I brought a car here a 2014 ford fusion and the car was fine until I had issues with having to change and tire and having to now have to pay 700 dollars cause of the stocks leaking and new front allinement has to be done. Wish I haven't traded in my old chevy trailblazer. Never buy from here plz don't.

I bought a car here and 4 days later the engine overheated; steam was coming out of the hood. I asked if I could return the car because it seemed unreliable and unsafe and they said no. They provided a rental in the meantime and fixed the problem which was appreciated. But later, the radio stopped working, the windows had trouble rolling down, and the heat and air conditioning (which also didnt work just blew ambient air) would shut off for a minute or two randomly. A year later, I realized the car had a severe transmission and an oil leak that cost a few grand to fix. My warranty was void because they never told me I needed to have it serviced yearly by the manufacturer. This was something I just didn't know. Now, after a year and a half of owning the car, it's not starting. The car has a little over 100k miles so I would expect some issues but not this many. I can't help but regret my decision to by a car here, and maybe it's just bad luck, but that's why I'm giving this rating.

I brought my 2010 Toyota RAV4 from here 2 years ago. I haven't had any problems with this vehicle. Very dependable car, I had great customer service from the moment I inquiry about the vehicle until purchased. The guys Tank and Bill are very nice salesman with great integrity. I even got a free oil change when purchased. And a happy birthday email two years later from this car dealership. I will certainly recommend to anyone who is looking for a reliable car with honest customer service about their vehicles. My son just got his driver license and because I had such a wonderful experience with this dealership I'll definitely send him here before going anywhere else. Thank you Sales Car Express!!!

To start, I called Kings Ford for a service appointment and appraisal and got pawned off to these guys, AFTER I made the appointment. Not cool. These guys low balled me $4,000 under blue book and what Kings Ford orginally told me for my trade in, but seems like that's a common experince here, (No wonder their lot is bare). But what got me is he started to make up stuff about the truck that wasn't true, like that I desperately needed new tires, yet service just gave me a perfect inspection sheet that even mentioned the tires were good. Then stated it would cost $2k+ to fix a dent and a couple scratches to get it "Lot ready". Which is funny because it's no different than when I originally bought it off a lot lol. Also this clown never fully shut my tail gate so I'm extremely lucky I didn't loose everything in my bed all over Fields Ertel when the tail gate fell down as i was leaving. My advise, find a real dealership. Service side was great though and quick! the guys were really nice. But that's considered a different business and doesn't affect this review.

Looking for a good solid used vehicle. The salesman were friendly and knowledgeable and worked with us to find a good deal on a car. Good experience working with some folks that don't look to just make a buck, but also make sure you are happy with the purchase. Inventory here is well priced and looks good.

We had a great experience here buying a used car for our granddaughter. Mike Duffy was very helpful, professional and courteous. It was the quickest and easiest car purchase we have ever experienced. We even received a text that same evening to ask how she was enjoying her "new" car. A nice personal touch. Thank you Mike!

If you are looking to get a new car. you NEED to go here. It is such a friendly atmosphere and a great group of people to work with. Tim is AMAZING. He got me into a car with no problems. I kept getting turned down because I had no credit established yet. Tim worked with me and got me into a 2013 ford focus which I absolutely love. A big thanks to the whole team at Car Sales Express. You all are amazing.

Ryan Davis took care of me and my needs. I called the day before regarding a vehicle I was interested in and he had the offers and vehicle ready for me when I came in the next morning. He was very personable and a gentlemnen. All of the staff were very nice. He eliminated all of the pressure of buying a car and got the best deal for me. The best experience I have ever had I would definitely recommend this place.

My experience buying a cat at Car Sales Express was great. Al, the sales rep, was fantastic. He made my car buying experience seamless and enjoyable. I would recommend anyone who wants an honest, fair deal to give Al the opportunity to help them find their next vehicle. Tim, the finance professional, was invaluable as well. He did everything he could to make sure things fit our needs and situation. If you are looking for a vehicle, start here.

So I'll start with saying that the service seemed great. We asked what was wrong with the vehicle since we did not want to drive far to find out that it needed a new transmission since that was COMPLETELY out of our budget. That was our deal breaker. The man we worked with said the transmission was fine and only spoke of some cosmetic issues that weren't a big deal. Well after 2 days the car began to squeal at start but went away so we took it to have it looked at for any other issues since it was a used car. The repairs ended up being 8 thousand dollars and did in fact need a new transmission along with a new battery and several other repairs. I'm incredibly angry due to the fact that we asked about the transmission and were lied to. I do think this was an intentional lie as myself and my mother looked like we knew nothing about buying a car (which was true). Overall we got taken advantage of by evil men who were never taught right from wrong. The battery was completely shot and if I drove it one more day I would've been stranded somewhere. They "pride" themselves on making any necessary repairs however I'd argue a dead battery would be necessary. They tried to conceal the problems with the transmission and lied to our faces. I would never in a million years recommend this place due to the lack of transparency and greed.

We purchased our 2014 Black Dodge Grand Caravan there in March 2018 and it has been very reliable. They were great to negotiate with they found a bank at 6:00 pm on a Sunday willing to finance us even though we were from out of town. Routine maintenance and Car washes has been the only repairs we have needed to do. We have traveled with the van to Chicago, Georgia, Florida, and Cincinnati Ohio. Honestly how could you ask for more. Thank you for making it so painless. Also car shopping is my least favorite thing to do, but not with this auto dealer. The best!

