Greetings everyone.I use the CAR X on Winton road in Finneytown. The manager Brian is one of the best people that you will ever meet. He and his team give the best customer service that I've ever experienced. I have several vehicles that I take there for service.My partner and I we just started our own transportation business T&R and any time I need service for my vehicles to get them back in service Car X makes sure that happens. I have been coming to Car X ever since I first discovered their unbeatable coupons in Reach magazine. Ever since then, I have been to the one on Asbury road, Colerain Ave, and now recently Winton Rd. Every single visit I am greeted with nice people who give better prices than you'll find most places.They recently had to tackle a not-so-popular Chevy van of mine that has no aftermarket for parts and honestly should have been condemned to the scrap heap. Paul and Brian took care of everything and went above and beyond sourcing parts and going on scavenger hunts for things near impossible to obtain these days.Dealership refused to touch the thing, except one location willing to charge ridiculous amounts in labor. They assured me the van was a lost cause and Car X on Winton proved them wrong.I will always trust Car X with my things before bothering with anyone else.

Best mechanic service I've had in years, in shop or outside! Great customer service, very genuine personable staff. Down to earth people who dont try to get over, even recommended several shops for me in close proximity for work they didnt do. One of the best to stop at in Finneytown area. And wont break your buck like others. Not a lot full of cars, and not a long wait. Good ppl. Brian was awesome.

Four Cooper Endeavor tires, three year alignment, road hazard warranty, and a full synthetic oil change for $706. I wanted all the tires to match, as I had three different brands and ages on there. They reset a tie rod, too. Took a bit longer than expected, but I believe they did it right.

Ongoing problems with this place . Took my car back for the fourth time for the same issue. Still the same problem exist. I asked for the regional manager but have not heard from him either do not take your car here

Called today to get pricing and the guy I spoke with was very rude! I would never take my car here if my first experience over the phone was terrible. First impressions are everything especially if you have intensions of leaving your car with a person or company!

Never go to car x. This is the 2nd time I ve went there with a different vehicle each time to get something simple done and wound up needing expensive repairs on stuff that didn t need repaired driving up there. Went in for a break inspection now my break petal doesn t work. But if I pay 1800 bucks they re gonna fix it ? Go to hell

I have a law suit coming soon! Tom did work on the engine in my truck and didn t do a good job at all didn t hook everything back up and did not put the part on right all in all car x is not worth taking your vehicle are money to.!Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

I trust Paul with all of my vehicle needs! He s professional, gives more than fair pricing and is very efficient. His is work is beyond exceptional and he doesn t try to talk you into unnecessary repairs. I was visiting family from out of town and my car had a radiator leak. I brought it in, the manager quickly diagnosed the problem, and the repair was complete within a few hours. Good price, good quality. Highly recommend.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

Long story short, I used a faulty tire pressure machine across the street at Kroger that left me with a totally flat tire on my way to work at 4:15 PM on a Saturday. Two Good Samaritans advised me to *slowly* drive across the street to Car-X for help. The manager had sent his team home a little early, but had thankfully stayed open and helped me refill my tire at no cost (and would not even accept a tip as thanks!) I m sorry I didn t get his name, but thanks again for saving the day 5 minutes before closing!

I'm so thankful to have such a excellent experience at this location and the manager Paul is always professional and honest with what is going on with all of my vehicles. The caliber of wisdom and knowledge in the repairs is impeccable which means alot when alot of auto repair shops do there best to take advantage of female customers being unaware. I greatly appreciate the dedication to customer service and honesty given and will always be a loyal customer. I was told that my battery needed to be replaced at autozone and it wasnt the battery it just needed to be tightened and CarX did this for me and let me see what services I really did need to have completed in the future, thanks so much for being honest.Service: Battery

Had an appointment at the Winton road location in Finneytown at 8:00 am to replace front brakes and front rotors. I was the only person in the lobby and the Manager who was at the counter said he was going to pull my vehicle right in. I read the sign in the lobby that states that they were supposed to show you the work that's needed to be done and ask you if you wanted your old parts when completed. That did not happen. At 10:00 am, I asked if they were about finished with my vehicle. The manager shuffled through the estimates on the counter and began trying to get me to buy an extra service and I declined so he said that he would get them started on it. I'm like, "get started on it", I've been here since 8:00 am and they haven't even started working on the vehicle?? The Manager stated that he will get them started again. At this point, I was not happy because This job does not take that long to do and if he was pulling my car in at 8:00 am, what were they doing and why hasn't someone come to tell me if they were running behind or something. I did not get out of there until 11:30 am. This was a total waste of my time. I've done this job myself in an hour without an air gun and just jacking up one side at a time, so I know it doesn't take that long. I will not be returning to that location again. The service is horrible and that was the longest I have ever waited on a vehicle to be serviced for something as simple as that. The manager didn't even go over the charges before they did the work. I started to not pay for the extra charges that was on the bill that was not discussed when I was quoted $40 less than what I wound up paying. Just terrible customer service all around.

