Trisha at the Caliber Glenway Ave. location was absolutely amazing to work with and so helpful! Our daughter's car was hit in Cincinnati and we live in Iowa. Trisha made every step of this process so easy and kept us informed. We originally had the car at a competitor's shop and were not treated well. We are so glad that we switched to Caliber!!! Trisha gave us such wonderful customer service, was so knowledgable, and called or sent a text frequently to keep me informed. She did her best to keep the cost of the repairs as low as possible. Caliber came in $1800 lower than the other shop was going to charge. The car looks amazing and drives beautifully! I would recommend this Caliber location without hesitation!

Excellent customer service. I received updates from tricia throughout the time my 2022 Hyundai palisade was being service.I really appreciate the call and updates.I swear my car rides so much better The quality of the backup camera looks so much better. Most definitely will refer family and friends.

Had to take our 2021 Chevy Malibu here to get the back bumper replaced. It got cracked on the back left corner. They did a fantastic job. They replaced the entire back bumper and it looks like it was never damaged. They had to recalibrate the backup camera as well. My fiance and I are very pleased with the work that was done! If you want that rare experience of doing business with a company that is perfect in every way, from noticing the cleanliness of the office when you walk in, to the professional way, JOHN, did the paperwork, to RICHARD, the person who took me home, clean, intelligent, thoughtful, and helpful. Then this is the place. Do yourself a favor and travel as far as you have to, to get here. I'm just a LUCKYCUSTOMER, I have no other connection with them. And the body work was perfect, they have some of the best craftsman I've ever seen. John and Trisha were fantastic to work with, they squeezed my car in same day before a flight/trip so it could be worked on while I was away, then saved me hundreds of dollars on my rental by finishing the repairs a full week earlier than estimated. Thanks!

Caliber Collision was recommended by our insurance company after a wreck. We were impressed by the communication from the start. They contacted us, gave us a timeline, and sent multiple texts each week detailing the work that was being done and estimates on time. The work completed was excellent.Wow! 5/16/23...Someone recently hit my car while it was parked in the parking lot of my apts for a few days. When I reached out to my car insurance company, they gave me a few options and I ended up going with this place since it's closest to my home.I picked up my car today and they did a wonderful job of repairing the paint damage to my car. I've already recommended this place to some friends & family.P.S. My son & I appreciated the popcorn & bottled water we were offered when we dropped my car off. So thoughtful.

Competed insurance claim at this location for a small crack in my bumper. Staff was very professional-gave me a two day estimate if all goes well and they completed the work ahead of schedule. New bumper looks great!

Doug kept me updated all along the way on the status of my repair. It took longer than expected because they were waiting on parts from the manufacturer. But it didn t take as long as I expected. Caliber has helped me through a really hard and confusing time. The people that work there are understanding, they talk to you directly and will explain things. If you want stuff stolen, your car done a week past the estimated deadline and have to call them for an update every day, take your vehicle here! They estimated it to be done 6-2-21, did not get it back until 6-9-21. They called that morning saying it would be detailed inside and out, when they gave me the keys there was a mound of dust all over the interior like they left the windows open the whole month they had it in the shop. Also got it back with items missing and the claim "they aren't responsible" after not going over it with you during the signing of the documents. On the initial deadline they estimated, I drove 3 hours to get back to Cincinnati the night before, just for me to call them at 3:30 (two hours before close) and tell me the truck isn't done. Hope your insurance is good and will pay for the absurd amount of time you will need a rental for.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
