This Car X location in Colerain is absolutely fantastic! They are always upfront and honest about repairs. Their prices are competitive and I feel like this is the only auto repair/maintenance shop I can trust. Bob Sumerel, Vavoline, Ford, and honestly any other car shop I ve been to have failed me. This location is beyond expectations with their work! Thank you so much for always taking care of my car needs with HONESTY! I will always recommend them over any other car shop in the tristate 110%!! Mike and Henry are absolutely amazing and always get the job done RIGHT and within reasonable price!

Last week I had to reschedule my oil change very last minute and the gentleman on the other end of the phone was able to get me rescheduled within the week with ease, which I very much appreciated! Additionally, when I was able to show up for my appointment, I asked the gentleman helping me (I did not catch his name!), to also take a look at my back windshield wiper if possible because another car location informed me it was a "custom order". He quickly was able to look up the information I needed and where I could find the correct size (no custom order needed) because they did not carry that size in the store. I thanked him and took a seat, but shortly after, he came back out to the lobby and informed me that he double checked in the back and in deed found the size I needed. He said he would sell it to me for a very low and well reasonable price and would even be happy to install it for me. I am sincerely grateful for the honest, efficient and kind team that works at the Colerain Car X location! I will absolutely be returning for my future car services.Service: Oil change

I would leave a negative star if I could. This place is a joke. Waited 30 minutes at the counter just to get checked in and I had an appointment. Then they couldn't finish the job and only knocked 20 dollars off of my bill. Also, lied to me about something being wrong with the car when it's not. Will NEVER take my car here again. Beware!

I have done business with them for years and made the mistake of going to another Carx just once during that time. The other Carx messed things up so badly that I had to bring my car back to Colerain just to get it fixed.

We booked our appointment for the Colerain location on line and they didn t get the notice until we arrived. I refuse to use ANY other auto mechanic business - than going to see Mike @Car-X Tire & Auto - 9326 Colerain Ave Cincinnati, OH -- Mike and his team ALWAYS go above the Call of Duty to get our family's vehicles properly serviced. Honest, Fair Priced and Extremely Knowledgeable. Most of all, it's the welcoming feeling at this specific location!! Be sure to check them out and I can assure You won't be disappointed!!! I'm always happy with CarX. Used to go to the one in Anderson township on Asbury road and now I go to this one. I don't have anything negative to say, they always get the job done, they're always straightforward, and always no bullcrap. Their prices are usually pretty darn competitive too. No shady business.

Went in for what I thought was a bolt or something loose and turned out to be a caliper being loose, they fixed it for no charge at all. They were very nice and also let me see what the problem was.

I have used Car X for years, through several cars and have always been treated fairly and as a valued customer. I had my starter replaced and due to my work hours, I couldn t get there when they were open. Henry, the gentleman who I was in contact with, was very helpful in letting me know how everything could be handled. Quoted price and length of service, contacted me about the service and was great about keeping me i the know. Best service I ve ever had with an automotive shop.

I've been going to this Car X for years and I really appreciate that they don't take advantage of the fact that I know nothing about cars - it would be easy to do and I feel confident that what they tell me is wrong with my car is actually wrong with my car. I brought my car in for a noise and they drove it on and off for a couple days and found nothing wrong with it. They could have easily made something up to fix and charge me for. They took their time trying to diagnose my car and updated me with progress - and didn't even charge me for their time. I have had this experience more than once over the decade that I've been going there with my different cars. They do not talk down to me which I really appreciate, and they've not told me something is wrong when it isn't. Once I brought in a car for what I thought was a brake problem. They looked at it, did a little something to it, but it didn't need brakes and they told me so rather than try to sell me brakes anyway. The prices are decent, the mechanics are friendly, and the work is reliable. If you want to be assured you won't be taken advantage of or lied to about car repairs, you can feel comfortable here.

