I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to work with Jason. I called, Jason came to look at my car, I signed my title over and he paid what he had estimated. I wish all my customer service experiences were so pleasant. Thanks so much Jason you re the best!

Jason was amazing to deal with! He immediately called me back, even though he was out of town. He was so accommodating, and helped my college-aged son and myself navigate through a tough situation. He is a man of his word, and I feel that he went above and beyond to help us out. It was tough for my son to have to scrap his car, but the cash he received in return helped ease the pain a little bit.I highly recommend.

Jason called me back quickly (despite me leaving a message on a Saturday!), was able to give me the best offer for my car, AND met with me to see the car and exchange title and payment on the same day all within 1/2 an hour. He was so professional and incredibly kind, I would certainly recommend him to anyone needing to sell a junk car!

I wish I could've gotten more for my Explorer it was a special SUV for the time I own it. The value exceeded the engine went out, but the parts was new..it was a mourning lost, but it serve it purpose when old faithful was running...A truly miss machine

Edit: Then what you say about any condition isn't true. Suggesting you may want to change that about your ads. The people at Cartoon's salvage took the time to listen to what I was saying and offer help. I need to dispose of a vehicle and I would hope the company with pictures of wrecked cars would take something thats "any condition" as advertised"any condition" but when I offer to tow my beater to them instead asking them to come out and get it they refused.

Needed to get my vehicle off the street. Had called several junk yards who gave me the run around, even one no-show. I called Jason at 8 at night. He said he would come out and look at the car, man of his word. Cash on spot, title transfer that night within the hour. great service!!!!
