We donated a car to Changing Gears and the process with Todd was very smooth! He answered all questions and had everything ready to make the transfer easy and we felt complete confidence throughout the process in all the paperwork being handled well. We know the car will be used for good!

I am very glad that my mechanic recommended Changing Gears when we decided we would not be fixing an old car and did not know what to do with it. Todd is very knowledgeable and helpful. I didn t know there was an organization out there doing this important work and I think it s great that there is.

I decided it was time to donate my vehicle and I wanted to help out an organization that I felt could benefit the most from. I contacted ChangingGears through their website to notify them that I wanted to donate my vehicle. After entering some information on their website I received an email communication from Todd the donation manager with a list of steps needed to make the transaction. Simple, professional, and well worth it for good cause. Once I had all the appropriate documents ready I notified them that the car was ready to be picked up. We scheduled a day for it to happen and they came and took my car away. Simple, professional, and well worth it for good cause. I hope my old car gets tuned up and helps someone better their life and lead to future success. Thanks again to ChangingGears and Todd for making this process go so smoothly.

ChangingGears has an outstanding mission, and my family was thrilled we were able to donate a car. The process was easier than I could ever have imagined! Todd and Joel were both extremely nice and professional, and came to my house to pick up the car to make the entire process that much easier for me. If you are looking to get rid of a car, definitely consider donating it to ChangingGears!Update: We have now donated two cars to ChangingGears, and the process continues to be super fast and easy. Todd came out and picked up my car (which wasn't really drivable) in just a couple days. 10/10 would donate another car.

ChangingGears is an all-around amazing organization! They have very talented and dedicated people working there, and it is run by individuals who have a heart for serving others. Plus, they make the donation process super easy! I had a Honda Accord I was ready to part with. They saw the potential it had and were able to use it to help their clients. ChangingGears made the donation process very simple for me, and even came out to my house to pick it up. YEAH! If you're considering getting rid of your vehicle, reach out to ChangingGears to learn how they might use your car to help others. I highly recommend ChangingGears and encourage others to donate to this awesome non-profit organization. They will use your vehicle in some way or another to benefit their clients and help get them on the road to greater things. ChangingGears is having a great impact on Cincinnati and beyond.

Fabulous experience. Thank you to Todd for amazing communication and troubleshooting when our vehicle failed to start last minute. Would definitely donate another vehicle with them. We were looking to donate a car to an organization local to Cincinnati and came across ChangingGears. There were many fine organizations to choose from but we were originally attracted to ChangingGears because of their mission. They restore the cars with on-site mechanics, they provide training in auto mechanics to people in the community, and they provide cars to people in need. But instead of just selling the vehicles outright, they have developed a program that fosters buy-in, ownership and develops maturation with the buyers. They don't just give out the cars, but rather sell them at a discount to retail (resulting in some skin in the game for the buyer), they provide a no-interest loan, and they provide ongoing service on the vehicle until the loan is paid off. Afterwards, they offer the same vehicle service at a deep discount to retail prices.The gentleman who picked up the vehicle was incredibly thankful and enthusiastic. The vehicle needed work and was not starting at the time, so he came out to our house with a tow truck, made the process extremely easy, and the car was off our hands just 24 hours after we contacted him.We would enthusiastically recommend ChangingGears to anyone looking to donate a vehicle.

Changing Gears is changing peoples lives in our communities. It s wonderful knowing that by donating your car you are directly helping people who are working hard to have a better life for themselves and their families. In addition to being such a great experience, they make it so easy! They pick up your car and then send you all the paperwork needed for a tax deduction. The staff are all so committed to their mission you can feel it! I highly recommend supporting this organization either through the donation of a car you no longer need or by making a monetary donation.

Changing Gears made this process quickly and flawlessly. Once I reached out, Todd contacted me to explain their mission and how my vehicle would be evaluated for use, forwarded instructions & picture of title instructions and set the time to pick up my truck. Even though I live an hour away, he was right on time, loaded and leaving within 30 minutes. Praying for Changing Gears ministry to continue to be blessed in blessing others!!

Recently worked with Changing Gears to donate an older model Honda that we no longer needed. They were wonderful to work with and I am so happy we found an organization that would be able to use the vehicle for either training students on repair work, or getting it up to date functionally for someone in need to be able to use. Todd was great to work with! Timely, thorough and followed through when we had a hiccup on our end. I would highly recommend!

I highly recommend to donate your car to changing gears. It was a very simple and easy process, and we received all the documentation we needed for our tax deduction. Most importantly, I love knowing my donated car will benefit someone who needs a transportation to get to work. Having a car can open up so many job opportunities for those trying to improve their lives. It's a great organization with an amazing mission!

Changing Gears is an amazing place with exceptional people who run it. The Grand Prix, their annual fundraiser, is so fun and hilarious. Such a unique casual and active fundraiser which I enjoy attending and contributing to. Can t think of a better place to support!

Changing Gears is doing the Cincinnati community a terrific service by offering under privileged people cars at a fair price, and when they need them. Unlike a lot of dealerships, I can tell that the people's well-being (both staff and customers) is at the forefront of every decision made here. Highly recommend if you're looking for a used car right now.

The Changing Gears team is awesome to work with and do amazing work! They have a clean and efficient process from start to finish. Todd took the time to answer my questions, explained how the car will be used, etc. They really will take any car - mine was a project I had given up on and was a mess. There are many outlets for donating cars, Changing Gears is one of a few with real mission and heart for the community.

In 2014 I had found my dream job but was sharing a car with my mom. I have 3 children and she wanted to help me get back and forth to work. A few times early in the morning I would get up at 4am to get my mom to work then come home get my children dressed and get them to school and me to work. I would then have to leave work Downtown drive to Sharonville to pick my mom up then pick my children up from Daycare. Although I was appreciative of my moms generosity I knew that I needed my own vehicle. I found out about Changing Gears and thought it was the best opportunity for me. New Career, A chance to purchase my own car and to learn financial fitness at the same time. Everyone there were very encouraging I took classes regarding maintaining a vehicle and graduated from the course and was able to purchase a car. It was a great opportunity and I always encourage others to take advantage of this wonderful program. It definitely helped my family remove barriers and gave me peace of mind. The best part is the monthly payments were very reasonable and only last for 12 months and they also do repairs for the first year of purchase for your car. You would only be responsible for purchasing parts . I am so grateful for how Changing Gears helped my family.

We had the pleasure of working with the Changing Gears team on a video shoot for our Auto Pros on the Road series. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our crew was very impressed with the shop and quality of service provided. What a cool program Changing Gears provides to the community!
