Mike was very helpful. It was my first time having service at Jake Sweeney and the experience was great! I have a 50 year hot wheel edition Camaro That I am very particular about. He took very good care of my car and treated it like it was his own. I'm very satisfied with the results. Thank you.

I had a super positive experience. Gabriel was great. I drove from Greenwood and Gabriel saved me time by doing everything via phone/txt/email so that I was ready to go with an approval by the time I got there. I test drove and left with exactly what I was looking for. They really do look after their customers with exceptional customer service.

Scheduled my appointment on the same day online which is very user friendly. Showed up 15 minutes early and checked in with D'Juan. My service today was incredibly fast and everything was explained in detail upon completion. I've been here many times but today, by far, was the quickest I've ever been in and out. 3:30 appointment, in at 3:15, out at 3:55. Excellent job today. Thanks.

Michael in Service treated me great and was responsive to my calls. However, I needed a $60 tie rod replaced and got an estimate over $1400 for an old truck. I had to spend $450 to get it hauled to my home so I can repair it myself. I feel like they priced it assuming I was turning it in to insurance. I would have been willing to pat a fair price but could not justify this one.

Absolutely terrible today. This was the first time I had to experience this. My service tech brings me a paper with additional services that are needed. I then ask is my car done as it's been an awhile now, He said yeah they'll be bringing it up. I'll be back... he never came back instead he went to lunch leaving me sit there... I then had to reach out to my salesman who was able to make time and come back to get me checked out because I had been there with no one there to get my car. Completely unaccountable. Had Robert not been there I would still be waiting on my car.

I couldn t ask for better service, I ve brought the car in evening before, and they put it inside for safety. Mike in-service was very nice person. He told me all that would go on, and then he would call me when the car was finished as he did. Very happy with it..

Mike was awesome per usual. Took longer than expected with my vehicle as they were trying to figure out the problem, and did so effectively. Mike always makes it feel like his personal job to keep you happy and satisfied.

I was not pleased. I asked the lady who took my keys a simple question and she blew me off saying I would have to call another department even though I was literally standing in the building. Also, had pre set up to use my rewards and they tried to charge me without using my rewards. The lady at checkout was great, easy to work with. Waiting room was not nice compared to other Chevy dealers i have gone to.

This is a new vehicle that had a defective climate module and a paint defect from manufacturing. Job took two weeks as first attempt to fix bodywork was unsuccessful. It was finally fixed to my satisfaction. It would have been nice if the car was cleaned prior to completion which is the reason for only 4 stars. They did provide loaner vehicle which was nice.

I will say up front, the service received today and the interaction with the employees was good enough to warrant a 5 star rating. I am knocking them down a couple stars because their on-line reservation system is garbage. I had entered a note into that system that I wanted an oil change done and an issue with my radio investigated. When I arrived for service, I was informed that only the oil change would be completed as the service department apparently does not get any of the notes entered into the online system. Now I will need to schedule a separate appointment.

Awful. I made an appointment for 8 AM on Wednesday. I was told they were behind, which I understand. They said they could get my car in to look at it on Friday. My check engine light came on and my usual shop said it was a dealer specific code. Friday came and went. I left voice-mail with no return on Friday. Saturday morning, I called again for an update. Left voice-mails on multiple extensions. No response. I went to pick my car up because the crazy thing is, I actually need a vehicle. No communication at all is no my idea of a good customer service. When I picked my car up (after it sat there for 3 days without even being looked at) it reeked of cigarette smoke. Not a happy customer. I understand being swamped. Don't make appointments if you don't have time to honor them. Also, communicate with your customers and give them updates as you said you would. I wouldn't buy another vehicle or have my car serviced at Jake Sweeney again.

