Service advisor(s) great people and very helpful with communicating diagnosed issues and pricing. Service is so so. Returned my Jeep with several cosmetic scratches on steering wheel and column with caked on grease on steering wheel requiring multiple degreaser wipes to remove. The dash is also popped up on passenger side and not clipped/reseated back into place. Frustrating when the face of the service dept are good people but the labor seems to cut corners and be carefree with damaging property and lackadaisical with quality of work and completing the job.

My personal experience with the the dealership exceeded my personal expectations. Matt my salesman went above and beyond to give me the price of my 2022 Mazda CX5. I caught an early fly from DCA to Cincinnati two days after the agreed price. I was welcomed at the airport by Neil the dealership driver. Todd the finance representative went thought the final documents carefully and swiftly so I can be on my way back to DCA (8h drive). I drove home happy and satisfied with my new vehicle, I would definitely go back to Jake Sweeney for future purchases.

Been using Jake Sweeney since 2012 to service my Chrysler, Jeep, and Ram vehicles. Staff is friendly and attentive. As is the case in life, no one and no business is perfect, but customer service really comes into play when issues do arise. Jake Sweeney has taken any issues I have experienced seriously and has always made me happy in the end. That's the mark of good customer service, and it's why I continue to go there.

Called around to multiple places trying to resolve a drivability issue with my Jeep - as soon as I spoke to Tori I decided to come to this dealership. She was extremely knowledgeable on my issue, advised me on how best to handle the service process, and communicative throughout. She is definitely a great asset to this location. They were able to get me in the same day and out the door with my vehicle the next.

Great experience as always with dropping off my car and picking up a rental. The return of my car was great as well. Overall it was a pleasant experience. I was one of the last customers of the day and he treated us like his first customers of the day.

Hunter took great care of me with the purchase of my new Jeep Grand Cherokee. Hunter was professional, followed up appropriately during and after the sale and took the time to walk me through the features of my new car. He was patient and helpful as I worked through my color options. I highly recommend Hunter L for all of your new car needs!

Excellent service! I was told I didn t need an appointment for what they were going to do but it would take an hour and a half to two hours to complete. Stopped in Friday afternoon and they were able to get the job done in about 45 minutes. Will definitely be going back to get service work done there.

I dealt with Andy Hill, he helped find me the prefect vehicle with my budget. Andy was very professional, patient, prompt, and he had excellent customer service skills. Andy was very considerate of my time, and was such a pleasure to work with. I definitely will use him again for future car purchases. In addition, Mark in the finance department was extremely professional and patient, even after I became impatient. He was very humble and personable. I would definitely recommend Jake Sweeney on Kemper Ave, Ask for ANDY HILL you won't be disappointed

I had an incredibly efficient and pleasant experience this morning. I arrived without an appointment and was assisted promptly and was out the door within an hour. This was far away my best experience with a Jeep dealership in the Cincinnati area. I cannot recommend higher!

I had the best experience ever! I came in at 3:30 on a Friday evening knowing I was going to have to sit for a few hrs. For service to my vehicle to my surprise I was out by 4:10 can you say Happy Customer!!!Extremely fast, courtesy, & they even had snacks in the waiting area. I will continue to service my vehicle here

The man that meet me as soon as Idrove in was super friendly andSuper helpful. He checked on a part that was supposed to have been ordered back in September last year. He was it was in stock and if I wanted it put on. I was thrilled to get my oil changed and my part out on.

Service was good, but definitely not cheap. Their Service Bundle deals (for like multiple oil changes, diagnostics, or tire rotations) just bring prices in-line with what other dealerships normally charge. I was under the impression that it was cheaper until checking around while in the waiting room. Wait times are also very typical, two to three hours for an oil change. The service staff was nice, though.

Took my Jeep in and they gave me full estimate on what I needed done from list of importance to material and top to bottom. They were all very nice and and told me every detail. They were patient with all my questions and concerns I had and answered everything. I truly appreciate all their help and the awesome job they did on my jeep!! Thanks ya'll!!

Dealership had a really good deal on a handicap ramp equipped Chrysler Pacifica. This was my First time buying a vehicle online and out of state. My salesman, Matt was extremely helpful and made the purchase easy. He measured the entrance and ramp to make sure my chair would fit and did some extra legwork for me. I m very satisfied and would highly recommend them.