I called in and got an appointment for the same day. I went in for an oil change and I got my tire checked while there. They took initiative to truly check my tire and educated me on the actual issue. They were really fast and professional. All my car needs will be at carx from here on out. I have to take the time to give a review. I went in to just get an understanding of my repair options and possible costs. This was close to closing time. After that discussion, I asked if he could just look so I could get my pennies together for an appointment. He did so very kindly. Turned out the repair was nowhere what he thought it was. It took 15 min and was under 100.00. He could have easily told me differently. I so appreciate honesty and integrity, Mike who was the manager that night is awesome. I went into the Winton rd store the manager Brain and a guy who was more interested in drinking beer, and being off work this Saturday 8/5/23 @3:15 pm with no cars being fixed on IN ANY OF THE BAYS they told me I see metal in your tire but I can't fix it. I don't have guys here to fix it and its no time...Tgey close at 4:30 pm so kindly ask why Brain can't you fix my tire since I have a warranty with any carx, Brain proceeded to ask me what location did I get my tires from and he doesn't have time to fix it. I said thank and came to the colerain location. Thank you guys for picking up the slack of a failing store. Hats off to..Mike, Henry, Greg! They deserve a big raise, lunch a hug, and a cold brew being a good person does not cost you anything. Guys thank you for fixing my tire. CHEERS TO YOU!!! your so appropriated!!!

This location is amazing. The Manager, Mike has taken care of me for over 5 years with all services on multiple vehicles.I recently had a small issue at this location. I called Mike and they owned the issue and went above and beyond to make it right.Customer facing positions are very difficult and I appreciate Mike and his team s flexibility and commitment to keeping me a happy customer. I drive over 15 miles and pass countless other places where I could get oil changed to get to this location because of the service.Service: Oil change

Had my oil changed here and asked about getting new tires. Went ahead and bought 4 new tires but when I drove off the car was wobbly. The Next Day I went to another CarX location because I did not want to go to the same place and be lied to or told its not important, found out that the tires were never balanced properly. I am not happy that I had to spend an additional 2 hours at a different CarX location. what makes all this bad is that I have been very sick lately and had a doctor appointment. My car had to be fixed and the tires balanced. I had no choice but to get this done and soon. I do not recommend CarX of Colerain because of this not being done properly the first time around. I did not feel really up to making a second trip back to get the work done right but had no choice.

Totally recommend. Got my car repaired quicker than expected. They recommended a payment finance plan that let me not take as big of a hit. I appreciate all the efforts. Thank you!

I have been to this location two times and I have received outstanding service from start to finish on both occasions. The store manager, mike LOGAN is a true professional and goes above and beyond to make your experience a great one. He has a good team supporting him and it s obvious he is respected. I appreciate his honesty and commitment to customer satisfaction. I will be a customer for life and will recommend this location.

The team was able to get me in quick, the service was not expensive and the tech went above and beyond. I went in to have a wheel bearing pressed in, and the tech pointed out a bolt that I had snapped off from the last time I did my brakes and he actually took the extra time to grind it smooth for me so that it wouldn't cause wear on my rotors when I put it back on. It was a small gesture, but shows that these guys care about their jobs and their customers. Also.. They're rooting for the Bengals - who dey!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Great place to get my oil changed. I can drop it off at any time and they will squeeze me in. They always have amazing coupon deals for my oil change and last time I went the guy automatically gave me the coupon price without me having to find it which was really nice. Also the wait time was nothing compared to most places I've gone which sometimes can be an hour or so. This one I only waited 20 minutes max. I will definitely come here for all my oil changes!

The guy that changed my oil repeatedly put the oil can they use on my front fender leaving it a oily mess. Whatever happen too taking pride in your work. I am very disappointed in the service I recievedService: Oil changeService: Oil change

I love Car X and this location doesn't disappoint! They are very good at explaining everything, being a female, this is important. Very friendly and thorough, they don't pressure you for stuff that isn't important. They'll let you know if something is wearing down and that you probs have x miles to start thinking about getting repairs. I live in Memphis, even though I'm in town often, I still try to wait any work out till I can get to this place.

They do wonderful work they're thorough but their hours are made for women I guess to bring in the family truckster. I mean closing at 4:30 on Saturday when they should at least be open till 5:00 or 6:00 I would say 6:00 cuz some of us do work Monday through Saturday. and then Monday through Friday they close at 6:00 I mean we're lucky to get out of work by 5:00 and then not to mention the hustle and the rush to get up there I just think they should keep their hours maybe an hour longer at least or somebody shows up before they're closed and they're working on there last vehicle that they should be able to squeeze me in I would even give a good tip if they would close when it's time to close instead of saying they cut it off early.other than that I'll be back since I've already paid for the oil change but they do do a good job just make sure you find a day schedule an appointment and make them sick to it you should be fine.Service: Oil change