It took almost 2 hours for an oil change. Then when I went to pay, the clerk was watching her tablet as she rang me up, and accidentally charged me $1,400, for an $85 service . When I told her she overcharged be she said sorry, but it s a holiday weekend and that money won t be returned for 3-4 days .. the lack of remedy or solution for the expensive error was non existent and I wouldn t suggest getting a car serviced here

My first time coming to the service center as a proud owner of a new 2024 Trax! Overall I had a great experience. I wasn t sure what to expect as it was my first time and I didn t necessarily feel welcomed I walked in to the service center and there were 2 people at desks one didn t bother to look up at all from her phone while the other took care of my needs. As a customer I expect friendly and welcoming service. The gentleman who helped me was great and accurate in the amount of time I could plan to wait.

Everyone is amazing!! Everything about my experience was smooth and easy! I bought this from there and I ll happily have it serviced there! Great job guys, especially Elijah Monhollen!! I also wanted to add that I showed up this morning during their morning meeting and these guys actually have a morning prayer circle and I thought that was amazing and it says a lot about the company.

I think your Customer Service, young lady Jess did a great job of relaying the information to me although I don't think the information she was given was even close to being right and she's doing the best she can with what she's been told she was very polite she was able to Let me know what the mechanic said and what the mechanic said was definitely not true my experience which Jake Sweeney has gone way down I bought three or four cars from Jake Sweeney The years and as of right now, I don't know if I'll be back after my car fixed I hope with being attended to in a timely manner Although, I don't think Jess has any power over that whatsoever, I can't say enough good things about the young lady that kept me informed all day long. She was just given the wrong information to relay to me as a customer.

Fast service appointment was at 2pm picked my car up at 3:15pm. I took a star off because they charge 3%on credit card payments. I ll still continue to get my car serviced there I just gotta remember to have cash to avoid the 3% charge.

The people I have dealt with have always been top notch.The price however is simply outrageous.I bought a truck from them 2 years ago that I absolutely love. I was offered the 100,000 mile warranty for an extra $3,000 which I feel is fair. My complaint is one of the conditions for me to hold up my end of the warranty is that EVERY preventative maintenance item MUST BE done by the service department at the dealership. Even the tiniest of things. So today my oil change ($114) and transmission fluid flush ($260) after tax was $418. To replace the air and cabin air filter was $65 each. I still have 65% life on the air filters so I ll wait til next time.I haven t purchased a new vehicle in quite a while so maybe that s just the way it is everywhere. However, I just feel like if I m already paying $3,000 for a warranty, then forcing me to do all the scheduled maintenance with them at absolutely absurd prices for things I can do myself, or else it voids the warranty (that I ve already paid for) seems wrong. $259 of the bill was just for labor. I was barely there an hour.I WAS given my first 3 oil changes on the house which is nice. But I feel like if you re gonna force me to do all my scheduled maintenance at that kind of price, I should at least get the oil changes on the house for the life of the warranty. Or at least be allowed to change the oil myself or take it wherever I want and keep the receipts to prove I keep up with it.Again, that s not a reflection on the fine folks in the service department or the standard of work they do or the professionalism they display. Those qualities I would all rate excellent.However for my next vehicle purchase I m going to shop a little harder and do more research on the warranty conditions before I commit.

I gave 3 stars as some of my review is not the fault of service. I purchased a used car near Christmas and there was a tire issue identified on test drive that was not fully addressed but simply aired up before we left the lot with the car. The car should have not been sold or left the lot with what they found below. It should have been identified on inspection by service or certainly when pointed out on test drive. I called 3 days later after continually losing pressure in the same tire. It took nearly a week to be seen in service and tire was found to have a nail in it but they had no tire to replace it with. I was told to expect a phone call at 8am the next day to find out when the tire would be in. I had to call 3 times the next day myself to find out if tire was available as I still had a tire losing air on my new to me car. I was able to get the tire the next service day - although I was told it would be "a few minutes" when I arrived which turned into 2 hours. The people are overall nice but the final service man was very negative and unfriendly. I do have a shout out to our sales guy Chris who met us both days to help navigate the service repair and have it covered by the dealership and honored my request to fill up my gas tank after the second trip out (we do not live close to the dealership). So far the tire is holding air but hopefully the problem is resolved.

