great!!!

I paid off 2 cars before getting the third. I fell on hard times and the third car got repossessed and they sold it before I could get it back. That was on my credit for years an then almost 10 years later they sued for the amount of financed plus years of accrued interest. They did not communicate what would happen if a repossession occurs, and thats not even to mention the maintenance I put in while I had the car. I feel that the company markets to black people who don't have much money and they use it as a way that you're credit will improve getting a car with them. The inventory may be nice but it's not worth paying a big note almost like rent. Educate yourself but really there are plenty of other car lots out there. I always thought they would go out of business but it's a shame they have gotten rich ripping off people.

I HIGHLY recommend you going to Cincinnati auto credit. I went with the mindset of getting a new car and I walked out with a SUV with affordable great payments ! & All vehicles come with a warranty you won t regret your experience with them. Ask for Bryana she s the best ! The process is quick and it s not awhole lot of extra paperwork !