I would be able to give an actual review of this place if they ever actually took my appointment. They never have "enough staffing" to schedule oil changes and don't have any signs up about hiring new employees. I would be fine with that if they weren't short with you when you talked to them as well.Also, I had a lifelong warranty on my brakes that I bought from the CarX in Blue Ash and they told me they "couldn't honor the other location's warranty" when I wanted to come in.If you want service - go to the CarX in Blue Ash. They are fast, friendly and actually take appointments.

My experience was great as always!!! I was able to get an appointment for an oil change. Service was faster than any other place. Prices were great . I would recommend this place to anyone that like a good service with a smile . Thanks Car X!!!!

This place is great. All the gentlemen that work here are very polite and do a great job on my car. They are quick and take the time to explain things to me if I have any questions. Not only are they honest, but they do good work. I've been going here for 5 years now and have only had good experiences.

I called and was told by a mechanic that they had somebody there that could work on Mercedes Benz , I called back to confirm an appointment and the manager answered and told me the complete opposite and said and I quote, It doesn t matter what you were told we don t have anybody here dude (Paul) had a really bad attitude from the jump. Maybe they need to do better communicate with each other on what they can and can t do instead of getting attitudes with people who call

I brung my truck in to get checked out (paul) said it was a tune up, I get that done and the problem consist to happen I bring it back it was the lifters all alone, he does the lifters which he wasn t qualified to do and I had to bring it back and it still isn t fixed so now I will be taking him to court for the tune up and the lifters which is close to $2000.! I would not recommend them to anyone and if the lawyer somehow don t come through I got a warranty and I want my car fixed.! See you soon.! Replaced axle related to the failure of front drivers side wheel bearing and replaced flat tire! The guys worked tirelessly to get the axle off ... for a while I wasn t sure if this could even be fixed but they finally managed to remove the old axle and installed the new one! The car runs great now! Paul was great and also got it done much cheaper vs a quote we got from MidasService: Tires

I'm from out of town/state and while visiting- someone driving my car hit something and the front underpinning came loose which was rubbing my tire. I called, John told me to come by and they would look at it. Tom looked at it and was able to reattach the underpinning and didn't charge me. I was there less than 10 mins but he wouldn't let me pay him even though I offered to give him something for his time. My friends suggested this place because they apparently use them for tire work. If I lived here I would use them. This area is fortunate to have such a nice, honest and knowledgeable tire shop. The world still has nice people in it! Thanks again Tom and John!

I took my car for an oil change last month, to find out yesterday, that I barely had any oil in the car and the oil was VERY OLD.I never got an oil change!! They were so swamped they maybe forgot to accommodate my vehicle and prematurely sent my vehicle out the door unfinished. Now currently I have very loud knocking in my engine. Hopefully Frank is as nice and honest as you guys say.(Waiting to hear back)

Great service, reasonable prices and quick turn around on my car. I've been back twice now for different services and as a ride-share driver who needs a lot of upkeep on my car, I can definitely say I've found my new car place for sure!

Had tires purchased through tirebuyer.com delivered to this location to be installed ( they are on their list as an approved installer). My wife called to set up an appointment and spoke with Paul. He insisted the tires were not there and they never received them. Called tirebuyer and they had a signed delivery statement ( signed by Paul). Called Paul to set up appointment to have 2 tires installed and he stated car would have to be dropped off by 7:30 am to be guaranteed the tires would be installed that day. Can't wait while they are installed. The tirebuyer rep stated Paul was uncooperative , he was rude to my wife and a jerk when I spoke with him. Picked up my tires and will never step foot in that business again. Can't imagine a company making this guy a manager. I WOULDN'T LET THIS PLACE AIR UP A BIKE TIRE.

The Winton Car-X is an excellent shop. They service exactly what I ask for and never try to sell me unwanted or un-needed maintenance. They give me an estimate for cost and for the time to pick up my car. I can choose to wait or go home and wait for the call. I'm 3 miles from the shop and they will come and get me when the car is ready if I want. My car is 13 years old and Car-X has had all my service for the last ten years. The car runs like new for me.

Don't bother making an appointment. Last time I made an appointment for an oil change they finally finished after 2.5 hours. Hoping they had a bad day that day I made an appointment to get my car checked. Bad idea. When I got there I was told that they wouldn't be able to get to my car at all today. No consideration for my time with a simple phone call.

I called and they could get me in right away. The counter staff was very nice and professional. He estimated an hour to check out my car and replace all tires and they did it in less time.

Went to get the $19.99 ac inspection and the guy at the deak said it would be $120. Then said he can go out turn it on and just tell me if it works for $19.99. Will mever go to this location again