Everything was great minus the fact that my stereo volume was turned up to the max when I got into my vehicle after it was serviced. I called and let them know. Otherwise, it was great.

Brought my car in for engine worked with technician mike he was awesome to work with I explained my situation he listened I didn t feel rushed or shrugged off like I have been by other technicians. He made sure the issue was fixed and vehicle was safe to drive. He is exceptional and went above and beyond

The technicians did me a solid, revised my previous review (1/5) service manager handled miscommunication and mistake from my side.As most shops err on the side of caution from service advisors, understand what you actually need and price it out to bid.

Went to get 2 chips the last for my car from 2021. Only took 2 and half hours. Maybe it takes that long to install?? I am not of fan of waiting. But the only people that seemed nice to ke where their sales staff until they knew my car was being worked on.

This Chevy Service SUCKS!!!!And they lie like a rug.I go in for an oil change and I tell them one of my sensors not reading they check them and try to re- learn the sensors to the car and come back and tell me you need 2 new sensors mind you 3 were reading just fine.. but now I need 2 new ones that they are happy to do for $609 so then I say no thank you get my car back and now no sensors are reading.. and the only way to get them to read is to buy 2 new sensors like what!!!Ohhhh then the service lady comes to me and says everything else looks great your tires are in great shape I say y'all didn t check my tires because I have 2 nails in both my back tires.Springdale Chevy Service Sucks!!!I wish I could give a half a star.

Went in to Jake Sweeney Chevy this week for a tire that was going flat. I was told there was a nail in sidewall and a new tire would be $280 in addition to other recommended services of another $250. I declined and went to Tire Discounters where they patched for free. Nail was clearly not in sidewall. TRUST is huge and I will never go back to Jake Sweeney because of this. Absolutely pitiful and probably criminal.

I booked to have a recall fixed. At that time no one told me it wasn t available to get fixed yet, upon arriving to drop my car off I wasn t told it couldn t be fixed yet as the recall was not published yet so I left and about 30 minutes later they called to tell me it wasn t fixed and they couldn t fix it yet until the recall is published just kind of annoyed that they had multiple opportunities to tell me the recall isn t available yet and didn t so now I have to bring it back when it is available to be fixed and waste more of my time.

I am having the absolutely horrible experience with their service team. Mike was absolutely ignorant over the phone with me. I originally requested a tune-up and a diagnostic test to see what was wrong with my camaro. They authorized repairs themselves without speaking to me, stating that they called my father because he dropped it off for me. On serveal different occasions I called and gave my contact information. Not once was I called, they took an old number from a previous service from 3 years ago and listed as my current number. Mike is supposed to be an advisor but has no communication skills. He called me everything but my name. And when I got upset he hung up on me. The supervisor Mr. Caldwell didn't take nothing I said seriously. This is a nightmare, I cant trust them while away working to provide any type of decent customer service. How is it legal to work on someone's car when it wasn't approved by the registered owner. They didn't even do the service I requested. Do not endorse them. All I'm getting is excuses why they did what they did instead of an apology.

I love Jake Sweeney Chevrolet! I have purchased all of my cars from there since I ve lived in Cincinnati. From my favorite salesman, D. Aden to Mike in the service department they are the best! They are family! 21 years of Excellent Service!

I worked with Nolan and he was great to deal with. I brought my 20 Malibu LT in for scheduled service and requested the transmission drain and fill along with 4 new spark plugs. He didn t try to upsell me or tell me I needed repairs that weren t necessary like Joseph Chevrolet has done in the past. My car performs much better than before I dropped it off to Jake Sweeney. They are courteous and efficient. I will be using Jake Sweeney service and dealing with Nolan going forward. Other car dealers could take a page out of their book. My experience is exactly how you treat a customer.