I have enjoyed quick service every time I have been there. Besides routine maintenance, I just had new tires out on and experienced almost 2 miles more per gallon. Great Goodyear tires with great price

I had a pretty good experience. The salesman was great. I m just disappointed I only got a 90 day or 3,000 mile warranty on my vehicle. So I m going to have to look into Carshield which is going to add another bill for me. And I really didn t want to have to do that coming right out of a bankruptcy. But it is what it is. Other than that, I had a very good experience.

I love my Grand Wagoneer that I purchased, but the sales rep Michael and his manager were dishonest about the purchase price and the length of the loan. For example, they told me that they would give me what I asked for when trading in my former suv, but they simply shifted the extra added on to the trade-in value to the cost of the car. Another deceptive tactic was telling me that the car comes with a dealership warranty that is transferred from the last owner, but that added on the cost of the $4000 warranty. The truth was only discovered when I reviewed the sales contract. I would have paid for these items naturally, but it would have been nice to work with a company of integrity. I don t plan to purchase anymore vehicles from this location or recommend this dealership to anyone.

My purchase experience of my new '23 Grand Cherokee 4xe could not have been smoother! Matt, my salesman offered me solutions to problems and worked with his managers to get me in the best vehicle for my money. Mike in finance, you are one hell of a good man and nice guy to work with. No pressure to purchase extended warranties or anything I didn't need. Top notch dealership that I will recommend for sure!

If I didn't buy my vehicle with a warranty from there, I would never step foot in that place. They are very rude and unhelpful. I bought a Nissan with a warranty and I have to have the service done there. During a regular service (oil change), I ask "Mr Cheerful" behind the desk if they checked and topped off all fluids when servicing a vehicle (most places do right)? He proceeded to tell me they can't top off a Nissan because they don't carry Nissan fluids. Maybe its because I am a female and he thinks I am a idiot but I know for a fact anti- freeze does not have to be the Nissan brand. Then when picking up my vehicle, I got there about 5 minutes before close. Doors where locked and the lady assured me she called. Well after trying her best to prove it, she admitted she dialed the wrong number. So 181 bucks later, stopping to get antifreeze, I noticed the next oil change (according to the sticker on the windshield), my next oil change is due 6679888. Luckily I know how to set the maintenance timer because they didn't do that either. My advice is don't sale something you can't service. Lesson learned and I will never buy from Jake Sweeney again. I am thinking of trading just so I don't have to deal with them.

They sold me a used car that was supposed to have had a safety inspection. It had tires on it that were over 10 years old and I found out the hard way when the vehicle spun out in an intersection traveling at a normal speed. 10 year old tires are not safe.

We were looking specifically for a Jeep Renegade and found one at Jake Sweeney in Tri-County. Our salesman, Nelson Baez, could not have been kinder or more helpful! The finance department was just as wonderful. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are definitely 500% better than the other dealership with the initials of JW!

Todd and Connie really helped us to manage a transmission replacement on our Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid. Todd communicated regularly with us to share updates while we waited six weeks for a repair, which was a situation outside of our control. Connie really helped us to find a loaner vehicle that fit our family s needs. Even when the repairs were completed on schedule, Todd quickly and professionally resolved a surprise tire issue that came up while we were picking up the van. While the situation was certainly a challenge, Todd and Connie helped to make it go as smoothly as possible. Thanks!

Would give zero stars if an option. Quoted 90mins for oil change and tire rotation. No updates given without asking, and was not someone to ask for a while. Ended up taking over 3 hours and no apology or explanation given. This was our first oil change in a new car we purchased from them. Terrible first impression.

Dealing with service was easy. They completed the work when they said they would.The issue I had was that the rear brake light started leaking at 39,000 miles and Chrysler wouldn't repair it. I paid to have the light sealed. Now Chrysler did a recall to repair the light. They wouldn't pay to move my truck cap back to get to the light which cost me $90 and they won't replace the stained headliner.I was looking at a new Jeep Grand Cherkee, but changed my mind since they don't stand behind their products. I bought a new Subaru.