This place was amazing I applied for a loan and bill worked every angle possible to get me approved said he could put me in to some different but not the 2012 ram 2500 i was looking at without a co-signer so I took one up with me after work and was approved with in minutes with a great interest rate thanks bill you are awesome...

We were at the dealership around 2 hours. I want to commend our sales girl for trying her best with what she had to work with. Came to look at and test drive a truck, but ended up just taking it around the parking lot. I didn't feel comfortable taking it out on the road due to the overall condition of the tires and that one of them had a large screw stuck in it. The truck was not very clean inside like I have seen at other used dealers. Also a couple paint chips were covered up in a very poor fashion. Most of our time was spent sitting at a desk in the corner waiting. They offered way under blue book for my trade. I understand my trade has some body damage but other than that very low mileage well taken care of truck. What really took the cake was when they said my trade needed tires! My tires have less than 10,000 miles on them. The other issue I have is that they were holding my keys to keep me there. That is very bad business. Asked twice for my keys finally walked to the center office to retrieve them myself.

Researched Tundras and found the best advertised price for the value of truck. Ryan Davis was great to work with and sent several pics and was completely up front and honest about any issues with the truck. Buying experience was very simple and straight forward. Ryan and Car Sales Express get A++ rating.

Bill Viox is the best Sales manager I have ever encountered! both times I was in need of a vehicle for my family, he did EVERYTHING he could to get us exactly what we wanted and needed. Upon my first visit, I let Ryan know what i was looking for (I will tell you my expectations were really high). We looked around and test drove a few cars, I ran out of time that day but planned to return that weekend. Bill called me the very next day with the EXACT vehicle I had been wanting and looking for. A couple of weeks later (literally) our family needed another vehicle (our focus had seen its last day). My boyfriend drives 100 miles a day to and from work. We needed something extremely reliable. We had no idea what we wanted. They truly helped us for hours that day. Helping us decide what would work best. I would only recommend this car lot. they are the best!

Great experience!Great deal on used Pontiac Torrent SUV because I found it on auto trader at reduced price & their website was $3000 more, but they still honored it.Free first oil change, full tank of gas & free windshield fluid refill, free tire rotationbecause they forgot to put it on request form.There was a slight banging sound which they checked & all at no charge. The young salesman, Daniel & the mechanics made me feel like a valued consumer.I would definitely recommend & will definitely do business with them again!!!

I want to thank Ryan Davis and the people at Car Sales Express for making my car buying experience so simple and enjoyable. Ryan listened attentively to what my family was looking for and made this process very easy for us. This working relationship didn't stop after they handed over the keys ,they checked on us to ensure We where still pleased with our purchase and I feel if I ever have any concerns or questions I can go back to Ryan and his team for help! Sales person, Mary, worked diligently to get us in a vehicle that fit our needs. There was a little hitch, at the pick up time, and the sales manager did an excellent job in getting it resolved. We were very impressed. My family will be returning customers and will be giving recommendations to others. It is hard to get good customer service, in today's market. Car sales Express delivered it, with gusto. Great job, guys. Thank you so much.

I would absolutely recommend car sales express to anyone looking for a vehicle! Having minimal knowledge about cars makes shopping a little intimidating. I felt like the sales staff was genuinely trying to find me the best buy in my budget. Nick was very generous with his time and I felt like he was really listening to what I wanted in a car. I love my civic, and I am so thankful for the shopping experience I had with car sales express!

I bought a nice Mercury on e-bay with make an offer price. Very accommodating to deal with from 550 miles away. Pictures were as described. Full of gas when I picked it up and drove home all day without a single problem. Car performed like new. Thanks for an honest deal at a nice price. I am very well pleased with my transaction. The service at this dealership is excellent! If you are looking for a new car I recommend talking to Mary. I live in St. Louis and she was great dealing over the phone. She got me the car I wanted for the price i wanted. I dealt with other dealers out of town and had horrible experiences. Usually problem being that the cars were not as advertised. However when I came to car sales express everything was as Mary promised. My transaction was excellent! Once again I highly recommend this dealership and Mary.

I purchased a jeep from them as is but ran into an issue that they fixed without any questions and little money out of my pocket. The gentleman I was working with texted me nearly everyday with status updates so I knew exactly where everything stood. it was a great experience and was extremely happy with the outcome. John worked with us to find a car in our budget. He contacted us to let us know that one of the cars we were considering had been sold, but assured us there were several other options. He was a true professional and we are very happy with the van. We'll come back and see him when we're ready to buy a truck

Absolutely wonderful experience! I took my brother there for his first loan on a car. They made it SO easy for him and explained everything step by step. We had limited options but everyone pulled every string, allowing my brother to get a great car with a low APR well under blue book value. They have my highest respect! Thank god for these people!

At first I was highly disappointed! But the way my situation is being handled I couldn t be happier. I bought a 2018 Ford ecosport had it not even a month and the car died I brought it into Ford they got me a rental. They are very apologetic and Rick Clarke was more then happy to help me. I may have annoyed him with call after call but he was very helpful.

We discovered a vehicle we liked online. We called, made an appointment, and they had the exact vehicle up front waiting when we arrived. Daniel, the salesman we dealt with, was ready to help even in the rain:) Long story short, we were able to make the purchase with some help of Ryan and the rest of their team. It wasnt a short sweet sale for them. They had to put some work into it, so they really did earn our business. Huge Thanks guy's.
